More Than 1,000 Illegals Set Free in Texas, New Mexico This Week

By S.Noble December 27, 2018

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) released 522 migrants in New Mexico and Texas on Wednesday evening – bringing the total number of asylum seekers dropped off by the agency this week to more than 1,000.

ICE dropped off 186 people on Christmas Day and 400 in the two days preceding the holiday, according to CBS News.

The Sentinel posted several videos of the people streaming into the El Paso Greyhound station under catch and release [search ‘Greyhound’ on this site]. Every single person who comes here illegally with a child, including drug dealers who grab onto the kids traveling alone, will get into the country. They don’t even need a child and most illegals are in fact men who are getting in since we don’t have the ability to stop them.

Once they are in, no one will deport them. Eventually, they will get amnesty.

The aliens were dropped off without notice because ICE had to release them and are inundated with thousands of illegals pouring in each week. That is what Democrats want.

CONGRESS IS WORTHLESS

ICE in a statement blamed “decades of inaction by Congress” for limiting its ability to remove families who are in the U.S. illegally.

“To mitigate the risk of holding family units past the timeframe allotted to the government, ICE has curtailed reviews of post-release plans from families apprehended along the southwest border,” the statement read. “ICE continues to work with local and state officials and NGO partners in the area so they are prepared to provide assistance with transportation or other services.”

Congress is worthless. The Senate needs 60 votes to get anything done and Schumer won’t let one Democrat vote for a thing to stop this. It will be worse now with the open borders House.

This past year, CBP experienced a 121% increase in the number of asylum seekers processed at US ports of entry, and overall CBP processed almost 93,000 claims of fear in FY18. CBP processes undocumented persons as expeditiously as possible. https://t.co/iu8PZ9dFyi

— CBP (@CBP) December 18, 2018

With the influx of Central American family units arriving at US ports of entry without proper documentation and crossing US borders illegally, the processing system at CBP and our partner agencies has hit capacity. https://t.co/iu8PZ9dFyi

Foreigners see they get in illegally and that encourages more to come. An overwhelming number collect some form of welfare.

@realDonaldTrump https://t.co/6q4x7xqsLx
How is this keeping the country safe? Why are illegals being released into the united states to never be seen again? Where is the assimilation, love for the country they illegally breaking into. You are over DHS, you have final say

ICE releases more migrants. More than one thousand in a matter of days. https://t.co/1OJM0fahfp

Report: Mattis blocked Trump supporters from key Pentagon jobs

CELEBRATING 20 YEARS OF EXCELLENCE: Countdown: Top stories of 2018

by WorldTribune Staff, December 26, 2018

The Pentagon’s doors may soon swing open to a number of supporters of President Donald Trump who felt they were locked out by departing Defense Secretary Jim Mattis, D.C. insiders say.

“Mattis mostly hired Democrats, so this is an opportunity for a Trump do-over of political appointees at the Pentagon,” tweeted Christian Whiton, a former senior adviser at the State Department. “Would be nice if it happens.”

A former Trump campaign adviser said Defense Secretary Jim Mattis ‘worked hard to keep Trump campaign advisers and surrogates out of the Pentagon while undermining Trump policies all along.’ / AP

In a Dec. 25 report, Washington Times security correspondent Rowan Scarborough quoted a former Trump campaign adviser as saying Mattis “was briefing Hillary during the 2016 campaign and only became a Trump supporter after the election. He then worked hard to keep Trump campaign advisers and surrogates out of the Pentagon while undermining Trump policies all along. I hope he doesn’t let the door hit him on the way out.”

The ex-adviser also said: “General Mattis is a cautionary tale for conservatives thinking about getting involved in 2020 re-election campaign. Numerous advisers who took significant risks in supporting Trump during the 2016 campaign had their lives destroyed by a cast of thousands. Meanwhile, Mattis fought hard to keep them out of the Pentagon, adding insult to injury.”

Scarborough noted that “Insiders say Mattis’s chief of staff, retired Navy Rear Adm. Kevin M. Sweeney, preached a ‘non-political’ Defense Department.”

Mattis reportedly gave Sweeney wide authority over personnel matters. Sweeney’s official Pentagon biography states: “He is responsible for providing counsel and advice to the Secretary on all matters concerning the Department.”

Insiders translated Sweeney’s “non-political” edict “as meaning that Trump campaign people and Republicans on Capitol Hill would have limited access to 160 plum, high-paying appointments,” Scarborough wrote.

Scarborough noted that sources pointed to Michele Flournoy, who was his first choice to be deputy defense secretary, as proof of Mattis’s leanings. Flournoy served as President Barack Obama’s undersecretary of defense for policy and is a Hillary Clinton supporter.

“Yet she was Mattis‘s first choice for the ultra-plum job of deputy defense secretary, to the exclusion of rank-and-file Republicans who had been outside looking in for eight years,” Scarborough wrote.

The job ultimately went to Patrick M. Shanahan, a longtime Boeing executive outside the Republican foreign policy sphere.

Scarborough noted that the Flournoy near-hiring may have contributed to Trump calling Mattis “some sort of a Democrat” on CBS’s “60 Minutes.”

A second source, Scarborough said, defended Sweeney. While he stresses a non-political Pentagon, Sweeney has asked for Republican referrals, only to run up against a tide of “Never Trumpers” who would be dead-on-arrival with White House gatekeepers, this source said.

Trump’s visit comes on the tail of his announcement that Defense Secretary Jim Mattis will leave his post about two months earlier than expected, as well as Trump’s seemingly abrupt announcement that the U.S. is withdrawing all troops from Syria.

Trump on Dec. 19 had tweeted that the U.S. has “defeated ISIS in Syria.”

“We have defeated ISIS in Syria, my only reason for being there during the Trump Presidency,” he wrote.

The Pentagon confirmed reports that the U.S. was withdrawing troops but pointed out that the campaign against ISIS is not over.

“The #Coalition has liberated ISIS-held territory, but the campaign against #ISIS is not over,” Pentagon spokesperson Dana White tweeted.

There are approximately 2,000 U.S. service members in Syria who mainly help train local soldiers, including the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), to fight against ISIS. It has been reported that there are actually more than 4,000 troops in Syria, although military officials have never confirmed the exact number of troops

U.S. troops have been in Syria fighting ISIS for more than four years.

While Trump has said in the past that he would like to withdraw all troops from Syria, Defense Secretary Jim Mattis said this fall that troops would remain in Syria to complete their mission of defeating ISIS so the terrorist group cannot mount a comeback.

There are more than 5,000 U.S. troops stationed in Iraq, which neighbors Syria to the east.

Mattis resigned earlier this month after Trump announced that the U.S. will withdraw all troops from Syria.

In his resignation letter, Mattis cited differences of opinion with Trump, saying, “Because you have the right to have a Secretary of Defense whose views are better aligned with yours on these and other subjects, I believe it is right for me to step down from my position. The end date for my tenure is February 28, 2019, a date that should allow sufficient time for a successor to be nominated and confirmed […].”

Trump tweeted Sunday that Mattis will leave his post effective Jan. 1, 2019 – two months earlier than expected.

Mattis, 68, is a retired four-star Marine Corps general with a career spanning 44 years. He previously headed the U.S. Central Command overseeing military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.

He was the most approved member of the Trump Administration and hailed as one of the greatest military minds of our time.

And rights are the mainstay for uplifting human freedom and the dignity of the individual. The UDHR document followed many amazing documents that presented rights as the central concept of the post-feudal world: the English Declaration (or Bill) of Rights of 1689, the U.S. Declaration of Independence with its important and forceful assertion of inalienable natural rights, the powerful U.S. Bill of Rights enacted in 1791, and the French Declaration of the Rights of Man and the Citizen (1789). The word “rights” appears in almost every sentence of the 1869-word UN document. The document is literally obsessed with rights, and one must assume they are likewise obsessed with the rights' successes as manifested in the United Kingdom, the U.S., and France. However, there are some deviations from the rights usage we are all familiar with. In Article 3, instead of the inalienable rights of “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” found in our Declaration of Independence, the UN declares everyone’s right to “life, liberty, and security of person.” Are they implying that security will bring happiness? Or are they implying that happiness is too ephemeral a value, and too Western? Perhaps more mundane survival goals are needed by most of the world. the un was founded during a ceremony held at the veterans war memorial building on 26 june 1945 © press The UN was founded during a ceremony held at the Veterans' War Memorial Building on 26 June 1945 We see a reprise of items from our Bill of Rights such as the condemnation of cruel and unusual punishment (Article 5), due process (Articles 6,7,8,9, 10, 11, 14, 17), illegal search and seizure (Article 12), and freedom of speech and assembly (Articles 19,20). But there are new rights introduced which, as early as 1945, were pointing the way towards intervention by the UN in the daily lives of people throughout the world. Throughout the document, they assert the right to food, clothing, medical care, social services, unemployment and disability benefits, child care, and free education, plus the right to “full development of the personality,” (imagine, the UN says I have the right to be me) and the “right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community… and to enjoy the arts” (we each have the right to enjoy a painting or a movie). However, they do not state the right to appear on the “Tonight Show” or “Saturday Night Live,” so there were limits to their largesse. In 2015, seventy years after their original rights-based document, the UN took a giant step towards the global government that was only hinted at in their first organizing document. They issued a document entitled “Transforming Our World: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.” This document has 91 numbered sections of the UN’s program for world government. The UDHR is only referenced once in the entire document in Article 19. Unlike the original “mother document” that was under 1900 words, this document is 14,883 words. The 91 items are addressing issues under the five headings of People, Planet, Prosperity, Peace, and Partnership. Additionally, the document provides 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to improve life on the planet. What is meant by the term “sustainable?” The most often quoted definition comes from the UN World Commission on Environment and Development: “sustainable development is development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.” The globalist Koch Brothers, who have become a total joke in real Republican circles, are against Strong Borders and Powerful Trade. Make America Great Again! — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 31, 2018 The earlier ideas and ideals of rights, freedom, equality, and justice are subsumed under meeting of needs and an explicit environmentalism which emphasizes preventing the depletion of scarce planetary resources. Of course, the takeoff is the Marxist axiom that society should be organized around the idea of “from each according to his ability to each according to his needs.” Thus, Marxism is implicit in sustainability but is nuanced by its alliance with seemingly scientific adjustments and goals related to environmentalism. A technical jargon is welded to Marxist intentionality to produce a sense of fittingness and modern progress. The entire “Transforming Our World” document is cast in a stream of consciousness of pious platitudes for a utopian future. It is an outsize utopian dream. Five of the 17 items pertain to the environment. There are goals for the cities, for women, for the poor, and even for life under the water. Absolutely no sphere of human activity is exempt from control by the UN. The key word, of course, is no longer “rights” except the oblique reference in Article 19. In fact, this writer did not see the word rights even once in this document even though that word appeared in practically every sentence of the original UN document. The one-worlders of the 1950s and early 1960s are now in the UN driver’s seat, and they have made their move. The overlay of Marxist talk about “meeting needs” has moved to center stage. The UN has assigned itself a time frame for moving forward in its plan for planetary hegemony. This projected transformation detailing (yet without details) a new world order of environmental responsibility and a significant reduction of poverty and hunger never speaks to the practical dimension of vast manipulations of people by cynical leaders and ignorant bureaucrats who hold their positions through terrorism and bribery. They never discuss incompetence and corruption, twin brothers in the family of venality. The document portrays a sincere world where all those in power want to help humanity despite the daily evidence of the selfishness, corruption, murderous intents, devilish manipulations, thefts, personal immoralities, hatreds, and utter depravity of many governmental leaders in every country in the world, and among the leaders of business as well. Is not the Agenda for Sustainable Development itself one of those devilish manipulations? The sustainability ideal is not wedded to a Christian worldview; instead, individual liberty is submerged in a scientifically determined collectivist mindset with final decisions in the hands of the devilish, all-knowing Big Brothers. The relevance of the individual is downplayed. It is being put forward by a UN that is no longer pro-western, a much larger body than existed in 1945. Will you accept it, or is it time, more than ever before, to begin rethinking our membership in that unsustainable body?

However, there are some deviations from the rights usage we are all familiar with.

In Article 3, instead of the inalienable rights of “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” found in our Declaration of Independence, the UN declares everyone’s right to “life, liberty, and security of person.”

Are they implying that security will bring happiness?

Or are they implying that happiness is too ephemeral a value, and too Western?

Perhaps more mundane survival goals are needed by most of the world.

the un was founded during a ceremony held at the veterans war memorial building on 26 june 1945

The UN was founded during a ceremony held at the Veterans' War Memorial Building on 26 June 1945

We see a reprise of items from our Bill of Rights such as the condemnation of cruel and unusual punishment (Article 5), due process (Articles 6,7,8,9, 10, 11, 14, 17), illegal search and seizure (Article 12), and freedom of speech and assembly (Articles 19,20).

They issued a document entitled “Transforming Our World: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.”

This document has 91 numbered sections of the UN’s program for world government.

What is meant by the term “sustainable?”

The most often quoted definition comes from the UN World Commission on Environment and Development: “sustainable development is development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.”

The globalist Koch Brothers, who have become a total joke in real Republican circles, are against Strong Borders and Powerful Trade. I never sought their support because I don’t need their money or bad ideas. They love my Tax & Regulation Cuts, Judicial picks & more. I made.....

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 31, 2018

....them richer. Their network is highly overrated, I have beaten them at every turn. They want to protect their companies outside the U.S. from being taxed, I’m for America First & the American Worker - a puppet for no one. Two nice guys with bad ideas. Make America Great Again!

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 31, 2018

The earlier ideas and ideals of rights, freedom, equality, and justice are subsumed under meeting of needs and an explicit environmentalism which emphasizes preventing the depletion of scarce planetary resources.

Of course, the takeoff is the Marxist axiom that society should be organized around the idea of “from each according to his ability to each according to his needs.”

Thus, Marxism is implicit in sustainability but is nuanced by its alliance with seemingly scientific adjustments and goals related to environmentalism.

A year after net neutrality's demise, the Internet is faster

They said we would be neanderthals by now, savages scraping ourselves with pieces of broken pottery every time our cat videos wouldn’t buffer. But the Internet apocalypse hasn’t happened.

It has been remarkably unremarkable without net neutrality, one year after Federal Communications Commission Chairman Ajit Pai killed the Obama-era Internet rule that required service providers to treat each piece of content identically.

“No big changes,” reads a Wired headline atop an article explaining that “broadband providers didn't make any drastic new moves to block or cripple the delivery of content after the FCC's order revoking its Obama-era net neutrality protections took effect.”

Everything has been fine, in other words. Someone should check on the folks below, though. They didn’t just think that the Internet would go dark. They thought that corporations would conspire to create a digital fiefdom where access to information was throttled and people couldn’t communicate freely except by carrier pigeon.

Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., warned that losing net neutrality would threaten representative government.

This is an egregious attack on our democracy. The end of #NetNeutrality protections means that the internet will be for sale to the highest bidder. When our democratic institutions are already in peril, we must do everything we can to stop this decision from taking effect. https://t.co/8GGrJFMdrU

Planned Parenthood weighed in for whatever reason.

The @FCC just voted to repeal #NetNeutrality rules — that required internet providers to treat all web traffic equally. This could make it more costly to access content or even block websites or information entirely.

— Planned Parenthood Action (@PPact) December 14, 2017

But people of the Internet, dry your tears! Things are better now than they have ever been. The Internet is actually faster in the United States. A new report by Ookla, a sister company to PC Magazine, shows that download speeds have increased 35.8 percent across the country. The fastest Internet is actually in Kansas City, Mo., where Google Fiber burns through the wires.

So put down the broken shards of ceramic. Net neutrality is dead. Everyone is fine. Long live the Internet.

More Good News! Obama Appointee and Adviser behind Iraq Disaster and ISIS Nightmare Resigns (Two Months Early) Over Mean Trump

Jim Hoft by Jim Hoft December 22, 2018

Media outrage hit another 10 out of 10 on the outrage scale today when Brett McGurk, the special presidential envoy for the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS, abruptly resigned.

U.S. President Barack Obama (R) meets with Special Presidential Envoy for the Global Coalition to counter the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) United States Marine Corps (USMC) General John Allen (C) and Deputy Special Presidential Envoy Brett McGurk (L) in the Oval Office of the White House in Washington September 16, 2014. REUTERS/Gary Cameron

Now here’s the rest of the story…
McGurk was a long-time Obama adviser on Iraq which turned out to be an historic failure and complete global disaster. The Middle East and Europe are still suffering following that foreign policy nightmare.
Obama appointed him to his ISIS ambassador after the Islamic State took over most of Syria and Iraq.

President Trump came in and whooped ISIS butt in the caliphate.

McGurk was scheduled to retire in June. He put in his resignation this week early to pile on President Trump.
Good riddance.

CBS News reported:

Brett McGurk, special presidential envoy for the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS, had been planning to exit his post in February 2019. But sources tell CBS News that he informed Secretary of State Mike Pompeo that he will accelerate his departure due to a strong disagreement with President Trump’s snap decision to withdraw 2,000 U.S. troops from Syria, effectively abandoning U.S. allies in the region.

McGurk submitted his resignation on Friday, just one day after Defense Secretary James Mattis quit his post citing fundamental disagreements with the commander-in-chief — including one over the importance of honoring U.S. alliances.

The special envoy was publicly left in the lurch by the president’s sudden declaration on Wednesday that he was pulling U.S. forces out of Syria, against the advice of his top national security advisers and without consulting U.S. allies.

As leader of the counter ISIS mission, McGurk had been in the region to meet with coalition partners including Kurdish leader Masoud Barzani last week when Mr. Trump made his sudden decision to pull U.S. support.

French Generals Accuse Macron of “Treason” Over UN Migration Pact

Open letter says French citizens have another reason to “revolt”

A group of French military generals have written an open letter to Emmanuel Macron accusing the French President of committing “treason” by signing the UN migration pact.

The pact, which was signed by 164 nations on Monday, including France, is not legally binding but greases the skids for unlimited migration to be treated as a human right and criticism of mass migration to be treated as hate speech.

A letter written by General Antoine Martinez and signed by ten other generals, an admiral and a colonel, as well as former French Minister of Defense Charles Millon, warns Macron that the move strips France of more sovereignty and provides an additional reason for “an already battered people” to “revolt”.

The letter accuses Macron of being “guilty of a denial of democracy or treason against the nation” for signing the pact without putting it to the people.

“The French state is late in coming to realize the impossibility of integrating too many people, in addition to totally different cultures, who have regrouped in the last forty years in areas that no longer submit to the laws of the Republic,” states the letter, adding that mass immigration is erasing France’s “civilizational landmarks”.

According to British MEP Janice Atkinson, the UN pact would lead to Europe being flooded with 59 million new migrants within the next 6 years.

Warning that the plan would lead to European countries having their “culture and identity crushed,” Atkinson also pointed out that the pact could lead to hate speech laws that make it illegal to use the term “illegal migrants,” replacing it instead with “irregular migrants”.

“It will be illegal not to use their prescribed language,” warned Atkinson, adding that European citizens could “say goodbye to your democracy and your way of life” if the pact is implemented.

President Macron’s approval rating has sunk to 18% amidst a wave of protests riots against a number of issues, including fuel taxes and mass immigration.

Read the full letter from the French generals below (translated).

Mister President,

You are about to sign the “Global Compact on Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration” on 10 and 11 December, which establishes a genuine right to migration. It may impose itself on our national legislation through pre-existing treaties or the principle of common responsibility set out in this pact.

It seems to us that the only sovereignty that will remain with France will consist in freely setting the way in which the objectives of the pact will have to be implemented. You can not give up this new part of the national sovereignty without a public debate whereas 80% of the French population considers that it is necessary to stop or regulate drastically the immigration. By deciding alone to sign this pact, you would add an additional reason for revolt to the anger of an already battered people. You would be guilty of a denial of democracy or treason against the nation.

In addition, the finances of our country are drained and our debt is growing. You can not take the risk of an expensive call for air migration without first showing that you will not have to resort to more taxes to meet the objectives of the pact. On the other hand, you must be able, in terms of security, to curb the consequences linked to the arrival of extra-European populations. Finally, you can not ignore that the very essence of politics is to ensure security on the outside and harmony within. However, this concord can be obtained only if it maintains a certain internal coherence of the society alone capable of allowing to want to do together, which becomes more and more problematic today.

In fact, the French state is late in coming to realize the impossibility of integrating too many people, in addition to totally different cultures, who have regrouped in the last forty years in areas that no longer submit to the laws of the Republic.

You can not decide alone to erase our civilizational landmarks and deprive us of our carnal homeland.

We therefore ask you to defer the signing of this pact and call by referendum the French to vote on this document. You are accountable to the French of your actions. Your election is not a blank.

We support the initiative of General MARTINEZ against the signature of this pact which must be adopted by the Member States of the UN at the Intergovernmental Conference of Marrakech.

Ted Malloch: Brexit Deal Is "Unconditional Surrender"

In the darkest days of 1940 and 1941, during the Blitzkrieg and the Battle for Britain, Germany demanded one thing: Unconditional Surrender.

The invasion of the British Isles was called Operation Sea Lion and it was about to commence to end democracy and the lives of the free British people.

And today in the new Battle for Britain there may be no bombs dropping or dogfights in the air but the barbs coming from Berlin and Brussels over Brexit amount to virtually — the same thing.

Top German MEP Hans-Olaf Henkel, himself a former head of the Federation of German Industries (BDI), said he believes that Berlin — like Michel Barnier and Guy Verhofstadt wants “unconditional surrender” from Britain on everything from the ECJ to the divorce bill, and that this attitude may lead to talks collapsing or worse.

On December 11th the UK Parliament will vote on the poor deal PM Theresa May has negotiated with the EU.

It is a disgrace that gives away the entire store and relents on all the promises made in the referendum and her own election manifesto.

It will likely be turned down by a very large majority of Members in Parliament — from every political party, including her own Conservatives.

No one knows what comes next. There is no Plan B.

Indeed, there is sufficient reason to now believe that Angela Merkel’s overly dominant Germany is the real reason for the demise of the critical and long-lasting transatlantic alliance and the fallout over the UK Brexit.

Germany and France have both actually said any country seeking to leave the EU “must be punished.”

The situation in the UK is a total humiliation and as Brexiters have stated would make Britain into a “Vassal” or worse a “Slave “state to the EU — dominated by Germany.

German culture, as evidenced in its’ recent election, is an odd combination of pride and penance.

Germans cannot resolve their deep inner conflict, which is submerged and crosses generational lines, even if they do not or cannot mention Mein Kampf or the unspeakable name.

Germany may appear uncomfortable in its own skin, as well it should. The tormented minds — adrift between schmerz and angst — exhibit a high degree of what psychoanalysts used to refer to as ‘repression;’

Except that it is not all that repressed any longer.

Today Merkel’s strident Germany is the decidedly dominant reunited bullying European power—in every sense of the term. It can’t help itself.

It demands surrender from what they see as — puny Britain.

The Iron Chancellor (who is referred to as Mutti in German or Mom) has the chance to push all of Europe, indeed the rest of the world around.

Germany, you see, is no longer a defeated, reluctant, insignificant power. Instead, it lurks mightily now as it strove to do in 1939. Its invasion over these past few years just takes other forms. But do not be misled it is all the same — an invasion.

Ironically, Germany is also the biggest NATO laggard at 1.2 percent, even though it has the most robust economy on the continent and a huge current account surplus of over $285 billion, the largest in the world.

In effect, American taxpayers, by paying so much (70 percent of the current NATO budget) are subsidizing European, and particularly the German welfare state.

Such free riding can’t continue and we need to read them the riot act and not just about cheating on Volkswagen emissions.

Germany nunc has realistically become the dangerous Ubermencsh that Wagner proclaimed.

It is also most noteworthy how stubborn Mrs. Merkel adroitly played her anti-American card throughout her tedious reelection campaign.

She said: ”Europe must stay united because it cannot fully count on the US.” Her Socialist, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sigmar Gabriel (a Putin crony), said in no uncertain terms that Trump is,“a threat to peace and prosperity.”

She takes a similar view of Britain as an insignificant island apart from Europe, no longer a party to her European scheme.

Germany wants to be on a collision course with Trump’s America—politically, socially and economically, even if it is a weakling militarily.

It is also clear that it is totally dependent on Russian energy.

In fact, Germany’s former Socialist Chancellor, Gerhard Schroder, is the very chairman of Russia’s Gazprom, who supplies their gas and wants to build a new direct pipeline.

While notable German magazines (Der Spiegel and Die Stern) despicably portray a severed Trump head and a weak PM May on their covers—Germany marches to its own and dangerous drumbeat dragging the entire EU along.

Merkel calls the shots and has said she wants an integrated, unified and federal EU with Germany at the helm and always benefitting from the Euro currency play.

In all honesty, that’s what the euro is — a German ploy for its own export-led growth.

Did you know that Merkel was in fact born Angela Kazmierczak and is part Polish? Her grandfather was a Ludwig Kazmierczak, born 1896 in Poznan – then part of the German Reich.

The family was proud of its Polish roots.

After WWII however they changed their name and moved. She ended up residing in the DDR—the Soviet part of (East) Germany, where she was raised speaking Russian, as a pacifist Lutheran pastor’s daughter.

Merkel’s values are therefore very divided—as was Germany itself.

She embodies in ways the dark soul of Germany’s anguished history. But underneath the boring demeanor is a will to power—a German ambition to reign supreme.

Gone are the common Atlantic values of the past.

Peace, security and economic growth are sacrificed for raw German ambition camouflaged in European clothing. Britain has been usurped and defeated.

Germany is in effect becoming a defacto powerhouse.

What it could not win militaristically in the last war it is nonetheless achieving in a not so secret attempt to takeover Europe and all its institutions, money, and culture, using the façade of the EU as its Trojan horse.

Decades ago a cabinet minister to Margaret Thatcher named, Nicholas Ridley, was forced to resign after has said the EU was “a German racket designed to take over the whole of Europe.” He went on to lament that giving up sovereignty to that body was as bad as giving it up to Hitler.

Back then such language caused shock—today it is as obvious as Wiener schnitzel und apfel strudel.

In turns out the British television series SS-GB may not be so fictitious after all.

In that plot it is November 1941, nine months after a successful German invasion of Britain. Winston Churchill has been executed.

King George is a prisoner and has not been seen in public for some time. His wife and his daughters Elizabeth and Margaret escaped, while the Duke of Windsor, who had earlier abdicated as Edward VIII, is in exile. A British government in exile exists but is not recognised. Swastikas furl in the wind all over London—the Germans run things.

Fast-forward in time to non-fiction, today, before it is too late the US and UK, Europeans too, have to step up and call Germany what it is.

The transatlantic alliance in this century demands honesty and burden sharing as well as common principles and purpose.

If Germany is not on board it can go it alone, realizing the US will no longer pay for it, defend it, protect it, or watch idly as it transforms the continent into a German panzer-like machine and puppet state to which it dictates orders.

Brexit is not about unconditional surrender to a foreign power.

The UK needs to take back its money, its borders, and its laws.

That means honoring the vote of the referendum to LEAVE the European Union—its single market, customs union and the European Court of Justice.

Nothing else will suffice.

European nations of freedom should come to their own conclusions but we Americans should not appease or deny reality any longer.

The Last Refuge

December 3, 2018

This is a painful, albeit rather telling, interview to
watch.  Matt Cartwright has not had the time to fully digest how to be a
good resistance member, whereby he simultaneously argues for and
against the economic and trade policies of President Trump.

On domestic economic policies, specifically trade, President Trump is
essentially carrying out all of the objectives of the blue-dog
(moderate) Democrat party.  However, now the ‘resist we much overlay’
creates a pretzel dynamic for those same democrats.  They are for the
policies, but must oppose the person carrying out those policies.  This
is a goofy preview of what is to come in 2019.

Lost but not invisible in the Cartwright angst is any acceptance that
President Obama never cancelled NAFTA; nor did President Obama ever
challenge the one-way economics of China; both of these confrontations
and resets are favored by the new co-chair of the democrat platform
committee…. but favored/not-favored when Trump does it.

As an outcome of supporting/not supporting, policies they
support/don’t support, what surfaces is a word salad mixed up faster
than a bar blender.

NAFTA bad and USMCA better/not-better.  NAFTA labor constructs
horrible, and USMCA better/not-better; and ending with something about
infrastructure spending that Democrats refused to engage in discussing
throughout 2018, because the economy is on the precipice of an invisible
recession, or something.

All the growth in factory investment and manufacturing jobs; as well
as the lowest unemployment in 50-years means the economy is coming to an
immediate collapse.

Tariffs are bad, they are creating too many U.S. jobs.

75% required North American content in USMCA is bad… it creates too many U.S. jobs.

The furniture industry might return; the electronics manufacturing
industry is certainly returning;  Speaker Pelosi and AFL-CIO President
Richard Trumka shout: damn you Trump and all of this expanded U.S.
manufacturing job growth.   Aiiieeeee.

Democrats want to argue for more restrictions on imports?  Alright, alright, alright – Lucky Day, Lucky Day!

WhaFaSau? or something similar.

The democrats need new linguistics that explain upside-down
counter-reality doublespeak words that can invert themselves and become
something favorable to the resistance.

The bottom-line is…. On the domestic economic agenda, Democrats have
no actual point of opposition that President Trump is not likely to
embrace.  Don’t like the USMCA? Okay, kill it, remember NAFTA bad, and
we’ll go for something even more America First.

But wait… wha, huh?

President Trump directly supports middle-class U.S. workers more than
any Democrat President ever has.   You want more support for
middle-class workers?  Okay, spank me long time bad panda… let’s go for
it.

Hate Wall Street, or at least need to do the pretend to hate Wall Street thing?  Hey, #MeToo smiles POTUS!   President Trump has clearly shown support for Main Street over Wall Street…  that’s what America First is all about.

MAGA Trump hates the multinationals’ and favors the credit unions.  Let’s roll !

Democrats are in a really unusual economic space with the dimension
of their resistance.  They don’t want to give President Trump any wins,
but he’s working on almost all of their ‘claimed’ objectives for
middle-class workers.  If they come at Trump with legislation that
benefits the U.S. economy/worker; he’s all good with that.

So now what will they do?

Pass the word-salad blender, please.
