Is it the October surprise?

MSNBC’s Jesse Rodriguez posted what could be interpreted as an ominous reemark on social media last week regarding Julian Assange.

…ominous if you’re with Team Hillary.

According to the “Morning Joe” senior producer, the founder of the whistle-blowing platform WikiLeaks will be making an announcement from his balcony next Tues, October 4.

Assange appeared on Fox News just a few weeks ago and repeated previous claims that his organization has significant documentation that could be damaging to the Hillary Clinton campaign.

He said that WikiLeaks may release some “teasers” from the collection of documents “reasonably soon — as early as next week.”

Assange’s group leaked nearly 20,000 emails from the Democratic National Committee that showed the party effectively rigged the primary against Clinton rival Bernie Sanders. The revelation resulted in the resignation of DNC chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

Donald Trump pit bull Roger Stone was quick to speculate on a possible end result of Assange’s reported announcement, posting on Twitter that Hillary Clinton is “done” on Wednesday.

Social media users seemed to like Stone’s prognostication:

Of course, considering the unusual string of bad luck that has befallen others who may or may not have had damaging information about the Clintons, social media users begged Assange to be careful.

BILL CLINTON'S LOVING WIFE --- by DICK MORRIS

If you happen to see the Bill Clinton five minute TV ad for Hillary in which he introduces the commercial by saying he wants to share some things we may not know about Hillary's background, beware as I was there for most of their presidency and know them better than just about anyone. I offer a few correction.

Bill says: "In law school Hillary worked on legal services for the poor."

Facts are: Hillary's main extra-curricular activity in ' Law School ' was helping the Black Panthers, on trial in Connecticut for torturing and killing a 'Federal Agent.' She went to Court every day as part of a Law student monitoring committee trying to spot civil rights violations and develop grounds for appeal.

Bill says: "Hillary spent a year after graduation working on a Children's rights project for poor kids.

Facts are: Hillary interned with Bob Truehaft, the head of the California Communist Party. She met Bob when he represented the Panthers and traveled all the way to San Francisco to take an internship with him.

Bill says: "Hillary could have written her own job ticket, but she turned down all the lucrative job offers."

Facts are: She flunked the D.C. bar exam, 'Yes', flunked it, it is a matter of record, and only passed the Arkansas bar. She had no job offers in Arkansas , 'None', and only got hired by the University of Arkansas Law School at Fayetteville because Bill was already teaching there. She did not join the prestigious Rose Law Firm until Bill became Arkansas Attorney General and was made a partner only after he was elected Arkansas Governor.

Bill says: "President Carter appointed Hillary to the Legal Services Board of Directors and she became its Chairman."

Facts are: The appointment was in exchange for Bill's support for Carter in his 1980 primary against Ted Kennedy. Hillary then became chairman in a coup in which she won a majority away from Carter's choice to be chairman.

Bill says: "She served on the board of the Arkansas Children's Hospital."

Facts are: Yes she did. But her main board activity, not mentioned by Bill, was to sit on the Wal-Mart Board of Directors, for a substantial fee. She was silent about their labor and health care practices.

Bill says: "Hillary didn't succeed at getting health care for all Americans in 1994 but she kept working at it and helped to create the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) that provides five million children with health insurance."

Facts are: Hillary had nothing to do with creating CHIP. It was included in the budget deal between Clinton and Republican Majority Leader Senator Trent Lott. I know; I helped to negotiate the deal. The money came half from the budget deal and half from the Attorney Generals' tobacco settlement. Hillary had nothing to do with either source of funds.

Bill says: "Hillary was the face of America all over the World." (LOL)

Facts are: Her visits were part of a program to get her out of town so that Bill would not appear weak by feeding stories that Hillary was running the White House. Her visits abroad were entirely touristic and symbolic and there was no substantive diplomacy on any of them.

Bill says: "Hillary was an excellent Senator who kept fighting for Children's and Women's issues."

Facts are: Other than totally meaningless legislation like changing the names on courthouses and post offices, she has passed only four substantive pieces of legislation. One set up a national park in Puerto Rico . A second provided respite care for family members helping their relatives through Alzheimer's or other conditions. And two were routine bills to aid 911 victims and responders which were sponsored by the entire N.Y. delegation. Presently she is trying to have the US memorialize Woodstock .

Here is what bothers me more than anything else about Hillary Clinton.

1. She has done everything possible to weaken the President and our Country (that's you and me) when it comes to the 'War on Terror'.

2. She wants to close GITMO and move the combatants to the USA where they would have access to our legal system.

3. She wants to eliminate the monitoring of suspected Al Qaeda phone calls to/from the USA .

4. She wants to grant constitutional rights to enemy combatants captured on the battlefield.

5. She wants to eliminate the monitoring of money transfers between suspected Al Qaeda cells and supporters in the USA .

6. She wants to eliminate the type of interrogation tactics used by the Military & CIA where coercion might be used when questioning known terrorists even though such tactics might save American lives.

One cannot think of a single 'Bill', Hillary has introduced or a single comment she has made that would tend to strengthen our Country in the 'War on Terror'. But, one can think of a lot of comments she has made that weaken our Country and makes it a more dangerous situation for all of us. Bottom line: She goes hand in hand with the ACLU on far too many issues where common sense is abandoned.

Share this with everyone you know, ask them to prove Dick Morris wrong. Think about it - he's (Dick Morris) said all of this openly, thus if he were not truthful he'd be liable for 'Defamation of Character' !

And you better believe Hillary would sue him.

The First Steps of IRA Confiscation Have Arrived

There is approximately $17 trillion sitting in retirement accounts, 401ks, and pensions. Sources of liquidity of such magnitude are certainly at risk in the face of the upcoming financial crisis. The U.S. government, its central bank, and its entire financial and banking system are about to face a massive shortfall for cash.

In 2008 the bailout required via TARP was $700 billion, and estimates of backdoor easing and bailouts are in the tens of trillions, or more, not to mention the confirmed and admitted trillions in Federal Reserve off balance sheet transactions. This time the bubble is many multiples bigger, deeper, and broader. The derivative time bomb fuse has been lit. In fact, one very informed friend of mine believes there is $5 trillion per week in backdoor derivative “papering over” taking place right now.

We have seen bail-ins across the globe and warned clients and friends that they are coming to a bank account and IRA/401k near you. When governments and their central banks go broke, they steal from private industry. It is historical fact. It is the basis for taxation.
I initially thought that the IRA & 401k bail in would be dressed up as a “Save America Bond” that would be sold on the populace to help rebuild once the next banking crisis hits. Ownership of this bond would be mandatory at a certain percentage within IRA and 401k accounts and it would pay a nice guaranteed rate of return. The majority of the populace would swallow the bait. However, I was wrong. I believe that the powers that be are already “bailing in” in a much more covert way.

About two weeks ago we received news that a major 401k administrator was doing away with its money market fund only to offer a short-term government bond fund instead. Just yesterday I received a letter that a client of mine had just received from another even bigger 401k administrator– like $3 trillion in assets under management big.

Then it hit me; they don’t have to sell anything to the public. Our criminal government doesn’t need permission. It will simply collude with the big banks to force treasury investment via limited investment portfolio options. Let me explain…

Money market accounts are cash equivalent accounts, currently holding almost $3 trillion. This is where you would normally keep your IRA or 401k cash if you were not invested in stocks, bonds, mutual funds, et cetera. Many people think they are “out of the market” when they have told their advisor or plan administrator to sell their stocks. If your account is with Paychex or Vanguard, not only are you still in the market but you are 100% in U.S. government bonds; it’s very sneaky. Most people won’t even catch it.

I believe that the U.S. central bank, a.k.a. the Federal Reserve, and the U.S. Treasury have colluded with the Wall Street banks to force investment into treasury bonds to prop up the U.S. dollar. The announcements from these institutions are proof. However, I believe they are in the process of taking it a step further.

A vast majority of 401k and IRA accounts in this country are held and administered by the big banks. The self-directed IRA marketplace is only about 2% of total retirement assets. Next, we will see the investment portfolio options completely change. There already exist some 401k plans that have very limited investment options, maybe three or four different baskets of mutual funds offered by XYZ institution, and of course a money market or cash equivalent. I believe we will see limits across the board, and that money market is just the beginning. The next letter from your IRA custodian will inform that it no longer allows the ownership of individual stocks and other securities but only mutual funds, which by the way own mostly, if not only, U.S. treasury bonds. The vast majority of people will be forced into U.S. treasuries unbeknownst to them.

Another element of the Vanguard letter that should be noted is their mention that this new “Vanguard Federal Money Market Fund, as a U.S. government money market fund, will not be subject to fees or restrictions under the new regulations.” Does this mean that fees will be imposed on the institutions that do not comply? As my partner, Gus, would say, “When collusion fails, coercion is required.”

For this reason, among others, we have long been advocates of using a shelter like the LLC IRA to remove assets from the system without the tax burden. Putting your IRA into a self-directed limited liability company allows you to invest in tangible assets that cannot be stolen with the swipe of a pen and click of a mouse.

Phyllis Schlafly, the leading pioneer of America’s conservative movement, has died at the age of 92.

“She is and was an icon of human liberty,” said Alex Jones. “Without trailblazers like her we would have no chance against the forces of tyranny.”

Schlafly, a formidable pro-family grassroots organizer who was politically active for 70 years, founded the conservative Eagle Forum in 1972 and served as president since then, overseeing the organization’s rise to 80,000 members today.

“Her focus from her earliest days until her final ones was protecting the family, which she understood as the building block of life,” the Eagle Forum said in a statement. “She recognized America as the greatest political embodiment of those values.”

“From military superiority and defense to immigration and trade; from unborn life to the nuclear family and parenthood, Phyllis Schlafly was a courageous and articulate voice for common sense and traditional values.”

Schlafly’s entrance into politics was almost accidental; she majored in political science at Washington University because it the the only major that offered classes that fit into her graveyard shift schedule as a ordnance plant worker during World War II.

After the graduated, at the age of 22, Schlafly led the 1946 campaign of Republican congressional candidate Claude Bakewell to a major upset victory.

She was also a key player in the defeat of the Equal Rights Amendment pushed by feminists in the 1970s, arguing that the ERA was designed to benefit single, young career women at the expense of middle-aged housewives with few job prospects.

The amendment was ratified by 35 states, three short of the necessary 38.

“The ERA was defeated when Scholarly turned it into a war among women over gender roles,” said legal scholar Joan C. Williams.

She was also a frequent guest on the Alex Jones Show.
