FTC, FDA Warn Companies about Marketing and Selling Opioid Cessation Products

The Federal Trade Commission and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) today posted warning letters to the marketers and distributors of 11 opioid cessation products for illegally marketing products with unproven claims about their ability to help in the treatment of opioid addiction and withdrawal.
“Opioid addiction is a serious health epidemic that affects millions of Americans,” said Acting FTC Chairman Maureen K. Ohlhausen. “Individuals and their loved ones who struggle with this disease need real help, not unproven treatments. We will continue to work together with the FDA to address this important issue.”
Health fraud scams like these can pose serious health risks. These products have not been demonstrated to be safe or effective and may keep some patients from seeking appropriate, FDA-approved therapies. Selling these unapproved products with claims that they can treat opioid addiction and withdrawal is a violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Making unsubstantiated therapeutic claims is also a violation of the Federal Trade Commission Act, which prohibits deceptive advertising.
Also today, the FTC, in coordination with SAMHSA of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), issued a fact sheet to help consumers get real help for opioid addiction or withdrawal, while avoiding products that promise but do not deliver help. The fact sheet has tips that consumers and health practitioners alike can share with those considering help for opioid addiction or withdrawal. Patients receiving FDA-approved medication-assisted treatment cut their risk of death in half, according to SAMHSA.
The FDA and FTC issued joint warning letters to 11 companies for their products: Opiate Freedom Center (Opiate Freedom 5-Pack); U4Life, LLC (Mitadone); CalmSupport, LLC (CalmSupport); TaperAid (TaperAid & TaperAid Complete); Medicus Holistic Alternatives, LLC (Natracet); NutraCore Health Products, LLC (Opiate Detox Pro); Healthy Healing, LLC (Withdrawal Support); Soothedrawal, Inc. (Soothedrawal); Choice Detox Center, Inc. (Nofeel); GUNA, Inc. (GUNA-ADDICT 1); and King Bio, Inc. (AddictaPlex).
The FTC sent four additional warning letters to other marketers of opioid cessation products.
All of the companies use online platforms to make unproven claims about their products’ ability to cure, treat, or prevent a disease. Examples of claims made include:
- “#1 Selling Opiate Withdrawal Brand”
- “Imagine a life without the irritability, cravings, restlessness, excitability, exhaustion and discomfort associated with the nightmare of addiction and withdrawal symptoms.”
- “Safe and effective natural supplements that work to ease many physical symptoms of opiate withdrawal.”
- “Break the pain killer habit.”
- “Relieve Your Symptoms…addiction, withdrawal, cravings.”
The FTC and FDA have requested responses from each of the companies within 15 working days. The companies are directed to inform each agency of the specific actions taken to address each agency’s concerns. The warning letters also state that failure to correct violations may result in law enforcement action such as seizure or injunction.
Health care professionals and consumers are encouraged to report any adverse events related to these products to the FDA’s MedWatch Adverse Event Reporting program. To file a report, use the MedWatch Online Voluntary Reporting Form.The completed form can be submitted online or via fax to 800-FDA-0178.

Trump Ignores DOJ Warning, Notifies Sessions He Wants FISA Memo Released

President Trump broke with the Department of Justice last week by calling for the release of a four-page "FISA memo" purportedly summarizing widespread surveillance absues by the FBI, DOJ and Obama Administration, reports the Washington Post.
The President's desire was relayed to Attorney General Jeff Sessions by White House Chief-of-Staff John Kelly last Wednesday - putting the Trump White House at odds with the DOJ - which said that releasing the classified memo written by congressional republicans "extraordinarily reckless" without allowing the Department of Justice to first review the memo detailing its own criminal malfeasance during and after the 2016 presidential election.
The decision to release the memo ultimately lies with congress.
Somehow WaPo knew that Kelly and Sessions spoke twice last Wednesday - once in person during a "small-group afternoon meeting" and again that night over the phone.
Trump "is inclined to have that released just because it will shed light," said a senior administration official who was speaking on the condition of anonymity to recount private conversations. "Apparently all the rumors are that it will shed light, it will help the investigators come to a conclusion."
The memo, written by staffers for House Intelligence Committee chairman Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA), was made available for all Congressional House members in mid-January for viewing in a secure room. Lawmakers who have seen the document have called for its release to the general public, as it is said to contain "jaw dropping" revelations of extensive abuse of power and highly illegal collusion between the Obama administration, the FBI, the DOJ and the Clinton Campaign against Donald Trump and his team during and after the 2016 presidential election.
"I have read the memo," tweeted Rep. Steve King (R-IA), adding "The sickening reality has set in. I no longer hold out hope there is an innocent explanation for the information the public has seen. I have long said it is worse than Watergate. It was #neverTrump & #alwaysHillary. #releasethememo."
"It is so alarming the American people have to see this," Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan told Fox News. "It's troubling. It is shocking," North Carolina Rep. Mark Meadows said. "Part of me wishes that I didn't read it because I don't want to believe that those kinds of things could be happening in this country that I call home and love so much."

Lee ZeldinMeanwhile, The Washington Post is spinning Trump's desire to release the memo as yet another example of the President's "year-long attempts to shape and influence an investigation that is fundamentally outside his control," pointing to reports that he wanted to fire special counsel Robert Mueller III last summer (which Trump denies). WaPo also points to Trump's complaints over Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein for not properly supervising the Mueller probe, and the President's alleged comments to former FBI Director James Comey demanding loyalty and asking him to back off the investigation into former National Security advisor Michael Flynn, who was fired for misleading Vice President Mice Pence over his contact with Russians.
In other words, Trump has been resisting an active investigation which has yet to prove any collusion, and which has experienced significant mission creep into the personal finances of the Trump team - and The Washington Post is spinning it as Trump once again interfering with an investigation.
So now the President is calling for the release of the four-page FISA memo, which will reportedly put an end to the Russia investigation while quite possibly setting the stage for the criminal prosecution of those involved in trying to frame Trump.
That said, the Washington Post article appears to be nothing more than an exercise in pearl clutching over Trump's demands for loyalty - as the paper notes that nothing the President has done is likely to lead to criminal charges.
To prove obstruction of justice, Mueller would have to show that Trump didn't just act to derail the investigation but did so with a corrupt motive, such as an effort to hide his own misdeeds. Legal experts are divided over whether the Constitution allows for the president to be indicted while in office. As a result, Mueller might seek to outline his findings about Trump's actions in a written report rather than bring them in court through criminal charges. It would probably fall to Rosenstein to decide whether to submit the report to Congress, which has the power to open impeachment proceedings.
As Trump faced growing questions about everything from his June directive to fire Mueller to his more recent grousing about Rosenstein, the White House was largely silent. In response to several specific queries, White House spokesman Hogan Gidley offered a written statement that addressed few of them. -WaPo
"The president has been clear publicly and privately that he wants absolute transparency throughout this process," Gidley said in the statement. "Based on numerous news reports, top officials at the FBI have engaged in conduct that shows show bias against President Trump and bias for Hillary Clinton. The president has said repeatedly for months there is no consideration of terminating the special counsel."
So future leaders of the free world take note; you're not allowed express dissatisfaction when a federal agency allegedly colludes with the previous administration and an establishment candidate to rob you of an election using unverified evidence from Russian officials; it is also frowned upon to have a problem with a kangaroo-court witch hunt launched to push the invented narrative.

It’s elementary. Education control freaks will use any excuse to crack down on competition. With 2 million K-12 students now educated at home (including our 9th-grade son), the temptation to exploit the most marginal cases of alleged child abuse by homeschoolers has proven irresistible to statist politicians and government apologists.
Take the case of David and Louise Turpin’s 13 starving children, reportedly found tethered to their beds after one of the siblings escaped and contacted police. The Turpins’ “house of horrors” in Riverside County, California, grabbed international headlines last week – and lured a parade of publicity hounds. Former neighbors in Texas claimed they suspected physical abuse by the parents but did nothing at the time. These thirsty fame-seekers will, however, be appearing on “Dr. Phil” later this week to slurp up their 15 minutes of leechdom.
Louise Turpin’s half-sister, Teresa Robinette, who also sat on the sidelines for years, miraculously found the energy and motivation to wake up early for an interview on NBC’s “Today” show, where she gregariously gossiped about family secrets.
Another of Louise Turpin’s sisters, Elizabeth Flores, dry-cried and show-sniffled on ABC’s “Good Morning America” about her “love” for the Turpin children whom she claims to have tried to Skype unsuccessfully “for 20 years.” How heroic of her. Flores also confessed that David Turpin allegedly spied on her while she showered. For some reason, it was more urgent for Flores to report this information to “GMA” anchor Robin Roberts and millions of strangers tuned into the boob tube than it was to tell her sister. Or her nieces and nephews. Or authorities.
But instead of training tough scrutiny where it belongs – on the parents, relatives and acquaintances of the alleged victims – California legislators and narrative-shaping liberal journalists have instead directed their wrath at homeschooling.
The Turpins had filed required paperwork with the state registering their supposed home school, the Sandcastle Day School, as a “private school.” Several court cases in California have upheld the right to homeschool. Parents have the option to sign an affidavit establishing a home-based educational program, hire credentialed tutors or register with an independent study program.
The deep, wide and vast majority of homeschoolers nationwide are loving, excellent and responsible instructors and parents. Yet, public school lobbyists have marginalized them as amateurs, weirdos and menaces who don’t have the intelligence to raise and educate their own children. Democratic legislators in California have sought to undermine homeschoolers’ autonomy with intrusive legislation, such as a bill proposed last fall that would have required parents to allow inspectors to search their residential bathrooms for state-mandated feminine hygiene products for female students.
In New York City, incompetent nanny state bureaucrats have routinely harassed homeschooling families and falsely accused them of “educational neglect” after losing their paperwork. Homeschooling mom of two, Tanya Acevedo, who is suing the Big Apple, told my CRTV.com program how bureaucratic snafus that classified her son as a truant led to a Child Protective Services investigation.
“You start to question yourself as a parent when they come through those doors,” Acevedo recounted. “My child, he eats three meals a day, he’s well taken care of, and I felt that there was no need for them to be knocking at my door. … it was a really scary and really nerve-racking experience.”
For her crime of exercising educational self-determination, Acevedo was treated as guilty of child abuse until proven innocent.
The idea that there is something especially sinister and crime-enabling about homeschooling – The Week’s Damon Linker warned darkly of the “sickening danger of homeschooling,” for example, and NPR invoked the specter of a “cult” – betrays an all-too-common bias against parental autonomy that ignores the government’s own gross misconduct. From coast to coast, child welfare agencies see parental negligence where none exists and conversely ignore abuse when it’s under their employees’ noses. Federal audits of state child welfare bureaucracies in California and Texas last year found rampant failures to detect abuse, investigate allegations and track referrals.
Moreover, sexual abuse scandals have rocked inner-city schools, suburban public school districts and wealthy private schools alike. “In 2014 alone,” according to former federal education official Terry Abbott, “there were 781 reported cases of teachers and other school employees accused or convicted of sexual relationships with students.”
Yet, the vultures of political opportunism are using the plight of the Turpin children to impose expanded control over all homeschoolers in the Golden State. California Assemblyman Jose Medina, D-Riverside, plans to introduce a bill requiring that “mandated reporters” designated by the state Department of Education conduct annual assessments in all homeschools.
Echoing Medina’s concern for “the lack of oversight the state of California currently has in monitoring private and homeschools,” liberal New Republic writer Sarah Jones decried how “lax homeschooling laws protect child abusers.” She pivoted quickly from the Turpin tragedy to an attack on the homeschool movement’s academic achievements and opposition to mandatory kindergarten.
Fundamentally, the homeschool crackdown caucus views the very freedom to educate one’s own children as a threat to government authority. In the name of liberating the Turpin children, they seek to keep the rest of us homeschooling families in regulatory chains.

This memo, hiding in plain site, serves as the basis for the four-page memo of Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) which reveals perjury by the Obama administration when connected to other research.
This is the basic compendium of the NSA abuses spotlighted by Nunes:
In the above memo, the NSA admits that US citizens were targeted by its analysts through Section 702 ‘upstream’ collection and vowed to make changes to its surveillance methods. This indicates the NSA and other intelligence agencies were pressured by the Trump administration to scrap its Obama-era policies that “allowed” illegal spying on US citizens.
“Section 702 has come under fire in recent months due to the alleged ‘unmasking’ and leaking of information about Americans — namely associates of President Donald Trump — that was collected in the surveillance of foreign targets,” reported FCW. “Some members of Congress threatened in March that they would have a hard time renewing 702 before it expires at the end of 2017 unless the administration prosecutes those responsible for the leaks.”

Page 15 – “…NSA analysts had used US-person identifiers to query the results on Internet ‘upstream’ collection, even though NSA’s Section 702 minimization procedures prohibited such queries.”
Page 19 – “Since 2011, NSA’s minimization procedures have prohibited use of US-person identifiers to query the results of upstream Internet collection under Section 702. The Oct. 26, 2016 Notice informed the Court that NSA analysts had been conducting such queries in violation of that prohibition, with much greater frequency than had previously been disclosed to the Court.”
Page 21 – “The government still had not ascertained the full range of systems that might have been used to conduct improper US-person queries.”
Page 29 – “The elimination of ‘abouts’ collection and, consequently, the more problematic forms of MCTs, focuses Section 702 aqcquisitions more sharply on communications to or from Section 702 targets, who are reasonably believed to be non-US persons outside the United States and expected to receive or communicate foreign intelligence information. That sharper focus should have the effect that US person information acquired under Section 702 will come more predominantly from non-domestic communications that are relevant to the foreign intelligence needs on which the pertinent targeting decisions were based.”

It’s Time To Rid Our Country Of Treasonous Dog Politicians Who Put Welfare Of Illegals Before US Citizens

We know our so-called elected officials in the House and Senate do not work for the best interests of their constituents they are supposed to represent and, in fact, they rule over them without any trace of representation when they want to force a government shutdown to protect some 8 million DACA illegals.
Rather than simply pass a budget, they would rather shut the government down and force everyone who is paid by the US government to go without for however long a time it takes to approve protection for DACA illegals.
Thus, we have lawmakers who are working for the millions of people who are here illegally and punishing legal US citizens financially, until they get what they want.
The DACA program is in itself illegal because it protects individuals who are here illegally via an Executive Order signed by Obama in 2012.
The EO is against federal law due to the fact that it protects individuals who are guilty of breaking current Federal immigration laws by virtue of simply being here in the first place.
Any Executive Order or Executive Action taken by a president that is against current federal laws already on the books is unlawful.
The fact that protecting individuals who are criminals is more important than the welfare of US citizens who rely on being paid by the government such as active military, retirees depending on Social Security, combat veterans who receive money from the government in retirement and other benefits, for example, is an act of treason against the very country these people are supposed to protect.
Instead of working for the American people, these New Wordl Order, neo-Nazi Globalists put their corrupt agenda before the good of the people of the USA they were sworn to represent and protect.
We can no longer tolerate having individuals in office that are clearly anti-American as shown in their actions.
Every member of Congress and the Senate who is in opposition to the current Administration have the destruction of the US as a sovereign, constitutional, independent nation in mind.
On a daily basis, we see lawmakers like Al Green, Nancy Pelosi, John McCain, Frederica Wilson, Jeff Flake, Maxine Waters, Cory Booker, and many more ignore the responsibilities of their jobs while concentrating on getting Donald Trump removed from office or trying their best to make sure his policies do not get implemented.
This opposition should show us all that we did indeed have a Dictatorship in power before Donald Trump became president.
This opposition currently, is the result of their disbelief in losing the White House even though their chosen successor Hillary Clinton and Barack H Obama thought they had the election fixed via the DHS and the DNC meddling with ballots in virtually every large city in the country. The proponents of the Dictatorship will do everything they can to make sure it is returned to power.
We, the people of the United States, can no longer afford to sit idly by while these traitors in office try to destroy our country and must demand every single one of them be relieved of their position.
We also have to make it clear that we will not tolerate individual states like California for example that have gone out of their way to thwart anything resembling the United States of America, especially federal laws, without paying the consequences.
Recently, California Attorney General Xavier Becerra threatened to prosecute any employer in the state that helps federal immigration authorities. This is like most laws implemented in California in that since they are in direct violation of federal laws, they themselves are illegal and cannot be legally enforced.
The threat to prosecute all employers who tip off or cooperate with the feds on rounding up illegals is a treasonous act against the US and should be treated as a traitorous renegade act by Fascist Insurgents who hold office in these states.
It really doesn’t matter what Trump does, the NWO neo-Nazi Globalists are not going to like him any more than they currently do. In this case, he needs to have an armed invasion by the US military on state Capitols of renegade states such as Sacramento and forcibly remove individuals currently in power on the grounds of being enemies of the USA and conspirators against their country. This, or force them to secede from the Union.
In reality, we have a Civil War going on now, it is just that the violent combat of it has not started yet, but it assuredly will soon if our current situation with government officials does not change.
These same traitorous dogs in office also oppose the Electoral College in electing presidents and are trying to eliminate it so the entire country will always have a president in office that just 2 states, California and New York, out of the entire Union put there. This is why we have the Electoral College in the first place, to protect the country from being subject to having a few states always determine the presidency for the majority of states in the Union.

Update on Twitter’s Review of the 2016 U.S. Election

When we appeared before the United States Congress last fall, Twitter publicly committed to regularly updating both congressional committees and the public on findings from our ongoing review into events surrounding the 2016 U.S. election.
Twitter is committed to providing a platform that fosters healthy civic discourse and democratic debate. We have been cooperating with congressional investigations into Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election. We have committed to be as transparent as possible about sharing what we have learned through our retroactive investigation into activity related to the election.
Since we presented our findings to Congress last fall, we have updated our analysis and continue to look for patterns and signals in data. Today, we are sharing an update on several aspects of that ongoing work, as well as steps we are taking to continue to make progress against potential manipulation of our platform.
Informing People of Malicious Activity in the 2016 Election
As previously announced, we identified and suspended a number of accounts that were potentially connected to a propaganda effort by a Russian government-linked organization known as the Internet Research Agency (IRA).
Consistent with our commitment to transparency, we are emailing notifications to 677,775 people in the United States who followed one of these accounts or retweeted or liked a Tweet from these accounts during the election period. Because we have already suspended these accounts, the relevant content on Twitter is no longer publicly available.

Most user engagement was with a very small number of IRA-associated accounts. Some examples of content which received significant engagement are:

As part of our ongoing review, we have identified both more IRA and automated Russia-based accounts. The results of this supplemental analysis are consistent with the results of our previous work: automated election-related content associated with Russian signals represented a very small fraction of the overall activity on Twitter in the ten-week period preceding the 2016 election.
We have identified an additional 1,062 accounts associated with the IRA. We have suspended all of these accounts for Terms of Service violations, primarily spam, and all but a few accounts, which were restored to legitimate users, remain suspended. At the request of congressional investigators, we are also sharing those account handles with Congress. In total, during the time period we investigated, the 3,814 identified IRA-linked accounts posted 175,993 Tweets, approximately 8.4% of which were election-related.
We have also provided Congress with the results of our supplemental analysis into activity believed to be automated, election-related activity originating out of Russia during the election period. Through our supplemental analysis, we have identified 13,512 additional accounts, for a total of 50,258 automated accounts that we identified as Russian-linked and Tweeting election-related content during the election period, representing approximately two one-hundredths of a percent (0.016%) of the total accounts on Twitter at the time. However any such activity represents a challenge to democratic societies everywhere, and we’re committed to continuing to work on this important issue.
Enhancing Information Quality
After the 2016 election, we launched our Information Quality initiative to further develop strategies to detect and prevent bad actors from abusing our platform. We have since made significant improvements, while recognizing that we have more to do as these patterns of activity develop and shift over time.
With our current capabilities, we detect and block approximately 523,000 suspicious logins daily for being generated through automation. In December 2017, our systems identified and challenged more than 6.4 million suspicious accounts globally per week— a 60% increase in our detection rate from October 2017. We have developed new techniques for identifying malicious automation (such as near-instantaneous replies to Tweets, non-random Tweet timing, and coordinated engagement). We have improved our phone verification process and introduced new challenges, including reCAPTCHAs to validate that a human is in control of an account.
Alongside these improvements, we’re continuing to expand enforcement of our developer and automation rules. Since June 2017, we’ve removed more than 220,000 applications in violation of our rules, collectively responsible for more than 2.2 billion low-quality Tweets.
In 2018, we will build upon our existing improvements. Our plans include:
- Investing further in machine-learning capabilities that help us detect and mitigate the effect on users of fake, coordinated, and automated account activity;
- Limiting the ability of users to perform coordinated actions across multiple accounts in Tweetdeck and via the Twitter API;
- Continuing the expansion of our new developer onboarding process to better manage the use cases for developers building on Twitter’s API. This will help us improve how we enforce our policies on restricted uses of our developer products, including rules on the appropriate use of bots and automation.
We recognize that Twitter is an important part of a larger ecosystem of how news and information spreads online, and that we have a responsibility to support external programs that empower our users, connecting them with resources to give them control over their online experience.
Our partners Common Sense Media, the National Association for Media Literacy, the Family Online Safety Institute and Connect Safely, amongst others, have helped us to craft materials and conduct workshops to help our users learn how to process online information and understand which sources of news have integrity. We focus on elements like verification of sources, critical thinking, active citizenship online and the breaking down of digital divides.

Moving Forward
Even as we continue to learn from the events of the 2016 U.S. election, we are taking steps every day to improve the security of our platform and stay one step ahead of those who would abuse it. As part of our preparations for the U.S. midterm elections, our teams are organizing to:
- Verify major party candidates for all statewide and federal elective offices, and major national party accounts, as a hedge against impersonation;
- Maintain open lines of communication to federal and state election officials to quickly escalate issues that arise;
- Address escalations of account issues with respect to violations of Twitter Rules or applicable laws;
- Continually improve and apply our anti-spam technology to address networks of malicious automation targeting election-related matters; and
- Monitor trends and spikes in conversations relating to the 2018 elections for potential manipulation activity.

Having demonized anyone who questioned Hillary Clinton’s health as she coughed and stumbled her way through the campaign trail as “conspiracy theorists,” CNN is now taking on that very role by refusing to believe a doctor whose tests found Donald Trump to be in perfect physical and mental health.
After weeks of media speculation that Trump had “dementia,” or was in some other way unfit to be president, a long shot narrative that some on the left hoped would lead to his removal under the 25th amendment, Dr. Ronny Jackson put paid to all that yesterday by revealing that Trump performed “exceedingly well” in a cognitive test.
Jackson added that the test wasn’t even required and that Trump himself insisted upon taking it before achieving a perfect score.
The doctor’s report couldn’t be attacked for being biased or partisan either, given that he has been a White House physician to both George W. Bush and Barack Obama.

However, this didn’t stop CNN from continuing to suggest that Trump may be unfit or that the doctor may be covering something up.
CNN’s Brian Stelter tweeted, “Here’s how the next few hours will go. Trump supporters will say “Concerns about Trump’s mental health were always absurd. Case closed now.” The obvious response: “The Q’s about fitness for office are serious. Someone could be sharp as a tack, but still unfit.”

Brian StelterThis is particularly ironic given that Stelter previously dismissed “conspiracy theories” about Hillary Clinton’s health as “reckless speculation” and literally rolled his eyes at the mere discussion of the topic.
His claims are also completely demolished by the fact that Dr. Jackson concluded Trump was in “excellent” cardiac health and had “incredible genes.”
But that didn’t stop Jim Acosta – CNN’s resident far-left activist pretending to be an impartial reporter – from jumping on the conspiracy bandwagon as well.
During Tuesday’s press briefing, Acosta asked Dr. Jackson if he was hiding information that contradicted Trump’s clean bill of health.
“I can promise there is nothing that I am withholding from you. I can tell you, I’ve done the last four or five of these,” Jackson replied. “I’ve been involved in probably the last six or seven of these and this is hands down more information that has been put forth by any other assessment to date.”
No matter how much impartial evidence is presented to prove that Trump is physically and mentally fit, CNN just refuses to let go of the fake news that he is mentally impaired or sick, proving once again how their so-called neutrality as a news network is a distant memory.

DOCUMENTS DETAIL PLAN FOR CIVIL UNREST AND MARTIAL LAW IN BALTIMORE
Leaked documents purport to show detailed plan to trigger nationwide unrest allowing Obama to declare martial law in 2015

Internal documents appearing to belong to Friends of Democracy – George Soros’ son’s activist group – describe an acceleration of civil unrest to justify the rollout of martial law nationwide.
According to the docs, the group sought to use the protests over the death of Freddie Gray as a detonator for larger violent demonstrations in the Baltimore area.

“Do not worry about violent action, we have secured limited protections from friendly BWI officials and LE to permit some aggressive activity,” the memo states.
Dates mentioned in the documents, Saturday April 18, 2015 and April 25, coincide with Baltimore riot dates.
The organization also points out an “ideal post-action objective” would be “civil unrest that leads to deployment of martial law-like policies for BWI, creating a feedback loop.” In other words, a domino effect that would spread nationwide.
Events described in the documents have actually been observed nationwide by Antifa and from other Soros-funded orgs.
For example, in 2013 Judicial Watch revealed the Obama Justice Department was caught staging protests in Florida following the death of Trayvon Martin.
A full-page ad in the New York Times last November, secured by the George Soros-backed Refuse Fascism, similarly called for a “revolution” to upend the Trump/Pence regime.
If the documents are real, they would be damning evidence of collusion between far-left terrorist groups and law enforcement.

President Trump welcomes a potential Oprah Winfrey challenge, a White House aide said Monday.
Speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One, Deputy White House Press Secretary Hogan Gidley addressed rumors of a 2020 Winfrey presidential challenge following her Sunday speech at the Golden Globes.
“We welcome the challenge, whether it be Oprah Winfrey or anybody else,” Gidley stated.
Gidley was asked if the White House had a response to Oprah’s speech, in which she addressed the “Me too” movement in Hollywood.
“No, other than to say that regardless of who’s on the ballot, regardless who decides to run against this President, they are going to have to face a President who has record-setting achievements in record-setting time, whether it’s an economy that is booming, job creation, historic tax cuts and tax reform when that hadn’t been touched in 30 years, an increase in wages, an absolute decimation of ISIS in Iraq and Syria,” Gidley said.
Winfrey’s name was thrown into the ring after her speech prompted NBC to issue a now-deleted tweet proclaiming her “OUR future president.”

ALL NEWS2017 was a banner year for the United States labor market. In the first year of the Donald J. Trump Administration, the economy added 2.1 million jobs and reversed job losses in critical sectors, most notably in manufacturing, a key priority for the Administration. While 2016 witnessed manufacturing job losses of 1,000 jobs per month on average, 2017 brought a windfall of 16,000 jobs gained per month, fulfilling the President’s campaign promises. These 196,000 additional manufacturing jobs for the year brought the unemployment rate for manufacturing workers to the lowest rate ever recorded—2.6 percent in November 2017. Workers in construction, wholesale trade, and mining and logging also benefited from bigger job gains in 2017 than they had seen in 2016.
The economy’s engine brought across-the-board benefits beyond these specific sectors. The overall unemployment rate, which by October had dropped to 4.1 percent, represented a 17-year low by year’s end. The benefits of the low rates were felt broadly, resulting in unemployment rates for America’s veterans, African-Americans, and Hispanics that reached historic lows in 2017 (see figure).
Although 2017 also brought a reduction in the payroll employment of retail establishments, it likely reflects an ongoing shift in American shopping patterns, as buyers substitute online purchases for brick-and-mortar experiences. There have also been reductions in Federal Government employment, which reflects the Administration’s efforts to right-size the footprint of the Federal Government’s operations and save taxpayer dollars.
In 2018, the first wave of tax reform job and wage gains should produce continued tightness in the labor market and thus bigger take-home checks for workers, as well as increased labor force participation as more workers get off the sidelines and re-enter the working world. The labor force participation rate for America’s prime-aged workers (aged 25 to 54) was 81.7 percent in 2017 and remains 1.3 percentage points below the rate in 2007—the last year before the Great Recession. Higher wage growth should induce some of these additional labor force non-participants to enter the labor market. If so, a return to the pre-Recession participation rate for prime-age workers would result in an additional 1.7 million Americans back at work. There is some evidence of this positive trend already: A greater share of prime-aged men were employed or looking for work in December 2017 than at any other point since May 2011.
The President’s emphasis on economic growth will continue in 2018. With less regulation, more jobs, and higher wages, this Administration will continue to support America’s workers.
