An email leaked by WikiLeaks reveals that when Hillary Clinton was US secretary of state in 2011, billionaire George Soros instructed her on how to handle unrest in Albania, stressing it “needs urgent attention at senior levels of the US government.”

“Dear Hillary,” begins the email dated January 24, 2011 from the founder of Open Society Foundations, Soros.

“A serious situation has arisen in Albania which needs urgent attention at senior levels of the US government. You may know that an opposition demonstration in Tirana on Friday resulted in the deaths of three people and the destruction of property,” Soros says, according to the leaked email.

Three men were shot dead as anti-government demonstrators clashed with police in the Albanian capital in late January of 2011. Supporters of the opposition Socialist Party refused to accept the results of a 2009 election, citing corruption and fraud, when then-Prime Minister Sali Berisha’s Democratic Party won by a thin margin. Berisha accused the opposition of attempting to provoke a Tunisia-style uprising, saying “the bastard children of Albania’s own Ben Alis conceived Tunisian scenarios.”

“There are serious concerns about further unrest connected to a counter-demonstration to be organized by the governing party… and a follow-up event by the opposition two days later to memorialize the victims,” Soros says.

“The prospect of tens of thousands of people entering the streets in an already inflamed political environment bodes ill for the return of public order and the country’s fragile democratic process,” he adds.

“I believe two things need to be done urgently,” he adds.

“1. Bring the full weight of the international community to bear on Prime Minister Berisha and opposition leader Edi Rama to forestall further public demonstrations and to tone down public pronouncements.

2. Appoint a senior European official as a mediator.”

Soros suggested three candidates: Carl Bildt, Martti Ahtisaari, and Miroslav Lajcak, saying all “have strong connections to the Balkans.”

“The US and the EU must work in complete harmony over this, but given Albania’s European aspirations the EU must take the lead,” he stressed, adding that his foundation in Tirana was “monitoring the situation closely and can provide independent analysis of the crisis.”

Several days after the email was sent to Clinton, the EU did send one of Soros’ suggested nominees, Miroslav Lajcak, to meet Albanian leaders in Tirana to try to mediate an end to the unrest, Reuters reported.

In March, WikiLeaks launched a searchable archive consisting of 30,322 emails from Hillary Clinton’s private email server that she used while serving as US secretary of state. The 50,547 pages of documents cover Clinton’s correspondence from June 30, 2010 to August 12, 2014, of which 7,570 were sent by Clinton herself.

Last month, the whistleblowing website published an archive of over 1,200 of Clinton’s private emails pertaining to the Iraq War. Ahead of the release, WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange said the “upcoming leaks in relation to Hillary Clinton” would be enough to indict her.

Soros made a name for himself as the “man who broke the Bank of England” by engaging in questionable Forex hedging and betting against the sterling pound – which made him more than $1 billion in one day in September of 1992. Some have speculated that Soros has benefited from insider trading information when making investments. In 2002, a Paris court found Soros guilty of using inside information to profit from a 1988 takeover deal for bank Societe Generale.

She tries to portray Trump as an enemy of Islam, but there was no candidate in this election with more innocent Muslim blood on her hands than our loving matriarch.

Obama/Kerry paid $400M in cash for the ransom of four American prisoners to Iran/IRG!

While Obama denigrates Trump as being unfit for the U.S. presidency, he cleverly forgot to mention to the American taxpayers that our hard earned dollars were being spent to ransom four  American hostages held in captivity by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard [IRG] in Tehran,Iran.

In a recent WSJ article written by Jay Solomon and Carol E. Lee [8/3/16], they point out how the Obama administration secretly airlifted $400M in cash that coincided with the release of four Americans detained in Tehran. Even more disturbing is that Obama had used wooden pallets of euros, Swiss francs, and other currencies procured from the Netherlands and Switzerland central banks and flown in an unmarked cargo plane to Iran.

Apparently this $400M USD ransom was paid as the first installment of $1.7 billion ransom negotiated by Secretary of State John Kerry and his team at the Intercontinental Hotel in Switzerland.

As most of you know by now, it is completely illegal for anyone, especially the USG, to pay any type of ransom to any terrorist group/individual as a quid pro quo for a hostage release. Obama paid in Swiss francs, Euros and other currencies in order to skirt another US law which forbids the use of US dollars to pay for any amount of ransom.

Obama along with his choirboys in the CIA [John Brennan], FBI [James Comey] were involved in this complicated transaction. These spymasters knew all too well that the ransom money was going straight to Iran/Hezbollah which fought for Syria’s Bashar Assad as well as against US ground troops in Iraq/Syria.

I have known about this secret transaction for some time now. However, I had to wait until it became public. From the point of view of a hostage negotiator who has been involved in countless terrorist attacks, I find the aforementioned deed reprehensible.

It’s not enough that most of the world leaders consider Obama to be quite weak and ineffectual. Now, Obama has intentionally created an intolerable situation where every American citizen traveling abroad has a prize over his/her head which can be actualized if anyone desires to take them hostage. Obama has created the most devastating hostage situation in over half-a-century.

This POTUS not only bows to the will of a terrorists, but he also abets them by helping them grow exponentially. If one takes a few seconds to understand the absurdity of this situation in which Obama has placed our citizens, we have to conclude that Obama and his CIA/FBI toadies are in fact not only the creator of Al Qaeda, ISIS; but they are also the facilitators of the IRG’s ruthless endeavors to destabilize the Middle East as well as western civilization.

Equally disturbing is that none of our illustrious eunuchs in congress could or would stop POTUS from paying any type of ransom for an American hostage.Trump is not only right that we are in serious trouble and that out POTUS is incompetent, he has repeatedly said that we need to overhaul our WH/National Security apparatus.

Under Secretary of State for Management/Resources [M], 67-year-old Pat Kennedy, Wields More Power than Secretary of States Hillary Clinton and John Kerry!

A recent article in Foreign Policy Magazine [FP] entitled “The Bureaucrat at the Center of Hillary’s Scandals”, written by John Hudson on July 28, 2016, highlights a Washington truism: beware of the silent bureaucrat, he may be quite lethal!

I first met Pat Kennedy when I was appointed Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Management by Lawrence Eagleburger [M] in the late 1970’s. As I remembered Pat, he was always polite, accessible, and very intelligent. He was the person to whom I had to go to in order to allow the Sec State, or anyone else to cut my orders for whatever I had to do overseas. More often than not, Pat would never inquire about my overseas activities as long as I had a receipt for my meals, travel, or other incidentals.

However, I remember one particular occasion in the Reagan/Bush Sr. administration when I went into a Central American country. In that small country, I had  attempted a regime change which had failed. My efforts turned into an extended agitation propaganda, amounting to much sound and fury, signifying very little. My DIA agents, who silently hovered over me, grabbed me out of Harm’s Way and flew me back to the states, unharmed, but somewhat humiliated.

Pat demanded that I repay the USG approximately one thousand dollars which had been advanced to me.Unfortunately,I did not have the time or opportunity to collect receipts while I was being hunted down.

Quietly forceful, Pat insisted that my assignment was not his concern which was completely true. He knew that I knew that it was my obligation to obtain written receipts, irrespective of the danger inherent in my overseas sojourn.Of course, I complied with his insistent, but extremely polite demands.I had no other choice. Even then Sec. State, George Shultz, would never have intervened on my behalf.

It was then that I realized that Pat Kennedy was the supreme arbiter of what was, or was not allowed, with respect to anything relating to the U.S. State Department and its overseas commitments.

That’s why I knew right away that the only person who knew exactly what ex-Sec. State Hillary Clinton had done on two separate occasions [Benghazi/emails] was Pat Kennedy. The FP article delves into the Machiavellian machinations of Pat as the center of gravity for all State Dept. management/resources/activities.

For a very long time, I have attempted to correct the longstanding misperception that POTUS and a Sec. State have all the real power.In reality, neither position carries much power, other than initiating overseas conflicts or mandating executive orders.

Pat Kennedy, as the presumptive head of M had, has, and will have far more power to initiate, execute, and finally implement any program, any sanction or any covert activities. Perhaps more importantly, he determines personnel assignments all over the globe.

We,mere citizens,vote for the individual who has the most influence [i.e. bully pulpit] at election time.The true power lies within the bowels of a giant bureaucracy away from the glare of daylight or any form of intrusion [congressional or otherwise].

I chuckle to myself, when the FP article compares Pat to Stalin.

Hardly!

Pat has never initiated a purge of the State Department personnel despite the fact that someone like myself would have liked to fire many of the FSOs and Ambassadors [political appointments].If the Hillary asked Pat to cover for her on two separate occasions, then it was Pat who dealt the ace in the hole and demanded from her, something in return.
The fact that Republican congressmen grilled Pat for 13 hours as part of a two year Benghazi investigation [cost $12million] is a testimony to the incompetence of our elected representatives who should have known better than waste the taxpayers’ dollars for their exercise in collective narcissism.

The truth is that our POTUS is disposable celebratory entity of little consequence to our everyday life.Yet, the silent bureaucrat is the one who could well determine whether we have U.S. soldiers stationed in Jacksonville,Florida or Djibouti,Africa.

For seven long years plus Neil Keenan has chased the Cabal / Globalist thieves around the world in his attempt to bury them. With one swift stroke of a pen Kathy M., who is Ray C. Dam’s right hand, corrected many wrongs.

Neil now has the information he needed to move forward in many respects.

The re-filing of the Financial Tyranny Lawsuit was never so far away, and this action pretty much puts what happened and how in its proper perspective.

The re-filing of this lawsuit is the much needed action that will take down Western Tyranny, and it seems as though it has done exactly what Ben Fulford and David Wilcock stated years ago.

The Exclusive Meeting of Three

As most of us are now aware, Neil recently took a business trip when invited to attend an important meeting. The requirement was so urgent that the initiators of the meeting sent their own private jet. Under heavy security Neil and M2 met with one of the leading figures at the very top of the Globalist / NWO movement.

For those who would like additional detail, Neil thought that this trip was going to take him to Switzerland but it actually took him to a much closer destination. Security was 60+ strong and the meeting took place in a very secure Hotel where no more than four people ever sat together at any one time.

One of the key items on the agenda at this meeting was to discuss the establishment of a New Financial System such as Neil has been moving toward with the assistance of his associates and friends.

Much of the basis for this meeting is the established matter that Neil will have access to (not ownership of) between 400,000 and 600,000 metric tons of Gold to create the foundations for a solid world financial system that will keep us all alive and well, and it will replace the former NWO / Globalist / Cabal system.(Meanwhile there are others who wish Neil would use the access he has to prop up the old system. He has far easier options than helping the World which would not cost him a cent).

According to Neil, this would mean no more FIATs and goodbye to the Western Bankers; there will be no World Bank, IMF or BIS.

Also there would be two home bases: One in Asia which will hold the Assets, and the other will be in Europe which will represent the West.

Another matter that emerged during this meeting detailed something far more diabolical, as Neil and M2 were given warning about a plot that involves the UN and the Obama Administration’s plans for the United States.

Neil was advised that the window of opportunity to assist the US is unfortunately closing a little more every day. Apparently, it is Obama’s plan to create another false flag; but this time on a massive, unprecedented scale. Neil and M2 were advised that we are looking at a two month window for this situation, although Neil believes this situation can be averted.

The plan would see the blame laid upon “foreign terrorists” for an EMP (Electronic Magnetic Pulse) attack on the electricity grid of North America.

The attack would cover a wide berth of land ranging from the East coast to the West coast of the US, and from the North to South coasts, also extending into Canada and even Central America.

Neil and M2 were told that everything is in place in the US to destroy the ‘Grid’ and set off a depopulation program that would eliminate 80% of the American population by way of starvation and civil unrest.

Waiting to deliver emergency foods, the UN will decide who eats and who does not. This executive order has already been signed by Obama.

Whereas we might have thought this was going to take a much longer time to implement (Agenda 30), one can see Obama and the UN are rushing things – in a possible attempt for him to implement martial law and serve a perpetual term.

If this happened, it would be the death of the great nation known as the US and according to design, Europe and the rest of the Western world would fall like dominoes, to their demise.

The Globalists have their plans, and if they can they will use them at all costs. 

On a more positive note, many of us are well aware that technologies exist that should have been implemented for the betterment of humanity a long time ago.

In the following video Neil shows us just one such example; a medical device that utilizes frequencies to cure many of the health problems that we fight on a daily basis. Group K also has access to a range of other advanced technologies, including free energy – which it is clear to see would hurt the fossil fuel industries.

The more pressing matter however, is that with the right assistance Neil will be able to implement the New Financial System and the planet will be able to beat the Globalists back.

No one can do this alone, but it can be done. Where is the crucial interim financial help coming from at this critical juncture?

Surprisingly, few people seem willing to contribute towards these every increasingly urgent efforts – those that are being made by Neil and Group K – to save them and their loved ones.

It seems that so many are waiting for a precious few to deal with matters relating to the life or death of all of us. This is the current situation.

Our choices in the very near future are now up to the people; Neil and Group K will do whatever they can with whatever they have

Neil is working on this and many other things, but his honest answer is, “With what?”

Consequently, sufficient interim funding is desperately needed to take immediate action and cross the bridge to the finish line.

Despite waiting a considerable period of time for financial assistance, Neil has not left the people stranded. He has come to love many who are waiting for release from debt slavery and better lives.

However, now is the time for those who have the means to contribute to this most important cause for We The People.

Mr. Crayfish (AKA Crayford), I’ve sat quietly for some time now watching your lying and bullshit being slung about repeatedly in public.

Neil Keenan is right that you and David Sale AKA David Righter (Candace from Abundant Hope does not know anything and, unfortunately falls for everything) have been relentless in your pursuit to take control of the Collateral Accounts.

Okay, let’s begin with you Crayfish; yes, we call you Crayfish now, because you earned that title from stooping so low over such a long period of time. You never proved anything, but you continually make false statements.

Well, I have spoken with Ray Dam, and we’ve decided to tear you apart piece by piece (David Sale does not get a reprieve either).

Firstly, we would love for you to show us any legal document stating / validating your very cheap words that Ray is no longer the Collateral Controller.

Secondly, we would like you or your side to validate that you or your sidekick has any authority recognized by any World Power.

You have made blatantly false statements that Ray is no longer alive. Can you produce any documentation supporting such nonsense… any whatsoever?

I can assure you that Ray is alive, well, and of sound mind and body. He is also and shall remain the Controller of the Collateral Accounts.

These powers were put in place by formal treaties. Of course, since you and your sidekick David Sale attempted your best to assassinate Ray, every single OITC account has been changed. No codes are written; they are encrypted in Ray’s head.

Therefore, if anyone now kills the Golden Goose, they immediately destroy any plans for acquiring any accounts whatsoever! Nothing can be done to change this.

Whereas at one time I fought hard against Neil Keenan, I have since learned how to love this Fighting Irishman. He has more brass in his little finger than any of you do in your entire bodies. Being a lady, I will not complete the rest of the sentence after Brass B___s. But you either get it, or you never had it.

Our fighting goes back to the very beginning when I even fought for the two of you who crapped your pants at the name Neil Keenan. Now, although Neil and I still sometimes do not see eye to eye, we do see heart to heart and respect and love each other.

Our Irish heritage and our dear friend (Dr. Michael Vandemeer) brought us together. So now after listening to you bluster that you are M1, the fact is that you could not and never would be appointed to any such position, seeing you do not qualify in any sense of the word!

However, Neil on the other hand, not only qualifies, but he is supported by the one whom you claim supports you, Ray C. Dam, as well as myself. More importantly, we’ve decided to work side by side with Neil to release the Accounts to really do some good in this world. As we support Neil in his efforts, together we will attempt to get crucial aid to this dying planet.

You see, Neil does not interfere with Ray at all with his M1 position (soon to be finalized upon his signing of the documentation). Ray is not objecting to it, but has agreed to work together; they are in two significantly different positions.

Therefore, Ray would like to know how you could ever say that the Dragon Family and Neil stole the notes from the OITC… which did NOT involve either David Sale or yourself. David Sale worked for Ray C. Dam as you did, but you appointed yourself the right to con Neil’s banker Daniel Dal Bosco, into turning over the notes to yourselves (especially David Sale AKA David Righter) only to get computer copies.

When Ray learned of this, he demanded that you send the notes over to him immediately, because they were real (The Dragon Family are the depositors; OITC are holders).

You could not send them to Ray, as you only had computer copies, but your trifling with OITC business brought Ray directly into Neil’s cross-hairs and the eventual lawsuit which has led the Globalists’ world into chaos.

You brought this down upon the world by stealing Neil’s bonds. You also attempted to steal Ray’s accounts once he was imprisoned by Neil Keenan’s fire and drive. Then, too, you falsified documents (Sale’s expertise) and sent them to the Phnom Penh Post and the Cambodian police, claiming they belonged to Ray all the while knowing they were fake.

Of course, they were fake because you made them up (David Sale is the expert counterfeiter).

The odd one out here, but not to be outdone, is Keith Scott who was advising Neil Keenan regarding the Collateral Accounts by assisting Neil in the now world famous Financial Tyranny Lawsuit.

Scott added fuel to this fire after Neil learned that Ray was going to be assassinated. Scott told Neil that David Sale had made contact with Ray at the Prison Hospital in Phnom Penh.

In fact, it was Scott himself who contacted Ray, as he lay dying on the first floor of the hospital (which is where the assassinations take place) and told him that Ray would die in excruciating pain if he did not turn over the OITC accounts that Ray held to Scott himself. Scott had no idea that Ray would live through the night.

Not once did Scott tell Neil Keenan the truth of this matter; yet there is no question culpability fell under the umbrella of the OITC, because Sale, Crayfish and Scott actually were employed by the Organization.

As for proving my authority, I claim nothing other than who I am and what I am, so there is no need to prove it, but Michael Dunn knows this as well and once said, “Crayfish, substantiate your claims!”

OITC supports Neil Keenan, so if any future lawsuits are filed, the two of you, Dal Bosco and all others are going down. I’m a strong believer in action, not words!

Ray does not hold Neil accountable, but he surely does Scott and Sale. That speaks VOLUMES!

Crayfish, one further note, do not hide behind David Righter (Sale), because the Feds are watching your actions. Let me tell you why DC is watching a nobody like you. It’s the fraud you have been perpetuating throughout the world, or at least the 20 or 30 people that listen to you, in your assertion that Ray C. Dam is dead.

You have already been proven wrong, but now Ray wants to personally come after both of you as well.

You claim he was kidnapped and poisoned… when in fact, he was imprisoned by an Official Act of the Cambodian Government. Because of Sale’s fraudulent documentation at that time, Ray was unable to sign any papers or mandates. In addition, you falsely claimed that Ray signed mandates over to David Sale and yourself. IMPOSSIBLE! Neither of you visited Ray… ever!

Well, just for your knowledge, Ray C. Dam never trusted David Sale or Keith Scott, and he protected himself from the very beginning! Why your name is not mentioned again (above) is because Ray never considered you as part of anything important that he did.

Returning to the matter, Ray Dam was always many steps ahead of the two of you, and in December, 2010, he appointed me as Mandate over the OITC Accounts long before he was arrested, and your phony counterfeiting was involved.

In actuality, the authority to which Ray appointed me holds legal precedent, considering it took place before the jailing and, too, mostly because my appointment was not only signed by Ray C. Dam, but also by Washington, D.C.

So, Crayfish get back to where you belong, or we will forward Neil Keenan everything he needs to put you all away and then see if you can handle that.

I’d immediately turn everything over now to Neil Keenan, but he just told me you do not deserve to have your name mentioned any more than absolutely necessary (such as here), given that you are as Ray says, “a nobody”.

If and when Neil says, “Go!”, we will give him all that he needs. Remember, we do have your address as well, and Neil would love to know that.

You started this horrible mess for Neil and everyone else.
