With all the media ‘fear porn’ about measles that’s been inundating everyone recently, perhaps healthcare consumers ought to know some pertinent facts about the MMR vaccines that their MDs, pediatricians, and health agencies apparently NEGLECT to tell the public as part of what should be properly informed consent. Later on, I will discuss ‘fear porn’ tactics.
Legally, ethically, and morally, what would be informed medical consent? According to the American Medical Association,

The patient’s right of self-decision can be effectively exercised only if the patient possesses enough information to enable an informed choice. [1] [Emphasis added]

Furthermore, the AMA says,

The patient should make his or her own determination about treatment. The physician's obligation is to present the medical facts accurately to the patient or to the individual responsible for the patient’s care and to make recommendations for management in accordance with good medical practice. [1] [Emphasis added]

However, all the medical professions apparently practice only partial informed consent since they do not reveal the many health-threatening facts about vaccines as published on each and every vaccine package insert—the MMR vaccine being no exception.
Online at Immunization Action Coalition, consumers will find vaccines package inserts for twenty-four (24) vaccines, especially the ones children receive. Each package insert must follow guidelines to supply information in order to comply with CDC/FDA vaccine licensing protocols.
Mercks’ MMR II Vaccine
Let’s see what the Merck & Company M-M-R II package insert (Measles, Mumps, Rubella Virus Vaccine Live) has to say.

1. For measles, 894,134 cases reported in 1941 compared to 288 cases reported in 1995 resulted in a 99.97% decrease in reported cases; … [2]

That verifies just how prevalent measles was. Measles and other infectious childhood diseases were considered almost as a “rite of passage.” Most children usually were expected to contract measles, as several old TV sitcoms dramatized as ‘comedies’, namely: “The Donna Reed Show” in 1959; “The Flintstones” in 1961 with a skit about ‘measly measles’; and “The Brady Bunch” 1969 parody about an entire family coming down with measles.
It’s rather interesting—and totally amusing—that a TV-show mother resorted to creating a chart detailing all communicable infectious diseases contracted by each of her six children! A novel idea, I’d say, but an intelligent and responsible Mom was portrayed. Was ‘Mrs. Brady’ fear-ridden or panic stricken? Absolutely not! Mothers back then knew the facts about measles, as nonchalantly stated by the MD in that TV show. Also, Moms knew how to treat it without today’s modern pharmaceuticals, and kids in western countries got well in a few days.
Measles fatalities occur in developing or “Third World” countries where life is at subsistence levels and children’s immune systems can’t cope. Mr. Bill Gates, supposedly the wealthiest man on the planet, may I question why you don’t improve the standard of living conditions in those countries with your money, instead of supplying vaccines that harm?

What Changed?
The glaringly interesting aspect of the TV measles theme shows [above] is how nonchalantly measles was treated when an entire household came down with the disease. The depiction in those parodies was actually the way measles was treated back then BEFORE vaccines. I remember it well; I lived and experienced it; and all of us kids lived, too! And, I did not have a MMR vaccine; that was in the 1940s! Here’s an interesting aside: During puberty, my face broke out very badly with acne. I was called “pimple face” by kids in school. However, within the year of my pimple face experience, I contracted German measles. Guess what? When the German measles ran its course, I was left with a clear complexion—the acne went away—almost like magic! So apparently, those German measles were able to ‘fine-tune’ my body chemistry.
Realistically, what has frightened healthcare consumers need to ask today is, “Where has all this vituperative ‘fear porn’ come from?” Apparently, those who have financial interests in vaccines either need to create markets, or champion part of the control mechanisms for the new world order controllers. Remember the 2009 Swine flu pandemic that never materialized. The 2014-15 flu vaccine has a wrong choice of flu strains. Maybe they intentionally want people to get the flu so they can push more vaccines or mandatory control techniques?

Classic Example of ‘Fear Porn’
Now, here’s what I would call a classic example of ‘vaccine fear porn’. In the metropolitan Philadelphia radio listening area, at least a couple times an hour over the last few days, a measles report advised listeners to get vaccinated against the “probably deadly disease measles” because a teenager in a suburban county [deliberately not named] may have symptoms of measles. Scare all listeners in the surrounding counties and states neighboring Philadelphia! That hype ratcheted up each day, as I wondered what the ---- is going on, since any MD worth his or her professional salt only needs to look at a person’s skin and take their body temperature to diagnose measles! Now, as I finish editing this article, the all-news radio station reports that the 15 year old boy, who first went to ‘X’ hospital in Montgomery County, has not been diagnosed with measles, according to health authorities. No measles outbreak, but plenty of ‘fear porn’ damage accomplished, in my opinion.
Reality Check
Now, for a reality check: The measles vaccine was not invented until 1963, when a measles vaccine was licensed. In 1968 a more attenuated measles vaccine was introduced, and in 1971 the MMR combination vaccine made its debut. [3] However, if truth be known, measles was on the decline long before the first measles vaccine ever was invented, as the chart below indicates what happened in England and Wales in children less than 15 years of age from 1850 to 1965. That’s the year measles vaccinations were given as a single dose vaccine, rather than a trivalent—the Measles-Mumps-Rubella, which definitely has proven to be problematic with adverse reactions, even according to the CDC’s VAERS reports.

The automatic precipitous decline in measles was due to improved sanitation, potable running water supplies, refrigeration, and better/healthful food and nutrition, NOT vaccines like the CDC would have you believe.
However, it needs to be noted that in the USA, only 20 states required measles vaccinations by 1970, but by 1983, all 50 states had those requirements. Furthermore, shortly afterward in the 1980s is when vaccine adverse events in young children became frequent and attracted the attention of vaccine makers and parents, who realized their children were not the same after receiving the MMR vaccinations, in particular, and the same for DPT vaccines.
Cause and Effect
Vaccine apologists somehow cannot—nor do they want to—acknowledge “cause and effect.” Science teaches that for every action there is a reaction, one of the basic laws of physics: Newton’s Third Law [5]. The intended reaction for vaccines is immunization, whereas what vaccinees acquire is an “antigen response,” which is not natural immunity. The proof is that all health agencies now are requiring the same vaccines be given numerous times at various ages.
With natural immunity, once you contract the disease, you are immune for life with no shots!
Definitely not cost effective for Big Pharma!
Furthermore, Big Pharma vaccine makers became so paranoid about probable future law suits that could put them out of business for adverse reactions from vaccines, that they lobbied Congress for—and even helped write—the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, which has become an ever-widening legal challenge for healthcare consumers getting vaccine damage relief, it seems. More claims are denied than compensated, which was not the original intent of the act, I believe.
According to the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Statistics Reports the following claims have been filed for MMR vaccines: 866 injuries and 57 deaths with 357 compensated, but 489 dismissed for MMR vaccine-caused injuries.
For the MMR-Varicella vaccine: 28 injuries, 1 death, 13 compensated, and 6 dismissed.

2. Women of childbearing age should be advised not to become pregnant for 3 months after vaccination and should be informed of the reasons for this precaution.

Post-Exposure Vaccination

Vaccination of individuals exposed to wild-type measles may provide some protection if the vaccine can be administered within 72 hours of exposure. If, however, vaccine is given a few days before exposure, substantial protection may be afforded.{34,38,39} There is no conclusive evidence that vaccination of individuals recently exposed to wild-type mumps or wild-type rubella will provide protection.{33,37} [2, pg.3]

Vaccine Science Transparency Needed by Law
If medicine wants to be transparent about infectious diseases—and measles in particular, then notation should be made as to what type of measles kids contract: the wild-type or the vaccine strain. That should be a scientific/medical rule, if they want to be accurate about the efficacy of the MMR, or any vaccine, I think.

3. Do not give M-M-R II to pregnant females; the possible effects of the vaccine on fetal development are unknown at this time. If vaccination of postpubertal females is undertaken, pregnancy should be avoided for three months following vaccination (see INDICATIONS AND USAGE, Non-Pregnant Adolescent and Adult Females and PRECAUTIONS, Pregnancy). [2, pg.3] [Emphasis added]

[Plus, effects on fetal development are unknown! Shouldn’t that be resolved as a priority for any vaccine before being released for sale?]

4. Precautions

Excretion of small amounts of the live attenuated rubella virus from the nose or throat has occurred in the majority of susceptible individuals 7 to 28 days after vaccination. There is no confirmed evidence to indicate that such virus is transmitted to susceptible persons who are in contact with the vaccinated individuals. Consequently, transmission through close personal contact, while accepted as a theoretical possibility, is not regarded as a significant risk.{33} However, transmission of the rubella vaccine virus to infants via breast milk has been documented (see Nursing Mothers). [2, pg.5] [Emphasis added]

My comment about the above is this: What I highlighted is what may and probably is happening now, since there’s a given in vaccinology that vaccines can “shed” and the MMR package insert states “while accepted as a theoretical possibility” [legal wiggle room words], shedding is a reality and may be the cause of measles epidemics occurring, i.e., vaccinees infecting others—something vaccine apologists seemingly don’t want to hear, accept and/or believe. That deliberate disbelief refers back to the ‘religious, cult-like belief system’ about vaccines: Just because they say so, it’s so! Not true—but pseudoscience says vaccines are safe! Vaccine shedding can and does happen with the flu vaccine, per the CDC here.

According to “Inside Vaccines”,

Measles Vaccine - Although secondary transmission of the vaccine virus has never been documented, measles virus RNA has been detected in the urine of the vaccinees as early as 1 day or as late as 14 days after vaccination. [Detection of Measles RNA]

In France, measles virus was isolated in a throat swab of a recently vaccinated child 4 days after fever onset. The virus was then further genetically characterised as a vaccine- type virus. [Detection of measles vaccine in the throat of a vaccinated child.]

Rubella Vaccine - Excretion of small amounts of live attenuated rubella virus from the nose and throat has occurred in the majority of susceptible individuals 7-28 days after vaccination. Transmission of the vaccine virus via breast milk has been documented. [MMR II]

Vaccines Not Tested or Proven Safe for…
And, probably the most damning of all information in every vaccine package insert, besides their toxic chemical ingredients, is this:

Carcinogenesis, Mutagenesis, Impairment of Fertility

M-M-R II has not been evaluated for carcinogenic or mutagenic potential, or potential to impair fertility. [2, pg.6]

What that means is that the MMR vaccine has not been evaluated at any time since the 1960s for the ability to cause cancer, cause birth defects, or impair a vaccinee’s ability to have children. That’s a pretty unscientific, unprofessional and immoral claim to make for every vaccine Big Pharma produces and $ell $, especially since Congress gave vaccine makers “a get out of jail free” card in 1986 with passage of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act that exonerates vaccine producers from any legal or financial responsibilities for health damages their vaccines cause. Case closed, healthcare consumer! Buy our product; get hurt and you’re on your own—screwed!
Vaccine Ingredients and Possible Problems
On page 1 of Merck’s MMR vaccine package insert under “Description,” we find this:

The growth medium for measles and mumps is Medium 199 (a buffered salt solution containing vitamins and amino acids and supplemented with fetal bovine serum) containing SPGA (sucrose, phosphate, glutamate, and recombinant human albumin) as stabilizer and neomycin. [….] Each dose of the vaccine is calculated to contain sorbitol (14.5 mg), sodium phosphate, sucrose (1.9 mg), sodium chloride, hydrolyzed gelatin (14.5 mg), recombinant human albumin (≤0.3 mg), fetal bovine serum (<1 ppm), other buffer and media ingredients and approximately 25 mcg of neomycin. The product contains no preservative.

I think that I ought to mention that recombinant human albumin in vaccines just may be problematic and may be involved with what’s called homologous recombination [6], which may cause many adverse reactions affecting DNA, plus at mitochondrial levels.
Furthermore, the Mumps active in the Merck MMR vaccine was fraudulently stated as effective for numerous years until two whistleblowers came forward. There’s a federal lawsuit: Civil Action No. 10-4374, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. See this.
However and rather disconcerting, those who should know better than to pimp an unproven medical procedure—all vaccines are because they have not been tested for abilities to induce cancer and other diseases or health anomalies—are the very ones who profit from them.
Mandatory Vaccines Are Basic Human Rights Issues
Unsuspecting healthcare consumers need to wake up to what’s been pulled over their eyes in plain sight. Don’t you think it would be a good idea if you checked out other vaccine package inserts here  to find out what you don’t know about vaccines? My 2013 book, Vaccination Voodoo, discusses what many of those toxic chemicals can do in the body according to peer review scientific publications.
The other crucially important measles fact to demand, which is germane to the current hysteria, is this: What strain of the measles virus is it? Is it the one in the vaccine? That data should be required by law to be part of the information made public. However, that would be too significant a factoid to reveal, so don’t count on it, as that would blow their cover.
However, the ultimate vaccine issue is that mandatory vaccinations is a basic human rights issues, exactly like civil rights, gay and lesbian rights issues, same sex marriage, racism, women’s rights, the right to vote, etc., and don’t let authorities forget that!
No one should be made to put into their bodies, or their children’s bodies, toxic and unproven products whose ingredients have contraindications and can cause adverse events according to the manufacturers’ own admissions on vaccine package inserts. If a parent were to give kids those same ingredients in vaccines, they would be prosecuted for child abuse, and the children taken in to Child Protective Services.
It’s high time we stand up for freedom and constitutional protection from vaccine/vaccination mandates and personal rights abuses at federal and state levels, and demand the right to self-determination regarding our health, its care and practices, and that of our children.

“Conspiracy theorist”

Have you ever sat in a room and couldn’t figure out why people were laughing? They laughed and laughed and laughed as your curiosity grew and grew. And then, suddenly, you realized they were laughing at you! This is what is happening to all Americans. We have been robbed blind and we have scarcely noticed. Now, our very existence is being threatened and people laugh at you for talking about it as they call you a “conspiracy theorist”, “fear-monger” and “the purveyor of doom and gloom”.

Last year, I was roundly criticized when I said the Cyprus bail-in scenario was coming to the United States. I was told there would be a revolution if this happened and the government would be too afraid to try such a thing and that we would have 100 million Americans in the street who would be heavily armed.

Listening to these sheep is like listening to a country song played backwards. You know  the song where the wife does not leave, the truck still runs and the cowboy stops drinking. Maybe it is all the fluoride in the water that is causing such widespread ignorance and apathy.

The globalists are preparing to steal everything you own, they have rehearsed for this day, they are on a timetable to carry this plot out and they are laughing at our collective stupidity!

The Beta Tests for the “Grand Theft of the American People” Are Complete

The American people have been through several beta tests related to our private wealth being confiscated and no resistance was offered by the sheep of this country.

The first of the beta tests included the hijacking of our money in the bail-outs. Amazingly, the people just continued on like business as usual as then ex-Goldman Sachs head and then Secretary of the Treasury, Hank Paulson, oversaw the literal stealing of trillions of dollars of the nation’s money by the criminals on Wall Street.

The MF Global debacle stands as a second beta test in which secured investor accounts were stolen by the friends of Don Corzine at JP Morgan. Despite the fact that the stolen money sat in secured accounts, was ostensibly protected by the Securities and Exchange Commission and insured by the FDIC, over a billion dollars was stolen and nobody went to jail. I can still hear the bankers laughing at the collective impotence of the people of this country.

Attention Federal Employees: This is man is stealing from you as you read these words.

The appointment of criminal Jack Lew to head the Secretary of the Treasury and nobody cried foul, was the third beta test. Jack Lew was one of the biggest criminals on Wall Street. While at Citigroup, Lew oversaw 113 tax evading accounts in Cayman Island banks.   Based uponLew’s resume, hedge funds for Citigroup where he lost almost 600 million dollars, one can only assume that is why Obama has appointed Lew to finish the job which will leave you and I with nothing. Obama may as well have appointed Al Capone and Capone stole far less money than Lew. But wait, there’s more dirt on Lew. Jack Lew, from Citigroup, was an overseer of hedge funds. You know, the hedge funds originating from the actual criminals that collapsed the economy back in 2008. This is who Obama selected to run the economy. Last year, Lew announced that the government was taking the unprecedented action of avoiding governmental default through this summer by including tapping into and suspending investments into the Civil Service Retirement and Disability Fund and halting the daily reinvestment of the government securities (G) fund, the most stable offering in the Thrift Savings Plan‘s portfolio. This means that when the run on the banks begins to happen, Lew and fellow criminals will move steal all retirement accounts. The handling of these Civil Service retirement accounts was merely a beta test and the sheep remained asleep.

Everybody gets the joke but the American people.

While we are counting the ways that the American people have been ripped off by the bankers, let’s not forget to mention the MERS mortgage fraud in which millions of homes have been stolen because mortgage holders have paid the wrong title company because their note has been sold so many times that nobody knows who really owns the note to our homes! And let’s not forget about the Federal Reserve that spent two years buying up mortgage backed securities to the tune of $40 billion dollars a month and that money was obtained from printing money out of thin air which made our money worth less. Very soon America, our money will be worthless. I almost forgot, on November 16, 2014, the G20 nations declared your bank account to NOT be money therefore, your FDIC insurance is invalid and your bank account, when seized, will go to pay the derivatives debt.

While the bankers are laughing at us, I can hear the sheep saying “That will never happen here” and “You are a conspiracy theorist”, “You are fear-mongering” as the bankers collapse to the floor in laughter at our collective stupidity.

When?

Dates are impossible to predict and anyone who does so is engaged in a fool’s errand. However, there is a timeline that is emerging that we might all want to pay attention to.

The Great Eight

1. The collapse of the Greek economy and government

2. The collapse of Spain

3. The collapse of Italy

4. The collapse of Ireland

5.  By this time, the American economy is reeling. Shortages begin to appear in the United States. Civil unrest grows. Restrictions on bank withdrawals begin to appear. The government will more than likely outlaw the selling of gold to private parties as they want to lock you into their system and cut off all avenues of escape.

6. The bankers will make their move on all American assets when the European Central Bank begins to buckle.

7. There will be a false flag in order to justify the implementation of martial law and the theft of nearly everything you own.

8. Dissenters will be quarantined, or worse, in FEMA camps.

Dominoes #1 through #4 will happen very quickly.

Conclusion

Let’s calculate the damages to the American people. Our homes are being stolen through the MERS mortgage fraud with impunity, our tax revenues have been stolen through the bail-outs, the Federal Reserve is debasing our currency as they are printing money like there’s no tomorrow, Jack Lew has positioned the government to seize all retirement accounts, Wall Street has learned that it can steal with impunity given the lack of ramifications resulting from the MF Global theft and soon your bank accounts will be gone thanks to the recent G20 mandate on November 16, 2014. And to add to that, very soon, there will not be a Europe to trade with. Did I leave anything out Mr. and Mrs. Sheeple?

Is the bulk of your money still in the bank and investment accounts? Have you recentlyuttered the words “conspiracy theorist”? Have you still failed to accumulate food, water, guns, ammunition and form protective alliances with your neighbors?

Having recently exposed the mainstream media's lack of objectivity in "slanted and distorted" interviews, Rand Paul has turned his focus to another staple of the status quo - his father's arch-nemesis, The Fed. As WSJ reports, Sen. Rand Paul unleashed a blistering attack on the Federal Reserve in Iowa on Fridasy evening, calling for an audit of the institution’s books and blaming it for fueling income inequality. "Once upon a time, your dollar was as good as gold," he explained, adding "then for many decades, they said your dollar was backed by the full faith and credit of government." Do you know what it’s backed by now? "Used car loans, bad home loans, distressed assets and derivatives."

As The Wall Street Journal reports,

Speaking to an enthusiastic crowd of Iowa activists, Sen. Rand Paul on Friday evening delivered a blistering attack on the Federal Reserve, calling for an audit of the institution’s books and blaming it for fueling income inequality.

Mr. Paul, a Kentucky Republican and likely 2016 presidential candidate, said the central bank’s monetary policies had contributed to a weakening of the U.S. currency and represented a threat to the stability of the economy.

“Once upon a time, your dollar was as good as gold,” Mr. Paul said, speaking at an event organized by the libertarian-leaning group Liberty Iowa. “Then for many decades, they said your dollar was backed by the full faith and credit of government. Do you know what it’s backed by now? Used car loans, bad home loans, distressed assets and derivatives.”

In his appearance, Mr. Paul delivered a speech heavy on libertarian themes—calling on fellow members of Congress to support his proposal to audit the Fed before pivoting to other themes such as privacy, surveillance, marijuana and changes to criminal sentencing.

“I think there needs to be some sunshine. I’m going to fight ’em, and we’re going to get a vote on audit the Fed,” he said to applause from the crowd.

The younger Mr. Paul said in his speech that the Fed’s book-keeping and monetary policies could lead to serious economic troubles, alleging that the central bank was deeply leveraged and that only an audit could sort out its current state.

“They’re leveraged three times greater than Lehman Brothers was when Lehman Brothers went belly up,” Mr. Paul said, referring to the financial services firm that went bankrupt during the 2008 financial crisis.

He blamed the Fed’s interest-rate setting policies for making income inequality worse, saying that wealthy Americans could survive an era of low interest rates because they had a diversified portfolio of assets. Low-income Americans, Mr. Paul said, weren't seeing their wealth kept in bank accounts grow because of low-interest rates set by the central bank.

Mr. Paul also said that income inequality “seems to be worse in cities run by Democrat mayors, states run by Democrat governors and countries run by Democratic presidents.”

In addition, Mr. Paul expressed support for the Fed’s eventual abolition,though he said that the current rate of borrowing by the United States government was the reason a central bank was needed now.

“People say, ’Well, just get rid of the Fed’—which would be great,” said Mr. Paul. “But the reason we have a Fed is because we have debt.”

Cell phone radiation news: French Government cracks down to protect citizens

NaturalHealth365) Last week the French Parliament passed a law to control exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMFs) generated by wireless technologies like, cell phones, computer tablets and Wi-Fi. This move has been long overdue.

Because, as we all know, it was Hippocrates, the father of modern medicine, who proclaimed “first do no harm”. So, finally with this new law, the French government embraces the same ideal by using the ‘precautionary principle’.

This new law makes far-reaching changes concerning EMF exposures

As reported in the newspaper Le Monde newspaper, WiFi is banned outright for preschoolers. In addition, wireless internet is prohibited in places dedicated to the welcome, rest, and activities of children under the age of 3 years old.  With this new restriction, one can only wonder what they really know about the dangers of wireless technology.

At primary school level WiFi must be disabled when not in use for teaching and any establishment offering public access to WiFi must put show a sign at the entrance indicating the presence of WiFi.

Cell towers installations come under scrutiny

For any new cell tower installations, the ANFR (France’s equivalent of the FCC) if requested by the local mayor, must submit to the local government calculations of EMFs that will be generated. This information must be made available to the public.

A new national committee will be created under the remit of the ANFR. This committee has to make a yearly report showing “atypical” exposures. That’s to say areas where the level of public exposure to EMFs substantially exceeds national exposures.

Telecom operators will then be given six months to remedy these hotspots subject to “technical feasibility”. And, within one year, the ANFR is required to produce a municipal-level map of all cell towers in France.

Tough measures to protect children from cell phone radiation

Anyone selling a cell phone to a child aged under 14 must be also able to provide an accessory, headset or other, designed to reduce exposure of radio frequency (RF) radiation to the head. Similarly any cell phone related advertising must recommend the use of such an accessory device.

Believe it or not, advertisements promoting the use of cell phones without these accessories are prohibited. Plus, where the law is not respected, a fine of 75,000 euros (that’s over $85,000 US) may be applied to violators.

Finally, a recognition of ‘electromagnetic hypersensitivity’

There are a growing number of people that suffer adverse health reactions when exposed to EMFs. Conservative estimates are that between 3% and 5% of the population are electro-sensitive, but the true figure may be much higher. This new law requires that the French government submit a report on electromagnetic hypersensitivity to Parliament within one year.

Although there is no scientific consensus on the issue of EMFs there is now a substantial body of scientific evidence showing the adverse effects on our health of these exposures. This is reflected in the declarations made by important institutions.

National and international bodies gradually move to protect citizens

In 2011, the World Health Organization (WHO) classified EMFs of the type used by cell phones and WiFi as possibly carcinogenic. Then in 2013, the French National Agency Health Safety of Food, Environment and Labour (ANSES) recommended to limit exposure of cell towers.

In 2015, the EU’s European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) issued an important document giving recommendations on how to protect people generally from EMFs with specific recommendations on how to help people that are already suffering from these exposures.

EMF exposures are dangerous and a threat to the public. Though perceived as a compromise this law is seen as an important first step. It’s the first law in France to deal exclusively with the question of EMFs.

Although, at this point, it remains to be seen whether this national law will be another case of ‘l’exception francaise’ or whether other countries will follow suit.

EXCLUSIVE: Sheriff Stands Up to IRS, Cancels Land Sale

The first Republican elected sheriff in Eddy County, New Mexico, became the first sheriff in 25 years to stand up to the IRS. He physically stood at the gate of a troubled citizen's property while US Marshals threatened his arrest. The landowner filed an appeal with the court and expects his case to receive due process before his land is publicly sold. The sheriff agrees. The judge does not.

Sheriff Scott London says he learned more about the Constitution in the year he spent campaigning for his job than in all of his years of schooling combined.

WASHINGTON, February 7, 2015—New Mexico’s Eddy County Sheriff Scott London notified the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) via letter that the sale of county resident Kent Carter’s property is canceled until Carter receives due process of law and his appeal is heard. The certified letterdated February 4 received an immediate response from the Undersecretary of the Treasury’s office. According to the Treasury’s website, however, the public auction is still slated for February 19.

“Many officers have stood up over the years for the rights of citizens being victimized by the federal government,” said Sheriff Mack, founder of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, “But Sheriff London is the first one to stand up to the IRS since the early 1990s.” Mack said, “His actions show courage and humility. London is setting a good example for the rest of our sheriffs.”

Approximately ten days before Christmas, U.S. Marshals broke in the door of Carter’s rental property with their guns drawn. The tenant was a young mother with a new baby—home alone while her husband was at work. Sheriff London was called to the property to intervene. He advised the Marshals that Carter’s case was in appeal and he deserved due process. They threatened to arrest London, but he stood his ground and they backed off.

Carter has battled the IRS for decades over taxes on the earnings of his modest construction business. One court document listed his debt at $145,000, a figure Carter says an assessing agent “pulled out of thin air.” Every time he challenged them, his bill would shoot up a few hundred thousand dollars. His legal complaints state that the IRS failed to adhere to its own tax code, did not use proper accounting methods, and that the collection activity was unlawful because no notices of deficiency were given. Carter says his private and confidential information, including his social security number, was filed in public records and given to third parties. The IRS countered that it can publish and disperse the private information of Americans if it is trying to collect their money or property. A judge agreed.

Carter says the IRS is currently claiming he owes $890,000, a figure that “doubled with the stroke of a pen.”

The Taxation & Revenue Department ordered Carter to cease “engaging in business in New Mexico” until his arbitrary tax debt was paid. Carter appealed this injunction on the grounds that it was both unconstitutional and vague, as it deprived him of his right to make a living and also prohibited him from, “carrying on or causing to be carried on any activity with the purpose of direct or indirect benefit.”

“The IRS fabricates evidence against citizens by pulling numbers out of a hat and adding fees,” said Mack, “They wear people down emotionally and financially until they can’t take it anymore. No citizen should ever have to fight the IRS for decades in order to keep his land.”

“The IRS is a lie. The income tax is a lie,” said Carter. “Why should they be able to take anything? They’re worse than the mafia.”

The Carter properties have liens placed against them. A locksmith was instructed to change the locks. The IRS authorized the United States Marshal Service to arrest/evict anyone found on the premises. London, however, physically stood in front of Carter’s gate until the Marshals backed down. A public auction on the front steps of the Eddy County Courthouse is scheduled, but the local county sheriff—trained in the Constitution—resisted.

Carter voluntarily vacated his property and relocated his mobile home to an undisclosed location. “I chose to leave to keep it from escalating to something ugly—like Ruby Ridge, Idaho,” he said. Carter said he advised the Marshals and IRS Agents who publicly claimed he had armed friends on his land, “If there is going to be any violence, it is going to be you who starts it.”

Carter says 100% of his Social Security benefits is seized each month by the IRS, in addition to $2,800 the agency drained from his bank account. Legally, he says, the IRS can take no more than 15% of Social Security benefits.

Mack says banking institutions quiver when faced with the IRS’ gestapo tactics and generally hand over customers’ personal banking information, including access to accounts, without requiring a warrant or even any documentation. He encourages county sheriffs to brief every bank in their jurisdiction to refer inquiries from IRS agents to them.

Sheriff Mack is calling for the IRS to start following the law, including no “random” audits without probable cause, as they violate the Fourth Amendment. He asks them to stop committing crimes and rewarding IRS employees with bonuses for cheating on their personal taxes. “I agree with Senator Ted Cruz and others who say the IRS should be abolished,” said Mack. “It’s time they got off the backs of the American people.”

Carter says he prays daily for wisdom, and that he is surviving to be able to look into his grandchildren’s eyes and tell them he fought for their future and for America.

London is the first Republican to ever be elected sheriff in Eddy County. He distributes Bibles on behalf of Gideon International and met his wife in choir practice.

Obama: Christianity No Different Than Islamic State

As the world reacts with shock and horror at the increasingly savage deeds of the Islamic State (IS)—most recently the immolation of a captive—U.S. President Obama’s response has been one of nonjudgmental relativism.

Speaking at the National Prayer Breakfast on February 5, Obama counseled Americans to get off their “high horse” and remember that Christians have been equally guilty of such atrocities:

Unless we get on our high horse and think this [beheadings, sex-slavery, crucifixion, roasting humans] is unique to some other place, remember that during the Crusades and the Inquisition, people committed terrible deeds in the name of Christ.

There is so much to be said here.  First, the obvious: the wide gulf between violence and hate “justified in the name of Christ” and violence and hate “justified in the name of Muhammad” is that Christ never justified it, while Muhammad continuously did.

This is not just a theoretic point; it is the very reason that Muslims are still committing savage atrocities.  Every evil act IS commits—whether beheading, crucifying,raping, enslaving, or immolating humans—has precedents in the deeds of Muhammad, that most “perfect” and “moral” man, per Koran 33:21 and 68:4 (see “The Islamic State and Islam” for parallels).

Does Obama know something about Christ—who eschewed violence and told people to love and forgive their enemies—that we don’t?  Perhaps he’s clinging to that solitary verse that academics like Philip Jenkins habitually highlight, that Christ—who “spoke to the multitudes in parables and without a parable spoke not” once said, “I come not to bring peace but a sword.” (Matt. 10:34, 13:34).

Jesus was not commanding violence against non-Christians but rather predicting that Christians will be persecuted, including by family members (as, for example, when a Muslim family slaughters their child for “apostatizing” to Christianity as happens frequently).

Conversely, in its fatwa justifying the burning of the Jordanian captive, the Islamic State cites Muhammad putting out the eyes of some with “heated irons” (he also cut their hands and feet off).  The fatwa also cites Khalid bin al-Walid—the heroic “Sword of Allah”—who burned apostates to death, including one man whose head he set on fire to cook his dinner on.

Nor is the Islamic State alone in burning people.  Recently a “mob accused of burning alive a Christian couple in an industrial kiln in Pakistan allegedly wrapped a pregnant mother in cotton so she would catch fire more easily.”

As for the Islamic “authorities,” Al Azhar—the Islamic world’s oldest and most prestigious university which cohosted Obama’s 2009 “New Beginning” speech—still assigns books that justify every barbarity IS commits, including burning people alive.  Moreover, Al Azhar—a religious institution concerned with what is and is not Islamic—has called for the cutting off of the hands and feet of IS members, thereby legitimizing such acts according to Islamic law.

On the other hand, does Obama know of some secret document in the halls of the Vatican that calls for amputating, beheading or immolating enemies of Christ to support his religious relativism?

As for the much maligned Crusades, Obama naturally follows the mainstream academic narrative that anachronistically portrays the crusaders as greedy, white, Christian imperialists who decided to conquer peace-loving Muslims in the Middle East.

Again, familiarity with the true sources and causes behind the Crusades shows that they were a response to the very same atrocities being committed by the Islamic State today.  Consider the words of Pope Urban II, spoken almost a millennium ago, and note how well the portions in bold perfectly mirror IS behavior:

From the confines of Jerusalem and the city of Constantinople a horrible tale has gone forth and very frequently has been brought to our ears, namely, that a race from the kingdom of the Persians [i.e., Muslim Turks] … has invaded the lands of those Christians and has depopulated them by the sword, pillage and fire; it has led away a part of the captives into its own country [as slaves], and a part it has destroyed by cruel tortures; it has either entirely destroyed the churches of God or appropriated them for the rites of its own religion ….  What shall I say of the abominable rape of the women? To speak of it is worse than to be silent….  On whom therefore is the labor of avenging these wrongs and of recovering this territory incumbent, if not upon you? You, upon whom above other nations God has conferred remarkable glory in arms, great courage, bodily activity, and strength…

If the crusaders left their own lands and families to come to the aid of persecuted Christians and to liberate Jerusalem, here is Obama portraying them as no better than the Islamic State—which isn’t surprising considering that, far from helping persecuted Christians, Obama’s policies have significantly worsened their plight.

The true lesson of the Crusades is that Islamic violence has been remarkably consistent,down to its very patterns of persecution.  And, according to primary historical texts—not modern day fantasies peddled by the likes of Karen Armstrong—Muslim persecution of Christians was indeed a primary impetus for the Crusades.

As for the Inquisition, this too took place in the context of Christendom’s struggle with Islam. (Isn’t it curious that the European nation most associated with the Inquisition, Spain, was also the one ruled longest by, and heavily populated with, Muslims?)  After the Christian reconquest of Spain, Muslims, seen as untrustworthy, were ordered either to convert to Christianity or go back to Africa whence they came.  Countless Muslims feigned conversion by practicing taqiyya and living as moles trying to subvert Spain back to Islam.  Hence the extreme measures of the Inquisition—which, either way, find no support in the teachings of Christ.

Conversely, after one of his jihads, Muhammad had a man tortured to death with fire in order to reveal his tribe’s hidden treasure and “married” the same man’s wife hours later.  Unsurprisingly, the woman, Safiya, later confessed that “Of all men, I hated the prophet the most—for he killed my husband, my brother, and my father,” before “marrying” her.

In short, Obama’s claim that there will always be people willing to “hijack religion for their own murderous ends” is patently false when applied to the Islamic State and like organizations and individuals.

Muhammad himself called for the murder of his enemies; he permitted Muslims to feign friendship to his enemies in order to assassinate them; he incited his followers to conquer and plunder non-believers, promising them a sexual paradise if they were martyred; he kept sex slaves and practiced pedophilia with his “child-bride,” Aisha.

He, the prophet of Islam, did everything the Islamic State is doing.

If Muslims are supposed to follow the sunna, or example, of Muhammad, and if Muhammad engaged in and justified every barbarity being committed by the Islamic State and other Muslims—how, exactly, are they “hijacking” Islam?

Such is the simple logic Obama fails to grasp.  Or else he does grasp it—but hopes most Americans don’t.

Over the last 100 years the Fed has had many mandates and policy changes in its pursuit of becoming the chief central economic planner for the United States. Not only has it pursued this utopian dream of planning the US economy and financing every boondoggle conceivable in the welfare/warfare state, it has become the manipulator of the premier world reserve currency.
As Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke explained to me, the once profoundly successful world currency – gold – was no longer money. This meant that he believed, and the world has accepted, the fiat dollar as the most important currency of the world, and the US has the privilege and responsibility for managing it. He might even believe, along with his Fed colleagues, both past and present, that the fiat dollar will replace gold for millennia to come. I remain unconvinced.

As if ‘American Sniper’ Wasn’t Already Propaganda Enough, Now It’s Being Used to Promote Gun Control

The film American Sniper centering around Chris Kyle has done a lot of what it was intended to do as a piece of good ‘ol American cinematic propaganda. It has worked to further divide Americans, keep them pointing at each other instead of the oligarchy running things, and sold them lies about not only Kyle himself, but more importantly, about the American war machine.

Activist Post’s Brandon Turbeville does a great job of succinctly breaking this divide down:

Of course, the American oligarchy via its mouthpiece mainstream media has firmly attempted to draw the battle lines – If you like Chris Kyle and American Sniper then you are firmly in the camp that supports the troops, loves your country, and opposes terrorism. If you do not view Kyle as a hero, then you are clearly in the camp made up of pinko-commies, socialists, and terrorist sympathizers.

And, of course, if you don’t think Chris Kyle was a hero, then you hate the troops.

It’s all a big game of divide and conquer and the people running things never change tactics because it works so well.
Of course, the hateful comments about how dare Turbeville have an opinion on glamorized killing no matter what side it is on drew all kinds of ire aimed at him in the comments section THEREBY PROVING HIS POINT.

One comment I found particularly interesting (after the commenter told Brandon to go “F yourself with a cactus”) went, “WE as Americans (the policeman of the world) are in the same predicament as American policeman in our streets, used, abused and MADE TO ANGER THOSE UNDER THEIR POWER. it’s a game those with YOUR IQ cant seem to catch onto. SO, until you mind actually functions, perhaps its YOU who should withhold comment.”

Yeah! Go America, the “policeman of the world,” but also, screw your First Amendment right to free speech! And they just keep us fighting with each other, the 0.001 percent pushing the buttons of the other 99.999 percent. (Who, by the way, declared Americans “the policeman of the world” in the first place, do you think? Oh wait, we aren’t supposed to look at the man behind the curtain, I forgot, sorry.)

See how that works, all nice and neat? You either love the troops (and glorified murder no matter who is pulling the trigger) or you are an anti-American communist terrorist sympathizer who isn’t allowed to have an opinion on what your country does in your name.

All these people are walking around parroting what George W. Bush said after 9/11: “Either you are with us or you are with the terrorists.”

No grey area here at all with American Sniper, especially not regarding someone who Turbeville points out “was not a hero. Chris Kyle was a murderer. He was also a war profiteer and a liar.” No, we don’t have room for facts here… please move along.

Anti-war activist and veteran himself Adam Kokesh began his review of the film with, “The recent movie American Sniper takes you to a place called ‘Amero Fantasy Land’ where violent thugs, murderers, serial killers, can be heroes. They can be good people. They can be heroes just trying to protect you. Where the government can do no wrong. Where the military exists to keep us free and every war ever fought by the American government is entirely just and righteous…”

But who cares about the details!! Or even the First Amendment right to freedom of speech! Again, WAR! War war WAR! We need to justify MORE BANKER WARS! MORE ELITE WARS! WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR!

There hasn’t been a time in my lifetime America hasn’t been involved in either outright war or the behind-the-scenes coups/psyops/false flag type stuff to drive more outright war. The puppet masters pulling all the strings realize that people get weary after so many years of being told why we have to constantly be at war, and that every once in a while they have to trot out a “hero” in order to get people back on board the agenda bus, to get people to wave those little American flags once again.

And it works every time.

American Sniper is an official blockbuster at this point. People rushed in droves to see it. It’s already been nominated for an Oscar for Best Picture. (Zero Dark Thirty, anyone?)

Movies like this one only prove that propaganda and brainwashing work.

Well now, on top of everything else, The New York Times is pushing a gun control agenda with the film, too. NYT’s Gail Collins wrote a piece on the “Things we can learn fromAmerican Sniper” which begins by explaining that Chris Kyle walking around the house in the final scene of the film holding a handgun and jokingly pointing it at his wife Taya telling her to, “drop them drawers.” Collins states that this is “insane behavior” by virtually any standard and that the whole movie celebrates gun culture…

Cue the broad brush they like to paint everyone with. You know where this is going.

So now they’ll use the movie as a double-edged sword. All the people who watch it and “rah rah” for the oligarchy’s military-industrial war apparatus will be the same people painted as “insane” parts of the “gun culture” here at home. You see? No one wins this game.

The best propaganda always has multiple uses, I guess. Speaking of, one of the best propaganda campaigns to date is “Support our Troops,” hands down. If you know what these wars are, that they are utter b.s. banker wars based on lies and empire building with a healthy dose of terror to take away our freedom here at home, well then that automatically gets conflated with you not supporting the troops who, as war criminal Henry Kissinger once noted, the puppet masters running the show view as dogs, view as mere pawns for foreign policy.

It’s clever. Very very clever…

Now for the comments section attacks. Seeing as how no one is allowed to have an opinion on this film unless that opinion comes from someone who is so pro-American WAR they poop American flags, just realize that whatever hate-filled drivel gets posted in the comment section below will be ignored unless it turns into threats, which will be deleted. This ultimately isn’t about supporting our troops, but just keep telling yourself that if it makes you feel better.

See whatever you want to here, but no one is going to “win” this one…except the bankers and oligarchs running this scientific dictatorship into the ground.

Polish Farmers Blockade Motorways Across Country

This week thousands of Polish family farmers from the Solidarity trade union turned out to protest in over 50 locations across the country. Over 150 tractors have been blockading the A2 motorway into Warsaw since the 3rd February and hundreds more have closed roads and are picketing governmental offices in other regions. The farmers are vowing to continue the struggle until the government agrees to enter talks with the union and commit to addressing what they see as a crisis in Polish agriculture.
These actions represent a dramatic escalation of protests that have been simmering across the country over the last year. Edward Kosmal, chairman of the farmers protest committee for West-Pomeranian Region said:

We are ready for dialogue. We look forward to meeting with you Prime Minister and beginning a comprehensive government commitment to solving the problems of Polish agriculture. If you do not enter into a dialogue with the Union, we would be forced to tighten our forms of protest.

The four key demands of the farmers are:

• Land rights – implement regulation to prevent land-grabs by Western companies and to protect family farmers rights to land – (NB. From 2016 foreign buyers will be legally able to buy Polish land).
• Legalize direct sales of farm produce – the government must take action to improve farmers’ position in the market, including the adoption of a law to facilitate direct sales of processed and unprocessed farm products (NB. Poland has the most exclusionary policies in Europe around on-farm processing of food products and direct sales, which make it impossible for family farmers to compete with bigger food companies).
• Extend inheritance laws to include land under lease as a fully legal form of land use.
• Ban the cultivation and sale of Genetically Modified Organisms in Poland
