Be Inspired. Be VERY Inspired.....

Today I have to share one of my all-time favorites so far to come out of all the efforts of Americans to tell government where to stop.

When two Oregon Ranchers were contacted by the Oregon Fish and Wildlife authorities about conducting a habitat survey project on their land related to an endangered frog species---which could be used as an excuse to confiscate or interfere with their use of their property--- they promptly wrote back:

Dear Mr. Niemela:
Thank you for your inquiry regarding accessing our property to survey for the yellow-legged frog. We may be able to help you out with this matter.
We have divided our 2.26 acres into 75 equal survey units with a draw tag for each unit. Application fees are only $8.00 per unit after you purchase the “Frog Survey License” ($120.00 resident / $180.00 Non-Resident). You will also need to obtain a “Frog Habitat” parking permit ($10.00 per vehicle). You will also need an “Invasive Species” stamp ($15.00 for the first vehicle and $5.00 for each add’l vehicle) You will also want to register at the Check Station to have your vehicle inspected for non-native plant life prior to entering our property. There is also a Day Use fee, $5.00 per vehicle.
If you are successful in the Draw you will be notified two weeks in advance so you can make necessary plans and purchase your “Creek Habitat” stamp. ($18.00 Resident / $140.00 Non-Resident). Survey units open between 8am and 3pm but you cannot commence survey until 9am and must cease all survey activity by 1pm.
Survey Gear can only include a net with a 2″ diameter made of 100% organic cotton netting with no longer than an 18″ handle, non-weighted and no deeper than 6′ from net frame to bottom of net. Handles can only be made of BPA-free plastics or wooden handles. After 1pm you can use a net with a 3″ diameter if you purchase the “Frog Net Endorsement” ($75.00 Resident / $250 Non-Resident). Any frogs captured that are released will need to be released with an approved release device back into the environment unharmed.
As of June 1, we are offering draw tags for our “Premium Survey” units and application is again only $8.00 per application. However, all fees can be waived if you can verify Native Indian Tribal rights and status.
You will also need to provide evidence of successful completion of “Frog Surveys and You” comprehensive course on frog identification, safe handling practices, and self-defense strategies for frog attacks. This course is offered online through an accredited program for a nominal fee of $750.00.

This is exactly the kind of response that is necessary--- gentle, but to the point, and guaranteed to both make people think and put an end to the nonsense.
The fact is that there are many, many ways to respond to "government" that expose the Truth and which protect your rights which are perfectly correct and lawful and nonetheless provide a powerful deterrent.  Find them. Use them. Teach others to do the same.  Sounds like Larry and Amanda Anderson should be offering a tutorial ($25 for residents, $575 for non-residents) on "How to Communicate With Bureaucrats".

“Propaganda” is information, especially of a biased or misleading nature, used to promote or publicize a particular political cause or point of view. Propaganda is often associated with the psychological mechanisms of influencing and altering the attitude of a population toward a specific cause, position or political agenda in an effort to form a consensus to a standard set of belief patterns.

Propaganda is information that is not impartial and is used primarily to influence an audience and further an agenda, often by presenting facts selectively (perhaps lying by omission) to encourage a particular synthesis, or using loadedmessages to produce an emotional rather than a rational response to the information presented.^{” (according to Wikipedia)}

This video is a perfect example of propaganda being put out by the SPLC.

We find ourselves surrounded and inundated by such propaganda everyday. Over the weekend I came across a new video that was making the rounds across social media. It was, of course, put out by the Southern Poverty Law Center and was narrated by “Waco” Jim Cavanaugh. Waco Jim has spent over 30 years in and leading the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms. He has been a part of some of our largest government overreaches we have seen in recent generations, including Ruby Ridge and Waco. Waco saw the death of over 80+ men, women, and children. Ruby Ridge saw an FBI HRT sniper shooting a mother with a child in her arms after U.S. Marshals had already shot her 14 year-old son in the back.

Jim was leadership through these actions and now he is again stoking the fire and seeking to further divide us. In this particular video, he speaks on the dangers of a movement of citizens that have come together to stand up against what they see as a government overreach. He begins by presenting the “standoff in Bunkerville, NV of 2014.” What he does not touch on is that the Bundys were literally one of the last families that were still able to make a living in that region through ranching. He also does not show the videos of the peaceful protests that led up to the people combining their First Amendment rights with their Second. This video linked here, clearly shows that the ranchers who came out to protest with the Bundys were specifically unarmed (at first).  It was not until a militarized law enforcement arm of the Bureau of Land Management brought in assault rifles, sniper rifles, attack dogs, and proceeded to tackle a grandmother, who had just survived cancer treatment, and a pregnant woman almost got mauled, that the patriots decided it may be in their best interests to be armed for the sake of self defense, to prevent another Waco-type incident.

I would like to note that it has never been those on the side of the patriots that have initiated violence.  At Ruby Ridge and Waco, government agents fired first, by shooting dogs, and then people.  The government initiated violence in Oregon, where LaVoy Finicum was killed at a road block.  No patriots shot at any government agents, nor at anyone else. The patriots at Bundy Ranch and at Burns, Oregon knew better than to shoot first, because to do so immediately escalates the situation to a deadly force situation. The patriots do not want violence, they just want their government to abide by its founding legal charter and obey their own law. In Oregon the people involved surrendered peacefully. In the video, Jim also mentions the Millers, a husband and wife that killed two Las Vegas Metro police officers in a Las Vegas Cici’s pizza restaurant six weeks after the Bundy situation, and he mentions that the Millers attended the Bundy Ranch protests.  He completely ignores the fact that the Millers were asked to leave by the patriots at the Bundys’ property once it was discovered that Jerad Miller was a felon, and the Millers were never part of the security operation there.  When the powers that be put out this type of propaganda we must do everything that we can to shine the light of truth onto them.

I must ask why is it that the SPLC only seems to direct it’s ire onto groups and movements that fall to the right side of the ideological spectrum. Where are their outcries about Black Lives Matter and other like-minded groups who riot, destroy property, and directly threaten law enforcement and incite others to commit violence against police? The SPLC has never left their Ivory Tower to come out and actually investigate these claims that they make of us all being racists who want to overthrow the government. Both of these claims are just plain false. Anyone who has spent any time with the patriot groups knows that they are comprised of many colors (for example, on our “About” page, you can see interviews with black Oath Keepers including footage of black Oath Keepers veterans at Bundy Ranch). In a recent documentary co-produced by the SPLC “Hate in America, A Town on Fire” they had the audacity to show an image of so called racists that included three friends of mine from Montana an Idaho.  One is Hispanic, one is Canadian and one, through marriage is the only “white” person in his family. But it does serve as a great illustration as to just how wrong the SPLC gets things.  I, for one, have never wanted to overthrow the government. I just want to see them do a much better job and follow the laws that our founders set forth, and in particular, the Constitution, which is the Supreme Law of the land!

This type of one sided video serves to further divide us along racial, political, and social lines. Make no mistake there is an agenda to divide us, because the powers-that-be know that we are much easier to control when we are fighting among ourselves. I implore all of you to reach out across socioeconomic lines and across blue lines. Take the time to get to know and listen to each other so that we might understand each other a little better as Americans. Dismiss the one sided propaganda.

America to hand off Internet in under two months

The Department of Commerce is set to hand off the final vestiges of American control over the Internet to international authorities in less than two months, officials have confirmed.

The department will finalize the transition effective Oct. 1, Assistant Secretary Lawrence Strickling wrote on Tuesday, barring what he called "any significant impediment."

The move means the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority, which is responsible for interpreting numerical addresses on the Web to a readable language, will move from U.S. control to the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, a multistakeholder body based in Los Angeles that includes countries such as China and Russia.

Critics of the move, most prominently Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz, have pointed out the agency could be used by totalitarian governments to shut down the Web around the globe, either in whole or in part.

Senators warn against plan to let China, Iran in on Internet governance

"The proposal will significantly increase the power of foreign governments over the Internet, expand ICANN's historical core mission by creating a gateway to content regulation, and embolden [its] leadership to act without any real accountability," Cruz wrote in a letter sent to Commerce and signed by two fellow Republicans, Sen. James Lankford of Oklahoma and Sen. Mike Lee of Utah.

In the event any facilities are relocated to China, senators noted, they could go in the same building as the agency responsible for censoring that country's Internet. "We have uncovered that ICANN's Beijing office is actually located within the same building as the Cyberspace Administration of China, which is the central agency within the Chinese government's censorship regime," they wrote, noting that some of the American companies involved with the transition process have already "shown a willingness to acquiesce" to Chinese demands to aid with censorship.

"While this is certainly not illegal, it does raise significant concerns as to the increased influence that governments … as well as the culture of cronyism," they added.

Cruz circulates plan to stop U.S. Internet giveaway

Opponents similarly made the case that Congress has passed legislation to prohibit the federal government from using tax dollars to allow the transition, and pointed out that the feds are constitutionally prohibited from transferring federal property without approval from Congress. A coalition of 25 advocacy groups including Americans for Tax Reform, the Competitive Enterprise Institute, and Heritage Action sent a letter to Congress making those points last week. A fourth, Americans for Limited Government, joined that letter and issued a separate statement calling for Congress to sue in the event the transfer moves forward.

While those issues could, in theory, lead to a legal challenge being filed in the days following the transfer, the administration has expressed a desire to finish it before the president leaves office, a position that Strickling reiterated.

In July, after Governor Brown signed several anti-gun bills, a grassroots effort to refer the enacted legislation to the ballot was launched.  The petitions for that effort began distribution at locations across the state late last week with more locations becoming available every day.  To locate a petition in your area click HERE.
Referendum Process:
Bills that have been passed by the legislature and signed into the law by the Governor may be prohibited from becoming law through a successful referendum. In order to qualify a referendum for the ballot must be submitted within 90 days of the Governor’s signature; the proponent must 1) present the referendum to the secretary of state; 2) be certified by the secretary of state; and 3) collect the required number of signatures and return them to the respective counties prior to the deadline. Hillary Clinton has tried to save herself from her latest email scandal with rhetoric that poses a dangerous threat to our democracy and even world peace.

This new email scandal is the Wikileaks release of a gaggle of DNC emails that prove the Democrat primary race was rigged in establishment Hillary’s favor. She’s tried to make herself the victim once again, blaming the Russians and—bizarrely—Donald Trump for the hack that set the emails free.

I have some news for Hillary and Democrats—I think I’ve got the real culprit. It doesn’t seem to be the Russians that hacked the DNC, but instead a hacker who goes by the name of Guccifer 2.0. The original Guccifer famously hacked Hillary’s home email server, you might remember.

Here’s Guccifer 2.0’s website. Have a look and you’ll see he explains who he is and why he did the hack of the DNC.

Now, ask yourself: Why is Roger Stone the guy showing you this? This website isn’t hidden but of course our pathetic press patsies haven’t reported it; they just keep repeating Hillary’s spin.

Before I tell why Hillary’s dishonest blame-casting is so dangerous, let me explain a little more about why it seems like Guccifer 2.0 is the real deal. He seems to have set up a Twitter account back in June and then a WordPress blog to let the world know that he’d hacked the DNC.

A month before Wikileaks released any info, Guccifer 2.0 put up a bunch of documents to prove that he’d really done the hack.

Then Guccifer 2.0 even did an interview going into detail about how they had done the hacking and tried to get some media traction but the media wasn’t biting. Someone from The Hill did a piece, but that was about it. For some strange reason, the establishment press didn’t want to take on the establishment Democrat machine.

So then, his Twitter feed tells us, Guccifer 2.0 made a fateful and wise decision. He went to Wikileaks with the DNC files and the rest is history. Now the world would see for themselves how the Democrats had rigged the game.

We all know what happened at the Democrat convention — the anger, the outrage and the ouster of Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who was promptly hired by Hillary.

Hillary and her team were desperate to change the conversation … and never forget, her team includes most of the media.

Hillary didn’t deny what this new email scandal plainly showed. The story about the rigged Democrat machine wasn’t going to help Hillary and Trump was starting to overtake her in the polls. Clinton and her minions needed SOMETHING.

Inspiration stuck: ignore Guccifer 2.0. The DNC being hacked by one person didn’t look sinister enough. Time for the victim card! Blame the Russians! Blame Putin! Blame Trump!

No, it didn’t make any sense. Yes, the evidence about Guccifer 2.0 was already out there. But it’s good to the be the Queen.

Now, common sense would inform most sane people that if Russia were dong what Hillary says they were doing they simply would have gone straight to Wikileaks. However, common sense didn’t fit Hillary’s narrative and so the press went all in with her fable.

It’s not shocking that Hillary would try to deflect after the fiasco at the Democrat National Convention.

It’s not shocking but it is incredibly dangerous. Let me explain.

Remember when the Clinton’s close family friend Anthony Weiner pulled this same exact trick when Andrew Breitbart nailed him for sending a photo of his bulging underwear to a young lady who was not his wife? (And his wife is Hillary Clinton’s top aide, Saudi-raised Huma Abedin, you’ll recall.)

Anthony was caught red-handed (double entendre intended) so he played the victim card and found someone else to blame. The Democrats are following the Weiner playbook, trying to cast doubt and lay the blame anywhere they can. They have even announced an FBI investigation.

They should save the money for the charade. I just told you about Guccifer 2.0.

Of course, the mainstream media is once again playing along with the Democrat’s blame game, just like they did with Anthony Weiner. Of course. That’s why they didn’t tell you about Guccifer 2.0.

Unfortunately, this time the stakes are much, much higher. You see, what Hillary is doing is downright dangerous.

Think about it. While Weiner tried and ultimately failed to cast blame on Andrew Breitbart, Hillary is actually increasing international tensions by blaming a whole COUNTRY in addition to her Presidential rival.

How bad could it get? Very, very bad.

If I said that Hillary was making a mistake of nuclear proportions, the media haters would accuse me of trying to start World War III.

So because I am by nature a shy and humble man not given to brash statements, I won’t say that Hillary seems to be taking us down a road to nuclear confrontation with Russia with her politically motivated shenanigans.

Instead, I’ll let an expert say it for me.

For the sake of you and your family’s safety, I implore you to take five minutes to listen to the sober, serious words of Professor Stephen Cohen, an acclaimed author and expert who teaches Russian history and politics at York University and Princeton.

Professor Cohen has no connection to either the Clinton or Trump campaign, which is why his statement against Hillary and her lapdog media is so throughly blistering.

Cohen says that Obama and Clinton have started a new Cold War with Russia. You can see it in places like Syria and the Ukraine. Cohen sees a potential bright spot, one that the media doesn’t want to admit:


Then along comes, unexpectedly, Donald Trump who says he wants to end the New Cold War, and cooperate with Russia in various places and –astonishingly– the media is full of what only can be called neo-McCarthyite charges that he is a Russian agent, that he is a Manchurian candidate, and that he is Putin’s client.

Cohen continues, astounded that in an election year the media has completely abdicated on their professional duties.


We’re approaching a Cuban Missile Crisis level nuclear confrontation with Russia and there is absolutely no discussion, no debate, about this in the American media.

Then the Professor delivers the death blow, pointing out the false narrative that tries to brand Trump a “Russian agent” with Professor Cohen pointing out “most of it is coming from the Clinton campaign.
