Earlier this week, I wrote about a deal reached that would soon be pumping out medical microchip implants. Meet the new face of medicine that polygamously marries Big Pharma, biotech, nanotech and wireless remote technology. Maybe hooking oneself into the Internet of Things will be an additional app, although this sounds like a passive form of medicine where someone else gets to call the shots, so to speak.
The same developers who are bringing wireless remotely controlled microchip implants are actually focusing on their first flagship product: Gates Foundation-funded birth-control microchip implants. Wireless technology allows the remotely controlled chip to turn a woman's ability to conceive off or on at will - temporary sterilization. Of course with remote technology funded by eugenics depopulation fanatics, the first questions should always be, "the ability to conceive by whose will?" This would be the complete antithesis of female empowerment or a "woman's right to choose" - would it not?
The encryption is alleged to be so safe, that cyberhackers cannot break entry - that means you too.
The chip can be implanted into the hip, arms or beneath the back. Mum was the word during the last few years of development until it was finally publicly confirmed that the beta testing for the birth control chip would be starting towards the end of this year. Indeed, human volunteers will be sought for real-life chip testing.
TWCN Tech News reports more details on the microchip birth-control implant:The birth control chip is the brain child of a professor, Robert Langer, from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Bill Gates and Melinda foundation has funded the research and the prototype is ready for human testing. The chips will be ready for sale by the year 2018 according to Robert Langer. The institute’s Chip Foundation and Bill Gates’ foundation have been working on the birth control chip for past three years.As usual, "The main target" for the testing phase of the chips are women in third-world countries. That means African and Indian women will be human guinea pigs, subject to more of Gates' destructive horrors, like paralyzing nearly 50,000 Indian children with his polio vaccine tests. Or deaths/paralysis in Pakistan and more paralysis in Africa. But, I'm sure they will go back and make sure those women can conceive again, right? No one is admitting who is actually in control of the wireless capabilities of the implant that is allegedly impenetrable by hackers. Who does a woman see to have her ability to conceive turned back on? That would be an important piece of information, correct?
The chip’s size is 20mm by 20mm by 7mm. The reservoirs of hormones would be stored on a microchip of 1.5cm. The chip’s data would always be encrypted so that others (cybercriminals or hackers) cannot access the information contained in the chip or misuse/alter or destroy it.

The release of hormones will be done by melting a part of solid hormonal stock using a small electric shock which won’t be noticed by humans.

The safety tests would begin by the end of year 2015 and Robert Langer is confident that the chips will hit market sometime in 2018.
Interestingly, this news came right on the heels of New Zealand academic higher-ups seriously suggesting the temporary sterilization of all young teen girls - at least in New Zealand.
Brave New World much?Headlines were simply calling it "free contraception" and recommending the temporary chemical shutting off of young female fertility for society's sake. No thought whatsoever to looking to solve the source of "the problem" if it even should be looked at so harshly, or to the health of developing teen girls. And just like Gates' moves in India, no real thoughts go to solving issues of impoverishment which historically, lead to blooming birth rates and medical birth issues. Why better people's lives when there is so much control in remotely and wirelessly deciding if a woman can conceive?
Pregnancy costs too much....it's inconvenient...it's bad for mother and child, and other dehumanizing reasons were given. Ethics, compulsory slippery slopes and STD concerns aside, critics zeroed in on health and environment concerns regarding chemicals. Isn't it convenient that Gates' birth-control microchip should launch to save the world from those critiques? Who needs artificial hormones when wireless voltage and gold are there to alchemically or A.I.-chemically create "an artificial organ" through biotech, according to one of its developers. This is where Woman meets Machine to reproduce. Now there is no reason to protest - temporary sterilization for all!
How is that for female empowerment? It requires permission...
This writer's sentiments align with the anti-eugenics op-ed piece by Leading Edge, that said:For me, one of the most troubling aspects of this proposal is the way in which it so flippantly treats normal healthy female fertility as if it were something that needs to be shut down or medicated against – like we would a disease, or some other physiological problem.Indeed, is the human body really worth altering to the point of switching on and off like it's an inconvenient afterthought? Why go against who you are - you are not a disease. At least you deserve to be thought of as a glorious human being, and not something to be eradicated. Worse yet, why let someone else take the wheel from a remote location?

Who is really going to be running Jade Helm 15?
There is more to the story than just training for martial law in states designated as “hostile states” – already a chilling pretext with overtones of greater federal power that could spiral out of control.
But it seems that it is actually A.I. – artificial intelligence – that is at the helm of an enormous and unprecedented military drill. A scary thought for sure… but what does it really mean?
If analysts are correct, it seems that “JADE” is an acronym for a DARPA-developed A.I. quantum computing technology that produces holographic battlefield simulations and will be in charge of the drill in order to “master the human” domain and predict human response.
Level 9 News, who appeared in the above interview with John B. Wells, gave a 38-minute YouTube presented about what exactly she has uncovered concerning JADE Helm as an artificial intelligence exercise – talk about adding layers of meaning to the 2015 Bilderberg discussion of A.I!

Why The Puerto Rico Debt Crisis Is Such A Huge Threat To The U.S. Financial System

The debt crisis in Puerto Rico could potentially cost financial institutions in the United States tens of billions of dollars in losses. This week, Puerto Rico Governor Alejandro Garcia Padilla publicly announced that Puerto Rico’s 73 billion dollar debt is “not payable,” and a special adviser that was recently appointed to help straighten out the island’s finances said that it is “insolvent” and will totally run out of cash very shortly.
At this point, Puerto Rico’s debt is approximately 15 times larger than the per capita median debt of the 50 U.S. states. Yes, the Greek debt crisis is larger, as Greece currently owes about $350 billion to the rest of the planet. But only about $14 billion of that total is owed to U.S. financial institutions. But with Puerto Rico, things are very different. Just about the entire 73 billion dollar debt is owed to U.S. financial institutions, and this could potentially cause massive problems for some extremely leveraged Wall Street firms.
There is a reason why Puerto Rico is called “America’s Greece”. In Puerto Rico today, more than 40 percent of the population is living in poverty, the unemployment rate is over 12 percent, and the economy of the small island nation has continually been in recession since 2006.Yet all this time Puerto Rico has continued to pile up even more debt. Finally, it has gotten to the point where all of this debt is simply unpayable…
Steven Rhodes, the retired U.S. bankruptcy judge who oversaw Detroit’s historic bankruptcy and has now been retained by Puerto Rico to help solve its problems, gave a blunt assessment on Monday.Puerto Rico “urgently needs our help,” Rhodes said. “It can no longer pay its debts, it will soon run out of cash to operate, its residents and businesses will suffer,” he added.
This is why I hammer on the danger of U.S. government debt so often. As we see with the examples of Greece and Puerto Rico, eventually a day of reckoning always arrives. And when the day of reckoning arrives, power shifts into the hands of those that you owe the money too.
It would be hard to understate just how severe the debt crisis in Puerto Rico has become. Former IMF economist Anne Krueger has gone so far as to say that it is “really dire”…“The situation is dire, and I mean really dire,” said former IMF economist Anne Krueger, co-author of the report commissioned by the U.S. territory, which recommended debt restructuring, tax hikes and spending cuts. “The needed measures may face political resistance but failure to address the issues would affect even more the people of Puerto Rico.”So who is going to get left holding the bag?
As I mentioned at the top of this article, major U.S. financial institutions are very heavily exposed. Income from Puerto Rican bonds is exempt from state and federal taxation, and so that made them very attractive to many U.S. investors. According to USA Today, there are 180 mutual funds that have “at least 5% of their portfolios in Puerto Rican bonds”…The inability of the U.S. territory to repay its debt, combined with the financial crisis in Greece, would have far-reaching implications for financial markets and unsuspecting American investors. Morningstar, an investment research firm based in Chicago, estimated in 2013 that 180 mutual funds in the United States and elsewhere have at least 5% of their portfolios in Puerto Rican bonds.It is important to keep in mind that many of these financial institutions are very highly leveraged. So just a “couple of percentage points” could mean the different between life and death for some of these firms.
And unlike what is happening with Greece, the private financial institutions that hold Puerto Rican bonds are not likely to be very eager to “negotiate”. In fact, the largest holder of Puerto Rican debt has already stated that it is very much against any kind of restructuring…U.S. fund manager OppenheimerFunds, the largest holder of Puerto Rico debt among U.S. municipal bond funds, warned the island it stands ready to defend the terms of bonds it holds, a day after the governor said he wanted to restructure debt and postpone bond payments.What Oppenheimer is essentially saying is that it does not plan to give Puerto Rico any slack at all. Here is more from the article that I just quoted above…OppenheimerFunds, with about $4.5 billion exposure to Puerto Rico according to Morningstar, said it believed the island could repay bondholders while providing essential services to citizens and growing the economy. It said it stood ready “to defend the previously agreed to terms in each and every bond indenture.”“We are disheartened that Governor Padilla, in a public forum, has called for negotiations with other creditors, representing and including the millions of individual Americans that hold Puerto Rico municipal bonds,” a spokesman for Oppenheimer said in a statement.But Puerto Rico simply does not have the money to meet all of their debt obligations.
So somebody is not going to get paid at some point.
When that happens, those that insure Puerto Rican bonds are also going to take tremendous losses. The following comes from a recent piece by Stephen Flood…Now, bondholders are at risk as are the funds which hold Puerto Rican bonds and, more importantly, those who insure them in the derivatives market.Dave Kranzler, from Investment Research Dynamics has warned that there are signs that the Puerto Rico situation may not remain a local crisis for much longer.He points out that share prices of MBIA, the bond insurers, have been plummeting.MBIA are valued at $3.9 billion whereas their exposure to Puerto Rican debt is around $4.5 billion. Kranzler reckons their exposure could even be multiples of that figure. A default could wipe them out.He also points out that the firm’s largest shareholders are Warburg Pincus, the firm to which Timothy Geithner went after his stint as Treasury Secretary, when he helped paper over the chasms opening up in the financial system.Did you notice the word “derivatives” in that quote?
Hmmm – who has been writing endless articles warning about the danger of derivatives for years?
Who has been warning that "this gigantic time bomb is going to go off and absolutely cripple the entire global financial system"?
When Puerto Rico defaults, bond insurers are going to be expected to step up and make huge debt service payments to investors.
But this just might bankrupt some of these big bond insurers. In fact, we have already started to see the stock prices of some of these bond insurers begin to plummet. The following comes from the Wall Street Journal…Bond insurers MBIA Inc. and Ambac Financial Group Inc. are down again Tuesday as concerns over Puerto Rico’s ability to repay its debt multiply.Investors fear that both firms face the potential for steep losses on their promises to backstop billions of Puerto Rico’s $72 billion of debt.MBIA’s stock closed down 23% Monday, and fell more than 10% before rebounding Tuesday. By late afternoon, the stock was down 6%. Ambac’s stock fell 12% Monday and was off 14% Tuesday.Of course Puerto Rico is just the tip of the iceberg of the coming debt crisis in the western hemisphere, just like Greece is just the tip of the iceberg of the coming debt crisis in Europe.
So stay tuned, because the second half of 2015 has now begun, and the remainder of this calendar year promises to be extremely “interesting”.

Obama: Rockefeller’s Man in the White House Close to Total Victory
Tutored and mentored by David Rockefeller’s intellectual flunkey, Zbigniew Brzezinski, Barack Obama is close to winning his two gold stars for victory—and make no mistake about it, these were his two assignments from the First Globalist Family of Rockefeller:
Obamacare and Obamatrade.
Obamacare was and is a Rockefeller strategy for enforcing the pharmaceutical brand of medicine his ancestors pioneered early in the 20th century.
The US Supreme Court has just papered over an obvious loophole and contradiction in the law, to keep Obamacare intact: “the state exchanges vs. federal exchanges.” No problem. No issue. Suddenly, for the Court, the “original intent” of the law is the prime consideration—whereas original intent has been derided, bombarded, crushed, and ignored when it comes to that little document called the US Constitution.
Obama has also won vaunted, slam-dunk, “fast-track authority” on the three Globalist trade bills that will shortly arrive for Congressional approval, including the horrific TPP, which will grant Big Pharma more profits, as well as greater exemption in the matter of poisoning populations with their drugs.
Hope and change? Yes we can? Faded slogans for the kiddies who, with deplorable, gullible, glazed-over grins, helped put this Globalist front man in the White House.
Will they ever learn? Not a chance.
So…once again, I present my article, written several years ago, during the lead-up to the original Congressional vote that put Obamacare into the books as a binding law.
This is what mainstream reporters didn’t disclose and will never disclose.
The Devastating Truth behind Obamacare:
“I want my Obamacare! I want my Obamacare!”
It’s vital to look at the real meaning of this sinister plan. It’s all about the toxic effects of mainstream medicine. That’s what the sold-out press is refusing to examine.
A year ago, I discussed the case of a young Michigan boy, whose parents had been taken to court three times to force them to submit their child to intensely toxic chemo treatments—despite these facts:
The boy’s latest scans revealed no sign of cancer; the drugs that would be forced on him can cause cancer; the drugs have not been approved to treat children.
And I warned: this is what waits for you and your children, up the line.
The “share and care” humanitarian mask will be peeled away. The US Dept. of Health and Human Services will create, as ordered, a complete list of approved treatments for every disease-label under the sun. And everyone in the insurance plan will be forced to take what the doctor tells them to take.
For a bonus, unapproved treatments will be banned. People and practitioners who try to use alternative treatments will find themselves in trouble.
This is the hidden agenda of Obamacare. This is what it will morph into in the future.
I’m not dreaming or fantasizing. I’ve been following and reporting on the medical cartel for 30 years, and I know the mindset of these people, these doctors, these bureaucrats, these pharmaceutical string-pullers behind the scenes. Obamacare is right up their alley. It’s about control, so it’s an answer to their prayers.
So what do we know about their mainstream medicine, the hospital-based drug-addled modern version?
On July 26, 2000, the Journal of the American Medical Association published a landmark paper by Dr. Barbara Starfield (Johns Hopkins School of Public Health), “Is US health really the best in the world?” In it, Starfield revealed what many people inside the medical establishment already knew: every year, like clockwork, the medical system was killing huge numbers of people.
Each year in the US, as Dr. Starfield reported, there are:
12,000 deaths from unnecessary surgeries;
7,000 deaths from medication errors in hospitals;
20,000 deaths from other errors in hospitals;
80,000 deaths from infections acquired in hospitals;
106,000 deaths from FDA-approved correctly prescribed medicines.
The total of medically-caused deaths in the US every year is 225,000 (a conservative estimate).
This makes the medical system the third leading cause of death in America, behind heart disease and cancer.
In the wake of Starfield’s devastating report, other facts came to light: 2.1 million people in America, every year, are hospitalized as a result of reactions to FDA-approved medicines. Annually, 36 million serious adverse reactions to those drugs occur.
So, inclusive health coverage for many more Americans under the Obama Plan means these horrendous figures will rise.
This is the dirty secret.
Obama and his allies are promoting a medical system that is the third leading cause of death in America. It’s that stark and it’s that simple.
The Obama Plan involves appointing an “expert panel” to decide what treatments Americans should be given for what diseases, under the new regime.
Only a certified idiot would assume that, over time, alternative non-mainstream therapies would survive such an ongoing vetting. Hope may spring eternal, but common sense makes it easy to grasp the realities on the ground.
In the long run, alternative therapies will be edged out. Those that remain will be permitted for a narrow range of conditions, or as adjuncts to standard drug treatments and surgery.
Chiropractors and acupuncturists, who are temporarily basking in the notion that Obama “really cares,” are in for a very rude awakening. Their careers and practices will be significantly reduced. Not today, not tomorrow, but it will happen.
Doctors, under the Plan, will be telling patients they may not take nutritional supplements while in treatment. This will assume the status of an irreversible edict. In many cases, “while in treatment” will mean years.
What happens to a person, conscripted into the mandated Insurance Plan, who is told by his doctor that he should/must receive a vaccine? Suppose this person says no? What are the consequences? Will he then be labeled a defector? What penalties will he suffer?
Does a diagnosis of cancer imply a patient must submit to chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery? Can these treatments be forced upon him?
Perhaps, in the early days of the Plan, nothing untoward will happen. But then, as time passes, and the system assumes tighter and tighter controls, the hand of government will close around the recalcitrant patient’s neck.
“Take this vaccine. Take this chemo drug. If you don’t, you’re in violation of the rules.”
Doctors, who are an integral part of the Plan, will surely be punished if they give unapproved (alternative) treatments to patients.
And in order to make the Plan operate on a day-to-day basis, the records and bookkeeping data of every health-care practitioner in America will be tracked on government computer networks.
Every person in America will have a traceable and trackable medical ID package. Government-issued. There is no way around it. The monitoring apparatus can’t work without it.
Orwellian consequences lie up the road in the field of psychiatric practice. In case you hadn’t noticed, the invention of “disorders” by committee is the preferred method for “discovering” more and more mental illnesses.
Yet, the science is completely fraudulent. For evidence, consult the many works of psychiatrist Peter Breggin, who has done more than any other person to expose the guts of his own profession. (breggin.com) Breggin establishes that mental disorders are not authoritatively diagnosed by a chemical or biological test. Conclusive tests do not exist. And worse, in this undefined and arbitrary territory, the drugs that follow diagnoses are killers: for example, 300,000 cases of motor brain damage, as a result of the administration of major tranquilizers.
Under the Obama Plan, you can bet your bottom dollar that psychiatric care will eventually become mandatory. A patient suddenly diagnosed with clinical depression or bipolar disease will be told he must take the drugs—and suffer their adverse effects.
Very young children will be given more and more debilitating and dangerous brain drugs.
Under the Obama Plan, it will be very convenient to declare new pandemics every few seasons, because these phony non-epidemics provide an opportunity to herd the sheep into clinics and remind them who is running the show. Go here, take this vaccine; go there, take that drug; the epidemic is endangering the herd, and you must help your brothers and sisters.
Yes, under the Obama Plan, there will be more declared health emergencies, and they will serve to cement the citizen to his new role as eternal patient in the medical march along bleak streets of the future.
Can you perceive the loss of individual freedom implicit in this universal system of health control?
The widespread (and false) assumption is that more medical care for more people is a good thing. That’s what the politicians and the press tell us. That’s what the medical bureaucrats and the drug companies tell us. This is the central piece of brainwashing.
It’s a bald-faced lie. It’s a death-dealing lie.
And now the American people are saddled with it.
Unless the current rebellion against Obamacare expands all over the country.

BOOM: 27 States Just Took a Massive Stand Against Obama’s Federal Power Grab
President Barack Obama’s Environmental Protection Agency made one of its biggest power grabs last month when it used its fiat authority to essentially claim jurisdiction over any body of water bigger than a driveway puddle.
While the unprecedented expansion of the EPA’s authority may have sounded like a good idea to the president, it hasn’t sat well with the states. Nine states filed a federal lawsuit over the expanded jurisdiction in Savannah, Ga., on Tuesday, joining 18 states that had already filed a case.
The lawsuit claimed the EPA violated the Clean Water Act, as well as other regulations and Supreme Court decisions, with the power grab.
The nine states filing on Tuesday were South Carolina, West Virginia, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Kentucky, Utah and Wisconsin.
They will join Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Ohio, Michigan, Texas, Mississippi and Louisiana, which filed suit on Monday.
Under the new rules, dubbed “Waters of the United States,” the EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers will now have federal jurisdiction over small streams, ponds and tributaries.
While the Clean Water Act gave the federal government only the expressed power to regulate navigable waters, the EPA has also assumed responsibility for some larger tributaries that feed into the navigable waters.
The new plan would drastically change that, making the federal government responsible for bodies of water as small as drainage ditches and ponds on private property.
“The results of this rule will carry a tremendous cost to our state, our economy, and our families,” South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson said in a statement. South Carolina was spearheading the latest round of lawsuits against the EPA and the federal government, according to The Hill.
“The EPA’s proposed expansion would bring many roadside ditches, small ponds on family farms, water features on golf courses, and storm water systems under extremely burdensome federal regulation,” Wilson added.
While the states have filed individually, the lawsuits will likely be dealt with as a whole, as they all made the same complaint.

The coming earthquakes will recreate this country. Two of the largest “earth-shaping” faults that are either, A. long over due, or B. are being pressured to blow are:
1. The New Madrid Fault
2. The San Andreas Fault
3. Yellowstone (not a fault, but and eruption would set either of the two fault lines off)
The destruction that would come from such an earthquake occuring at one of these faults, are contributing reasons as to why America has newer maps such as the New America Navy Map and so on.
Detruction cometh.
UC Santa Barbara geologist Jim Boles found evidence of helium leakage from the Earth’s mantle along a 30-mile stretch of the Newport-Inglewood Fault Zone in the Los Angeles Basin.
He claims the results show that the Newport-Inglewood fault is deeper than scientists previously thought.
Using samples of casing gas from two dozen oil wells ranging from LA’s Westside to Newport Beach in Orange County, Boles discovered that more than one-third of the sites show evidence of high levels of helium-3 (3He).
‘The results are unexpected for the area, because the LA Basin is different from where most mantle helium anomalies occur,’ said Boles, professor emeritus in UCSB’s Department of Earth Science.
‘The Newport-Inglewood fault appears to sit on a 30-million-year-old subduction zone, so it is surprising that it maintains a significant pathway through the crust.’
Considered primordial, 3He is a vestige of the Big Bang, and its only terrestrial source is the mantle.
Boles’s findings appear in Geochemistry, Geophysics, Geosystems (G-Cubed), an electronic journal of the American Geophysical Union and the Geochemical Society.

About That ‘3 A.M. Phone Call,’ Turns Out Obama and Hillary Had One the Night of Benghazi Attack…

A newly-released email sent between top aides to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and President Obama reveal that the two leaders were engaged in a late-night call on the night of the Sept. 11, 2012, attack on the U.S. Embassy in Benghazi, Libya.
The Washington Examiner reported:
While the content of whatever Rhodes proposed for release was redacted, it was labeled a “readout of President’s call to Secretary Clinton.”
The email confirms a late-night call between Obama and Clinton did take place the night of the attack.
The new records were so heavily redacted that, because the documents contained email chains that produced duplicates, information was withheld in some emails that was disclosed in identical versions of others.
The email was obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request filed by the conservative nonprofit Judicial Watch. Its discovery sheds new light on how the White House and the State Department worked together in its media strategy in the days following the attack.
While it had been previously disclosed that Clinton and Obama spoke that night, the documents provide additional details about the timing of the call, which occurred after the initial attack on the consulate, but before the second wave of attacks when mortars hit the nearby CIA annex, killing two former Navy SEALs.
As CBS News reported, a key State Department counter-terrorism task force known as the CSG (Counterterrorism Security Group) was not convened the night of the Benghazi terrorist attack on a diplomatic compound on September 11th, 2012.
CBS also reported in a separate article that the in extremis force dedicated to quick reaction to emergencies was an hour’s flying time away from Benghazi in Italy, but did not arrive on scene until after the 10-hour-long attack was over.
A military and State Department talking point that a rescue operation was “impractical” due to lack of Libyan flyover authority was proven false when it came out that no such request was even made that night.
Other emails, Fox News reported, reveal that Clinton had made a statement that night citing an anti-Islamic Internet video before the attack ended.
Gregory Hicks, the number two diplomat in Libya behind Christopher J. Stevens, said on the Congressional record that no ever mentioned an anti-Islamic video in diplomatic communications in Libya the night of the raid, and he was “stunned” that a video was being blamed for the terror attack.
The State Department, and Clinton in particular, have come under scrutiny for their response to the attack in the hours and days that followed. Several former State Department officials, including Clinton, have been asked to testify before the House Select Committee on Benghazi later this year.
