Toys ‘R’ Us is taking advantage of the H-1B visa system to bring in foreign workers so they can be trained by the very American employees they will replace.

The company will then use those newly trained staffers to ship the jobs to overseas markets.

The end result is about 70 American workers are losing their jobs, mainly in the company’s accounting department in New Jersey.

The New York Times first reported the development, and wrote: “When Congress designed temporary work visa programs, the idea was to bring in foreigners with specialized, hard-to-find skills who would help American companies grow, creating jobs to expand the economy. Now, though, some companies are bringing in workers on those visas to help move jobs out of the country.”

As the Washington Free Beacon pointed out, the global outsourcing is creating a situation where American citizens employed by Toys ‘R’ Us are losing their jobs to the newly trained foreign replacements.

And as the New York Times found, the toy giant isn’t the only company taking advantage of the visa program in such manner.

Nick Adams’ book, “The American Boomerang: How The World’s Greatest Turnaround Nation Will Do It Again,” is endorsed by the likes of Dr. Ben Carson, Glenn Beck, Dick Morris, Gov. Mike Huckabee and Dennis Prager

“The Toys ‘R’ Us layoffs, and others underway now at the New York Life Insurance Co. and other businesses, go further,” the newspaper wrote. “They are examples of how global outsourcing companies are using temporary visas to bring in foreign workers who do not appear to have exceptional skills … to help ship out jobs, mainly to India.”

Rubio wants to expand corporate outsourcing program

As WND has previously reported, scores of big corporations have taken exploited the H1B visa program over the years, using it to replace American workers in their IT departments with cheaper “guest workers” from India, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Yemen and other Asian and Middle Eastern nations. The list includes Disney, Southern California Edison, Harley Davidson, Deloitte, Cargill, Catalina Marketing and Northeast Utilities, among others.

And Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., has a bill waiting in the Senate that would triple the number of H1B guest-worker visas handed out to foreign workers every year. Rubio’s so-called I-Squared bill would increase the cap on skilled guest-worker visas from 65,000 per year to around 195,000 and also allow for unlimited green cards to be handed out by universities. The bill would also allow family members of the H1B visa holders to live and work in the U.S.

The Center for Security Policy and others have warned that Rubio’s bill would not only take American tech jobs and give them to foreigners willing to work for less pay, but it would also present a national security risk since most H1B visa holders are not tightly screened for terrorist connections and many of them come from Middle Eastern countries where Islam dominates.

The I-Squared bill has the backing of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Business Software Alliance and heavyweight execs from Oracle, Microsoft, Apple, Yahoo and Google among others.

Rubio made a fundraising stop on June 9 to the home of Oracle founder Larry Ellison, seeking fresh cash for his presidential campaign.

Rubio, along with Jeb Bush, are the most vocal supporters of the guest-worker program in American politics today, along with Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah. Democrat Sen. Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota, where Cargill replaced 900 U.S. workers last year, is also on board with the program.

Russian Airstrikes in Syria Will Be ‘Accompanied by Ground Advances’ by Hundreds of Iranian Troops: Report

Oct. 1, 2015 11:19am Liz Klimas

As Russia continues to defend its airstrikes in Syria, denying that civilians have been killed, sources have said that hundreds of troops, allies of President Bashar al-Assad, have arrived in the country within the last week and a half.

Reuters reported a Lebanese source said that Russian “airstrikes will in the near future be accompanied by ground advances by the Syrian army and its allies,” with the goal being to recapture territory that had been taken by rebels.

“It is possible that the coming land operations will be focused in the Idlib and Hama countryside,” this source told Reuters.

One of the two sources speaking to Reuters also said that a “vanguard of Iranian ground forces began arriving in Syria: soldiers and officers specifically to participate in this battle. They are not advisors … we mean hundreds with equipment and weapons.” This source, also Lebanese, added that they believe Iraqis would join as well.

Russian jets carried out a second day of strikes in Syria Thursday, and some activists claimed that the targets included rebels backed by the United States as concerns grew about a conflict that has now drawn in warplanes from the world’s two most powerful militaries.

Russian President Vladimir Putin denied reports that civilians were killed in any Russian airstrikes.

“We are ready for such information attacks,” he said in a live broadcast from the Kremlin. “The first reports of civilian casualties came even before our jets took off.”

Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) told CNN he could “absolutely confirm” Russian airstrikes  were “against our Free Syrian Army or groups that have been armed and trained by the CIA, because we have communications with people there.”

McCain went on to say the strikes were “an incredible flouting of any kind of cooperation or effort to conceal what their first — Putin’s priority — is. And that is of course to prop up Bashar al-Assad,” CNN reported.

Russian Defense Minister Igor Konashenkov said Russian aircraft damaged or destroyed 12 targets in Syria belonging to the Islamic State group including a command center and two ammunition depots. Officials acknowledged, however, that other unidentified groups were being targeted as well.

Konashenkov said Russian Su-25M and Su-25 jets flew 20 sorties between Wednesday and Thursday morning, and he insisted that civilian areas were not targeted.

The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said airstrikes in the central province of Hama on Thursday hit locations of the U.S.-backed rebel group, Tajamu Alezzah, as well as the province of Idlib, which is controlled by a coalition of rebel groups that include al-Qaida’s affiliate in Syria, Jabhat al-Nusra.

The British group said Tajamu Alezzah was also targeted on Wednesday.

Russia’s air campaign in support of Syrian government forces began Wednesday in what Putin called a pre-emptive strike against militants. Putin’s spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, said Russia was going after IS militants as well as a “list” of other groups.

“These organizations are well known and the targets are chosen in coordination with the armed forces of Syria,” he said Thursday, without specifying.

On Wednesday, however, Sergei Ivanov, Putin’s chief of staff, said “the operation’s target is solely air support for the Syrian government forces in their fight against the ISIS.”

Putin has said Russia would be fighting “gangs of international terrorists.” The Syrian government considers all rebel groups terrorists.

The Pentagon said it would begin talks Thursday with Russian military officials on ways to avoid U.S. and Russian forces firing on each other in Syria as tensions escalate over the airstrikes. The talks will be held by video teleconference.

On Wednesday, Defense Secretary Ash Carter said the Russians appeared to have targeted areas that did not include IS militants. He complained that Moscow did not use formal channels to give advance notice of its airstrikes to Washington, which is has been conducting its own airstrikes in Syria against IS for more than a year.

Carter said the Russians should not be supporting the Assad government and their military moves are “doomed to fail.”

The U.S. defense chief also said the Obama administration was open to holding direct talks with the Russians on “deconflicting” their military operations in Syria, or arranging ways to avoid firing upon each other or creating unintended incidents in the air.

“Our goals for this meeting are the following: to facilitate the flow of information between coalition forces and Russian elements that will help us maintain the safety of our personnel in the region, which is critical; to ensure that any additional Russian actions do not interfere with our coalition’s efforts to degrade and defeat ISIL, and to clarify that broader U.S. security commitments in the region remain unchanged,” Carter said.

Glencore + Trafigura = Marc Rich!!!

10ozsilverbar1GoldForNESARAPic1

With Glencore telling the market it's going to sell off it's gold and silver streams you can GUESS which side of the market they have placed their TRILLIONS in derivative bets!

http://www.silverdoctors.com/mining-giant-glencore-to-sell-gold-silver-output-to-pay-down-debt/

How come nobody talks about the REAL Glencore? The company created by the long time member of "America's 10 Most Wanted Fugitives", Marc Rich, who groomed "The Rich Boys" who split off to trade/corner the market on all commodity trading through Glencore and Trafigura.

Glencore and Trafigura = MARC RICH!!!

It's so obvious. Marc Rich was hired by Kissinger and the Mossad in the 1970's to rig the oil markets to set up petro-dollar. Hired by Clinton in the 1990's to rig the metal markets for the "strong dollar policy" in exchange for pardons for Rich, Pincus Green, Ivan Glasenberg (now CEO of Glencore) and Dauphin (Majority owner and Chairman of Trafigura who suspiciously DIED yesterday).

The collapse of Glencore and Trafigura is not only the collapse of the PHYSICAL side of the cabal but the MAJOR COUNTER-PARTY of the Banksters!

And by the way...

A trader ALWAYS lies to the public in favor of their derivative book so GUESS which way the Glencore Derivative Book is weighted when it comes to gold and silver!!!

It's gonna get ugly.

This is the end game my friends.

Australia detains pro-life leader on 'false accusations'

A key American pro-life leader who was one of those behind the Center for Medical Progress videos that have brought the abortion industry’s profit-making from the sale of the body parts of aborted infants to the attention of congressional investigators has been detained in Australia based on “false accusations” from a member of that nation’s parliament.

Cheryl Sullenger, senior public policy adviser for Operation Rescue, has confirmed that her co-worker, Troy Newman, was held by authorities in Melbourne, Australia, as he arrived in that nation on an invitation for a speaking tour.

The reason for the detention apparently, Sullenger reported, was a letter from Terri Butler, an abortion-promoting member of parliament, who accused Newman of being an “extremist” and of arguing that abortionists should be “executed.”

“Newman has never advocated violence against abortion providers or facilities and has instead adamantly encouraged pro-life activists to work through the legal, legislative, and justice systems to bring abortionists who are breaking the law and harming women to justice,” Sullenger wrote.

“The pro-abortion bullies in Australia who have been slandering Troy Newman to the government have had to stoop to the lowest of lows to silence his message about Planned Parenthood’s criminality and his use of peaceful, law-abiding activism to expose abortion abuses,” said Sullenger. “Now that they have told so may lies about him, they must make sure he is deported lest their shame be exposed to the people of Australia.”

Published reports said the Australian government was not immediately removing Newman from the country, nor was it allowing him freedom.

The reports said attorneys for Newman had filed a request for an injunction that would allow him to remain. They pointed out to the government that Newman never has been charged or advocated violence.

Read the tested and proven strategies to defeat the abortion cartel, in “Abortion Free: Your Manual for Building a Pro-Life America One Community at a Time.”

Butler’s letter charges that Newman’s visit would “incite discord” and “disrupt the ability of women to access lawful reproductive medicine.”

Operation Rescue reported that the detention followed “his visa being cancelled at the request of pro-abortion bullies who were bent on silencing Newman’s message of peaceful, legal activism on behalf of pre-born babies.”

While Newman was in custody, OR reported, “his wife, Mellissa, whose visa is still active, is left along in a foreign country with no luggage.”

“Troy’s unjust treatment by the Australian government is based on a pack of bold-faced lies about his character. This makes him a political prisoner,” said Sullenger. “It’s shocking that the Australian government would take these lies at face value and deny Troy his right to his freedom and free speech. To say we are disappointed is an understatement.”

Newman, the chief of OR, also is on the board of the Center for Medical Progress, which has been releasing videos in a series investigating the baby body parts trade of Planned Parenthood.

They have revealed open discussions by Planned Parenthood executives about the prices they want to charge for the remains of aborted infants. One executive notoriously said, while negotiating for higher prices, “I want a Lamborghini.”

That’s even though profiting from those sales is forbidden in federal law.

Newman had been invited by Australia Right to Life for a series of speaking engagements, prompting Butler to send her “spurious letter” to Minister of Immigration Peter Dutton.

OR reported the pro-abortion politicians “falsely” accused Newman of “advocating the execution of abortion providers, which Dutton never bothered to fact-check.”

In fact, Newman’s newly published book, “Abortion Free: Your Manual for Building a Pro-Life America One Community at a Time,” provides specific instructions and suggestions for how to work within a community’s legal and social framework to advocate for protection for the unborn.

Newman had been banned from a United Airlines flight from Denver to Los Angeles en route to Australia over the issue, but continued his travel, “thinking this misunderstanding would soon be corrected,” OR said.

“Troy has been treated like a criminal even though he has never been convicted of a crime and is being detained and deported based solely on his religious and pro-life beliefs that are opposed by certain abortion lackeys in the Australian government,” said Sullenger. “This is unjust and as a representative of Operation Rescue, I demand his immediate release and an apology from Minister Dutton for the trouble he has caused by acquiescing to false accusations of those who oppose Newman’s pro-life stance.”
