U.S. Border Patrol agents on the American side of the Rio Grande were forced to take cover Friday night when high-caliber weaponry was fired at them from the Mexican side of the river, sources told FoxNews.com.

The weapons were fired at the U.S. side of the riverbank in the area of the Rincon Peninsula across the Rio Grande from Reynosa, Mexico, at about 8:30 p.m., sources said. Bullets ricocheted into an area where Border Patrol agents were positioned, Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, told FoxNews.com.

Border Patrol sources confirmed Gohmert’s account, and said the shots may have been fired by .50-caliber weapons.

“We don’t have any armor that can stop a .50-caliber round, so our Border Patrol agents had to take cover when the rounds were richocheting around them,” said Gohmert, who has been in the area for the last week to get a first-hand look at the border situation.

“When the shooting stopped, about 40 to 50 people came out on the U.S. side and turned themselves in. So clearly the rounds were being fired to suppress every effort to stop anybody intervening with anyone or anything coming across,” Gohmert added. “We have no idea what or how many or whom came across with the other illegal immigrants.”

Sources said they believe the gunfire came from members of Mexican drug cartels, which include former military members trained in shooting that type of weaponry.

Border Patrol sources said the rounds were clearly identifiable because .50- caliber weapons make a distinctive noise when fired. Sources said they also believe this is the first time that Border Patrol agents have taken direct fire from the Mexican side of the river in this area.

“I don’t know why we’re out here like sitting ducks,” one Border Patrol source said. “We need help.”

Our hotel here in Jakarta Indonesia is located near a large mosque. Prayer chants can be heard throughout the day and night. Tonight those intonations are accompanied with the sound of fireworks. It is the eve of Idul Fitri, which in Arabic means “newly reborn.” Tomorrow, the last day of Ramadan, is a time of celebration for all the Muslim world.

For those here on the front lines in the global battle to expose and defeat Tyranny it is also a time of celebration. More importantly, it is a time for continued vigilance as we press our adversaries in every direction to the edges of the Earth.

On 11-23-2011, what was to become known as the Trillion Dollar Lawsuit was filed in the US District Court in Manhattan, New York. This action, along with the plaintiff, Neil F Keenan, would provide the catalyst in exposing to the American public gross criminal activities of the Zionist-controlled US government. As the lawsuit process progressed, it would reveal to the world the organized enslavement of humanity and ongoing rape of the planet itself.

When first hearing of the lawsuit , Ben Fulford prophetically predicted that this single brave action could bring an end to worldwide financial tyranny. We’ve since learned the implications are even more far-reaching.

As if Ukraine was not struggling through enough turmoil currently,
Bloomberg reports that the fragile coalition government has collapsed
after two parties quit. The UDAR and Svoboda parties said they’d leave
the government and seek a snap parliamentary ballot. Tempers have been
fraying recently as numerous brawls have broken out in parliament ahead
of President Poroshenko's pledge to call elections this year. All we
have to do now is find out who Washington would like to see in power?
The end result: Prime Minister Yatsenyuk just resigned. The big question
now is what will the IMF do about the remaining tranches of its loans?

As Bloomberg reports,

Ukraine’s
coalition collapsed after two parties quit during a months-long
pro-Russian insurgency in the nation’s east that downed a Malaysian Air
jet last week.

The UDAR and Svoboda parties said they’d leave the
government and seek a snap parliamentary ballot, according to statements
today on their websites. Under the constitution, the former Soviet
republic has 30 days to form a new coalition or it must call early
elections. The existing cabinet will remain in place in the meantime.

Prime
Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk’s government, took over the country in
February after pro-European street protests prompted Kremlin-backed
President Viktor Yanukovych to flee to Russia. Yanukovych’s successor,
billionaire Petro Poroshenko, had pledged to call parliamentary
elections this year.

“We will probably have snap parliamentary
elections at the end of October,” Yuriy Yakymenko, the head of political
research at the Razumkov Center, said by phone from Kiev today. “This
option was probably agreed on by political parties seeking elections and
the president.”

The government and the current parliament will
keep working until new institutions are formed, he said. Olga Lappo,
Yatsenyuk’s spokeswoman, declined to comment when reached by phone
today.

According to victims and for big bucks, the Catholic Church and drug cartels regularly funnel children through international pedophile rings to Satan worshipping businessmen, politicians and members of European royal families. Since May more than 34 eyewitnesses have given depositions to the International Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels about this childhood sexual abuse and forced participation in child sacrifices by these global elites of the Ninth Circle Satanic Child Sacrifice Cult. Five international court judges have considered evidence against Ninth Circle Cult members including the trial’s chief defendant, Pope Francis, plus former Pope Ratzinger and Queen Elizabeth. In 2013 the ICLCJ Court found Queen Elizabeth and Pope Ratzinger guilty of Crimes Against Humanity and issued arrest warrants against them.

A European mafia known as “Octopus” or Ndrangheta, was said to make considerable money by securing drugs and children for the upper echelons of Pope Francis’ Catholic and Queen Elizabeth’s Anglican Churches, royal family members and European, Canadian, Australian and US politicians and corporate heads. “The Catholic Church is clearly the largest baby trafficker in human history, making billions each year by selling Catholic newborns to orphanages, foster agencies and undisclosed parties” Antonio Barrero testified before five judges of the ICLCJ Court. “In Spain alone between 1940 and 1980, the Catholic Church reaped over $20 billion by trafficking more than 300,000 children.”

“The now Pope Francis organized the marketing of those more than 30,000 children of Argentine political prisoners” according to a ICLCJ Court witness identified only as Number 32. In the 1970s-1980s the witness was a former Argentine civil servant who was present in meetings between the now-Pope Francis and the Junta Military during Argentine’s Dirty War.

The Court recessed to do further research after the ICLC Court Chief Prosecutor professed a link between the British, Dutch and Belgian royal families and the disappearances and killing of Mohawk children at Queen Elizabeth’s Church of England or Anglican’s Brantford Indian Residential School in Ontario Canada. “The ‘Ndrangheta syndicate obtains its child fodder through its deep involvement with the child-snatching Roman Catholic Church and top Vatican officials” a Radical Party member of the Italian Parliament, Matteo Macceo, told Kevin Annett of the ICLCJ Court. “The modern Mafia are the same people who run the Catholic Church and Italian government. They’re indistinguishable. They’re all in the same club. Their main concern is their assets, which come from organized crime: drugs, arms dealing and human trafficking.”

“Crime pays and nothing pays as well as selling human beings, especially children” Annett said yesterday. “Last month, I was contacted by a retired Dutch lawyer whose former husband is a member of the criminal syndicate that provides the children and adolescents used in Ninth Circle ritualistic “hunting parties” in Belgium. I’ll call her Josephine. According to Josephine, in the Springs of 2000 and 2004 her ex-husband, along with Octopus members, provided ten children and adolescents who were then stripped naked, let loose, hunted down, killed and mutilated by wealthy men in forests near Oudergem, Belgium. She was told the victims were kids from the juvenile detention centers in Brussels. The global elite killers were thought to be members of the Ninth Circle and included Prince Friso of Holland, Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte and Prince Albert of Belgium. Satan worshippers are known to think that certain numbers have mystical qualities. Notice their use of the number ten when choosing their victims. After they shot down the ten young ones they cut off the boys’ penises and held them up like trophies, cheering and applauding.”

According to last year’s ICLCJ Court findings, on Oct. 10 1964 Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip took ten children around the age of ten from the Kamloops Residential School in British Columbia. Their native parents haven’t seen them since. The Kamloops school closed in 1978, though a child mass grave sitewasn’t discovered on the Kamloops school grounds until last year. Since 2008 Queen Elizabeth and the Canadian government have refused Annett’s ITCCS’scontinuous requests for excavation of 34 child mass grave sites discovered on some of the 80 native residential school grounds across Canada.

Vatican and European Royal family members of the Ninth Circle were said to have scheduled child sacrifices for this August 15 and on the new moon in September at the Carnarvon Castle in Wales, Balmoral Castle in Scotland and Marie Reine du Monde Catholic Cathedral in Montreal Canada.

The court was presently in recess. Evidence was being gathered in hopes the five judges and 27 jury members could reach a verdict by this Fall. Because of the large amount of victims coming forward to testify about Ninth Circle activities more indictments were expected to follow. A third international court was planned for next year.

Last year’s ICLCJ Court found 40 global elites guilty in the disappearance of over 50,000 native Canadian children. A few days later Pope Ratzinger resigned from his office. Evidence presented at last year’s court could be found in Annett’s “Hidden No Longer” available for free here.

The ICLCJ International Court has over 450 Common Law Peace Officers in 13 countries, with 51 local chartered groups operating. It was the line from The Godfather that will never be forgotten: “I’m gonna make you an offer you can’t refuse.” The Chicago thugocracy of Barack Hussein Obama took that tactic with health insurance companies to make them swallow Obamacare in the first place, and is now quietly bribing them to “postpone” rate hikes scheduled to come out right before the midterms.

According to Forbes.com, ” Hidden in the midst of a 436-page regulatory update, and written in pure bureaucratese, the Department of Health and Human Services asked that insurance companies limit the looming premium increases for 2015 health plans. But don’t worry, HHS hinted: we’ll bail you out on the taxpayer’s dime if you lose money. No wonder there wasn’t a press release. The White House is playing politics with Americans’ health care—and they’re bribing health insurance companies to play along.”

Ok, let me clarify: the Obama administration has sneaked in a regulatory rule update asking health insurance companies not to do their job accurately if it means higher insurance premiums. After all Obama — aka Vito Corleone — stated Obamacare would bring about an average reduction of $2500 to healthcare premiums. Now, here is the offer the insurance companies can’t refuse: “even if you’re losing money, we’ll square it away for you” — with taxpayer dollars of course.

So in the long run, the hard-working American middle-income family gets screwed either way! Either they’ll have to pay higher premiums or pay the government through higher taxes — such as Obama’s desired higher gas taxes — in order to compensate the insurance companies. And here we thought Obama REALLY didn’t like those insurance companies.

Now, silly me, I thought bribery was a felony offense. Oops, there I go again using logic and common sense when assessing the Obama administration — heck, they’re having problems with computer hard drives, bribery is just par for the course.

And to think the Washington Post just gave President Obama three more “pinocchios” for lying. Nah, none of this matters – it’s certainly not “impeachable.” It’s just liberal progressive socialist politics as usual — fear, intimidation, coercion, lies and deception. Can you imagine what would be happening if this were a revelation occurring under a Republican president?

But be careful, you don’t want to be accused of racial animus because you’re questioning the president’s bribery policy. And I don’t think the U.S. Department of Justice will be investigating this, do you?

Why is all of this happening now? Why it’s simple. There’s an election coming in November 2014 and the last thing Obama, his personal consigliere Valerie Jarrett and the Democrats want is for 2015 healthcare insurance premium increases to be announced in September. And Obama accuses everyone else of playing politics.

As Forbes reports, “typically, insurance companies release their premium rates between summer and early fall—i.e., right before voters cast their ballots in November. If premiums skyrocket—which looks increasingly likely—then voters won’t look too kindly on Senators and Representatives who voted for Obamacare and created this problem. Hence the White House’s desperate damage control. It almost worked: No one noticed when the regulations were first released. In fact, it took days for any news outlet to find the language and then translate it into readable English. TownHall.com figured it out first. The Los Angeles Times then reported that “hold[ing] down premium increases for next year” is a “top priority” for President Obama since “rates will be announced ahead of this fall’s congressional elections.” Wow, give the LA Times a Scooby Snack for getting that one right!

Forbes says “even if the healthcare insurance industry doesn’t want to play along, it’s still in these companies’ best interests to assent to the administration’s “request.” Under Obamacare, insurers are so heavily regulated that they have to play nice with the bureaucrats who call the shots. The president isn’t the only government official who carries a big stick. If insurance companies don’t give in, regulators have powerful ways to make life hard for them. A shrewd CEO doesn’t need to look far to see what might happen if his company opts out. This administration already has a reputation for strong-arming dissenting businesses in other industries.”

Don’t believe how bad it could be? Just ask the coal industry and the small community banks. Of course, this will once again be dismissed and the White House may still get away with its attempted sleight of hand. Technically, the regulations don’t force health insurance companies to hold down their premium increases. But the White House isn’t asking nicely. Does it ever?

If the GOP can awake from its stupor and acknowledge the other side doesn’t play nice, perhaps they’ll start winning elections. This is the politics of Moose and Rocco, and exactly what Americans consented to when they voted to have Chicago come to Washington D.C.

"Holocaust is a propaganda tool so Israel can make money for Jews." That’s what one 8th grader in California’s Rialto school district wrote for his "critical thinking" exercise.



“A profitable hoax made by the Jews to obtain land, money and power” is how another eight grader describes the holocaust.



School district administration actually assigned holocaust denial reading materials as a part of the preparation for this assignment.

Dozens of Rialto eighth-graders questioned whether the Holocaust occurred in essays written for an in-class assignment this spring.



Rialto Unified School District administrators, besieged by criticism after the assignment became public in May, claimed at the time that none of the students who completed the assignment questioned or denied the Holocaust, but a survey of the students’ work by this news organization found numerous examples of students expressing doubt or flatly denying that the Holocaust occurred.



“I believe the event was fake, according to source 2 the event was exhaggerated,” one student wrote. (Students’ and teachers’ original spelling and grammar are retained throughout this story.) “I felt that was strong enogh evidence to persuade me the event was a hoax.”



In some cases, students earned high marks and praise for arguing the Holocaust never occurred, with teachers praising their well-reasoned arguments:



“you did well using the evidence to support your claim,” the above student’s teacher wrote on his assignment.

The complete archive of the essays was provided to the Los Angeles News Group in the form of 45 PDF files, some of which contain hundreds of pages of student assignments. An examination of the essays by newsroom staff found that at least 50 essays denied or doubted the Holocaust occurred. Even many students who agreed the Holocaust occurred said there were good reasons to believe it had not or that elements of the historical record were actually hoaxes.



The argument-style writing assignment was developed by district English Language Arts teachers and was coordinated by staff at the district headquarters level.

During a news conference, Branstad said he was not aware of any of the children currently living in Iowa and that state has not been contacted by the federal government about housing any immigrant children. He said the government’s focus should be on securing the borders.

“The first thing we need to do is secure the border. I do have empathy for these kids,” Branstad said. “But I also don’t want to send the signal that (you) send your kids to America illegally. That’s not the right message.”



Branstad was among a group of governors that met Sunday with Health and Human Services Secretary Sylvia Matthews Burwell as the Obama administration sought support from states that could host the children.



Under current law, immigrant children from countries that do not border the United States and who cross into the U.S. by themselves are turned over to federal authorities. Then, they often are reunited with parents or placed with other relatives already living here while they wait for an immigration court to decide their future. The court process can take years.



GOP Senator Demands Criminal Background Checks On Illegal Immigrant Children

Branstad was critical Sunday of the fact that there is no review of the immigration status of relatives who take custody of the children.



Since Oct. 1, more than 57,000 children have crossed the border. Most are from Honduras, El Salvador or Guatemala.



President Barack Obama has vowed to use executive actions in an effort to help fix the immigration system.

Funny how Democrats are using the compassion argument when it comes to the flood of illegal immigrant children into America. Yet they have no compassion for the thriving, healthy, but unborn American child who they support being butchered. What immoral hypocrisy — but all for political gain. It’s despicable.

As Chris Stirewalt writes for Foxnews.com, ” Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., is leading a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, a vote probably to be taken this week, on his bill that would override the laws banning late-term abortions and imposing regulations on abortion clinics in an increasing number of states.”

Stirewalt says “of course what Blumenthal doesn’t to address is that many of these “restrictions” were put in place after the horrific Dr. Kermit Gosnell case in Philadelphia, which the mainstream media didn’t seem to want to cover.” And these “restrictions” do offer support for women and protection.

We reported here about the drive for late-term abortions by a state representative in New York and what it entails. It basically amounts to brutal infanticide — that means killing babies.

According to Stirewalt, “Blumenthal’s bill, which already has the support of nearly two-thirds of Senate Democrats, would eradicate the restrictions in at least a dozen states where abortions have been banned after the start of the sixth month of pregnancy and rules in many more states that regulate the conditions at abortion clinics.”

Leave it to these liberal progressive socialists to do anything to save their own political skin – including murder ala Gosnell.

Stirewalt says “even the New York Times editorial board is enthused as are others on the Left who have seen access to elective abortions restricted in the aftermath of the discovery of a house of horrors at the Philadelphia abortion clinic operated by Dr. Kermit Gosnell. Blumenthal’s anti-anti-Gosnell bill takes Democrats into some very dangerous political territory.”

But with the support of a complicit media who will aid in the promulgation of their true intent and lies, the Democrats feel emboldened to take such an action.

Stirewalt posits that “Blumenthal’s hearing and legislation certainly is part of Democratic efforts to shift the election narrative and to frighten suburban women about Todd Akin-ite boogeymen lurking in every doctor’s office, it’s also evidence of the power of the left wing in the Democratic Party. One would have to imagine this hearing is designed to placate the vocal, well-funded pro-choice crusaders in the Democratic base and not designed to proceed even to a show vote.” We’ve already seen fundraising emails distorting the Supreme Court Hobby Lobby case decision.

But ponder this: Democrats and liberal progressives are so very staunch in their support of women’s choice in killing babies — but why are they so against women’s choice in educating their children? Oops, that’s right, they’re “owned” by the far left radical abortionists and the teachers unions.

So in the end, it’s not about the future of our children, it is all about politics, and placating their devoted leftist base. It’s about degrading women into nothing more than hapless victims whose basic need is to kill babies — not about greater opportunities for their future — just killing the future of life.

And the progressive socialists are masters of the lexicon as they have reframed this debate as fighting for women’s reproductive health — which should mean defeating cervical, uterine, ovarian cancers and fibroid tumor threats. Instead they’ve successfully changed language to mask their true intent — killing babies — as a means to achieve political power.

We all know where Barack Hussein Obama stands on this issue — after all when he was a state Senator he advocated for and supported legislation that a child surviving an abortion still deserved death. What type of demonic mind thinks that? Even worse, what does it say about our moral compass to have such a person as our president?

Look into the eyes of the people advocating this legislation — Richard Blumenthal, Tammy Baldwin, and others — and ask, what do you see within their souls?

As fate would have it, the same week Al Gore was testifying before Congress, I was doing a little testifying myself. Admittedly, there were a tad fewer paparazzi in the Madison, Wis., classroom where I was giving a talk on global warming (sponsored by Collegians for a Constructive Tomorrow, or CFACT). The debate in Washington offered some familiar echoes.

One student asked a long and rambling question that went basically as follows: He understood why I think Al Gore is dishonest and misleading. But how can I criticize Gore when all he wants to do is make people change their behavior and take care of this planet?

Translation: Gore is on the side of the angels and therefore it's mean-spirited to throw inconvenient truths back at the Oscar winner for "An Inconvenient Truth". "Yeah, exactly," the kid responded when I rephrased the question thusly.

The press and the Democrats seem to share this kid's sensibility. Covering Gore's congressional testimony, The Washington Post's Dana Milbank portrayed Gore as a man of science versus a bunch of creationist nutjobs. Milbank wrote: "... instead of giving another screening of 'An Inconvenient Truth,' the former vice president found himself playing the Clarence Darrow character in 'Inherit the Wind.'" It's an unintentionally accurate comparison, because the movie completely distorted the reality of the Scopes trial. The real Clarence Darrow contentedly lost the open-and-shut case after a nine-minute jury deliberation. The movie was about something bigger than the facts. So is Al Gore. And that's why his fans love him.

Gore says global warming is "a crisis that threatens the survival of our civilization and the habitability of the Earth." It's graver than any war. He compares it to the asteroid that allegedly killed the dinosaurs.

But here's the thing. If there were an asteroid barreling toward earth, we wouldn't be talking about changing our lifestyles, nor would we be preaching about reducing, reusing and recycling. We would be building giant wicked-cool lasers and bomb-carrying spaceships to go out and destroy the thing. But Gore doesn't want to explore geo-engineering (whereby, for example, we'd add sulfate aerosols or other substances to the atmosphere to mitigate global warming). Why? Because solving the problem isn't really the point. As Gore makes it clear in his book, "Earth in the Balance," he wants to change attitudes more than he wants to solve problems.

Indeed, he wants to change attitudes about government as much as he wants to preach environmentalism. Global warming is what William James called a "moral equivalent of war" that gives political officials the power to do things they could never do without a crisis. As liberal journalist James Ridgeway wrote in the early 1970s: "Ecology offered liberal-minded people what they had longed for, a safe, rational and above all peaceful way of remaking society ... (and) developing a more coherent central state."

This explains Gore's relentless talk of "consensus," his ugly moral bullying of "deniers" and, most of all, his insistence that because there's no time left to argue, everyone should do what he says.

Isn't it interesting how the same people who think "dissent is the highest form of patriotism" when it comes to the war think that dissent when it comes to global warming is evil and troglodytic?

"If your baby has a fever, you go to the doctor," Gore said this week. "If the doctor says you need to intervene here, you don't say, 'Well, I read a science fiction novel that told me it's not a problem.' If the crib's on fire, you don't speculate that the baby is flame retardant. You take action."

True enough. But if your baby's crib is on fire, you don't run to a politician for help either.

You can tell that Gore's schtick is about something more than the moderate and manageable challenge of global warming when he talks of sacrifice. On the one hand he wants everybody to change their lifestyles dramatically. These are the sacrifices the voracious energy user Al Gore won't have to make because he can buy "carbon credits" for his many homes and his jet-setting.

But when asked this week about the enormous and unwise costs his plan would impose on the U.S. economy (according to the global consensus of economists), Gore said that his draconian emissions cuts are "going to save you money, and it's going to make the economy stronger."

Wait a second. This is the gravest crisis we've ever faced, but if we do exactly as Gore says (but not as he does), we'll get richer in the process as we heal Mother Earth of her fever? Gore's faith-based initiative is a win-win. No wonder so many people think it's mean to disagree.

Yes, you read that headline correctly. Bowe Bergdahl, the Army Sgt. accused by his fellow platoon members of desertion and possible collaboration with the Taliban against the United States, is headed back to active duty. More from CNN:

Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl has finished undergoing medical care and counseling at an Army hospital in San Antonio and could return to an Army unit on a Texas post as early as Monday, a defense official tells CNN.

Bergdahl was held captive by militants for five years before he was released in May in exchange for five senior Taliban members held by the U.S. military. He has always maintained his active duty status. He cannot retire from the service or be discharged until the investigation concerning his disappearance and captivity in Afghanistan is complete.

For about three weeks, Bergdahl has been an outpatient at the San Antonio hospital, and military officials have interviewed him about his time in captivity.

Bergdahl is set to take a job at Fort Sam Houston, the Army post in San Antonio, according to an Army statement Monday. He will return to "regular duty within the command where he can contribute to the mission," the statement said.

At this point, not a single soldier from Bergdahl's platoon has come forward to defend him or to justify his disappearance. Army Spc. Cody Full, who testified in front of Congress last month about Berghdahl's disappearance, is not impressed.

Full will be on with Sean Hannity tonight at 10 pm et on Fox News to discuss this latest development.

DNI extends its Alberta SBH Property over fracsand targets

DNI METALS INC. (DNI : TSX-Ven)(DG7 : Frankfurt)

TORONTO, July 11, 2014 /CNW/ - DNI Metals Inc. (DNI:TSX-Ven)(DG7:FSE) announces that it has recently concluded acquisition of additional metallic and industrial mineral permits over 61,440 hectares adjoining its Alberta SBH Property to secure strategic locations over exposures of the Pelican sandstone Formation which is known elsewhere in Alberta to contain sections of sand suitable for use as a natural sand proppant (fracsand) by the oil/gas industry.

Compelled by growing demand in fracsand to supply fast growing tight oil/gas plays in western Canada, and the scarcity of local deposits, DNI has decided to test the Pelican Formation sandstone on its Property for suitability as fracsand. DNI's field program to sample and test this Formation on the Property will start shortly.

The Pelican Formation sandstone contains poorly cemented, hard, clean white coarse sand with relatively smooth round grains. Fracsand is currently being produced from the stratigraphic equivalent of this Formation in the Peace River region, in west-central Alberta. In addition, high silica (98%+) coarse and smooth grained sand sections have been reported by others from exposures of the Formation from locations adjacent to the Property which are being evaluated as a source for fracsand. Similar outcrop exposures on DNI's Property have not yet been sampled and their suitability as fracsand has not been determined.

DNI's subsurface geological and stratigraphic database, based on nearly 600 oil/gas wells drilled over its Property by others, confirms that the Pelican Formation sandstone extends under the entire Property with thicknesses typically ranging 30m-60m. Downhole geophysical logs from a random selection of the wells confirm the presence of porous clean sand sections within the Formation.

The Pelican Formation is under thin overburden cover throughout most of the eastern parts of the Property, and it is intermittently exposed in valley walls along the 100km trace marking erosional edge of the Birch Mountains on the Property. This Formation is eroded away to the east of the Property. The Pelican Formation is poorly consolidated and would lend itself well to free-dig extraction.

Four large areas have been identified on the Property offering ~1km-2km long outcrop exposures of the Pelican Formation some of which are accessible by road. These areas provide primary targets for sampling.

DNI has been exploring metal enriched zones in polymetallic black shales at its SBH Property since 2007 and has successfully delineated two mineral resources at the Property, one of which (the Buckton Deposit) has advanced through a Preliminary Economic Assessment for the production of base metals, Uranium and REE (announced inDecember 2013). The Pelican sandstone Formation at the Property lies beneath the flat-lying metal enriched black shales, and offers new targets with potential to add further value to the Property. DNI's planned exploration program to test this Formation will be an adjunct to its ongoing work to continue advancing its polymetallic shale resources toward pilot demonstration.

The Alberta SBH Property previously consisted of 2,720 sq km held under 36 permits, and provided coverage over six mineralized areas. Through ongoing rationalization of its land position, DNI allowed a large portion of its prior land position, being non-strategic areas over remote lower priority permits, to lapse in March 2014. These permits contained three early stage blind targets, namely; the McIvor West and North Lily Anomalies, and the Eaglenest Target Area. These targets are challenged by remote field access, lack of outcrop exposures and seasonal field activity constraints. DNI has not previously carried out any work on these areas other than compilation of historic work, and has instead prioritized the eastern parts of the Property where the shales are accessible and exposed.

DNI recently acquired additional permits adjoining the northeast and southeast parts of the SBH Property to secure localities over new targets which have potential for hosting large volumes of sand which might be suited for use as fracsand in the oil/gas industry. The SBH Property currently comprises 1,812 sq km held under 25 permits, and contains three drill-tested polymetallic mineralized zones or resources, namely; the Buckton Deposit, the Buckton South mineral resource and the Asphalt Zone. The foregoing comprise DNI's black shale hosted strategic polymetallic assets.

The thousands of undocumented minors in U.S. detention facilities includes an unknown number of pregnant teenaged immigrants.

The pregnant minors have been moved into longer-term shelters operated by the Department of Health and Human Services in order to provide federally funded health care.

As many as 90,000 undocumented minors from El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras are expected to enter the United States this year. The rush of children, many of whom are trafficked by drug cartels and other criminal organizations, has become not only a strain on the asylum process but a political nightmare for the Obama administration.

It is unclear how many of the minors are pregnant and now in HHS custody, and HHS spokesman Kenneth Wolfe said Friday that the department does not have “available” statistics on the number of pregnant minors housed in HHS facilities.

But Wolfe confirmed the department, which is tasked with overseeing the flood of immigrants, moves pregnant girls to permanent shelters, rather than the temporary detention facilities that most of the undocumented children are in.

On May 12, 2014,  Sgt Brandon Mendoza was killed in a traffic accident by one Raul Silva Corona.

Sgt Mendoza was a LEO for the City of Mesa Arizona Police Department. The accused, Corona, is here in these United States illegally and has a previous conviction.

I am writing this letter to you regarding illegal immigrants.

As a tax paying, law abiding citizen of the United States, I WANT my voice heard on this issue. My son, Sergeant Brandon Mendoza, an officer who was with the City of Mesa, Arizona police department, was killed in a tragic head on collision on May 12, 2014 by a wrong way driver on our freeways.

This man happened to be an illegal immigrant, was in this country illegally, convicted of previous crimes, no Social Security number, no valid driver’s license BUT he had purchased a vehicle and registered it to drive in Maricopa County Arizona.

I had my son’s life STOLEN from me by a man who didn’t value his life, was 3X the legal limit drunk, was high on Meth, drove for over 35 miles THE WRONG WAY on 4 different freeways and had NO BUSINESS BEING IN THIS COUNTRY!!!

The Federal Government knew he, Raul Silva Corona , was an illegal immigrant when he was convicted on crimes in 1994 in Colorado. The prosecutors were “lenient” on him and several charges were dismissed. When he was convicted of these crimes and 1994 and the government knew he was in the country illegally, why wasn’t he deported? Why are any of these illegal criminals in this country ??

I am furious that the Federal Government allowed this criminal to stay in this country and KILL my son! I have attached several articles for you to PERSONALLY read about my son. He was an Icon with the City of Mesa Police Department. He was instrumental in making life better for people of all walks of life in the park project he took on. He was humble, selfless, worked many hours off the clock helping disadvantaged children and often used his own money to do things for the community, including “adopting” children at Christmas to provide them with gifts….out of his own money!!

I have attached numerous articles for you to read about my son. This was not a life that should have been taken so early. The good he was doing in our community is remarkable, the difference he made in people’s lives is amazing and the comfort he brought people in friendship was unmeasurable.

All you have to do is Google ” Sgt/Officer Brandon Mendoza” and you will have plenty of reading material about my wonderful son who had just passed his Sergeant’s exam to become a Sgt. The Chief of Police posthumously promoted him during the week of his funeral but that highlight of his life was stolen from him!!! He was officer of the year last year. Officer of the quarter for the first quarter of 2014. He was only 32 years old and had done more in his life than most of us have done in a lifetime!

I am going to have my voice heard and I want to you to know what my personal feeling is on whether CRIMINAL ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS should be allowed in this country. I have been DIRECTLY affected by this. I am sure if your life had been affected like mine has been, you would have a different view of this situation. I have lived in Arizona most of my life. My son, Brandon Mendoza, was half Hispanic. It’s not the color of skin that my son or I see, it’s the person and how they conduct their lives. If you can’t enter this country legally then you shouldn’t be here. If you commit crimes, you should pay the time any of us as US Citizens would have to serve.

Letting these illegal criminals out of our jails before their time is served and turning them loose on the streets to commit further crimes and KILL our loved ones is NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ME!! AND it shouldn’t be acceptable to any US Citizen. Mr. President, you don’t have the right to make this decision yourself……I have a say, even if it is for one moment. Maybe that one moment will light a spark with another citizen who can then light a candle, who can then light a bonfire, who can then light a city up and so on. My light has just been lit and I am not going to back down when so many of these illegal immigrants have more rights than we do. My son’s death will not be ignored as another statistic.

I want laws to change that would not allow illegal immigrants to purchase vehicles in our country and register them to drive them in our states WITHOUT having driver’s licenses to drive them legally. How is this happening??? I want laws changed that will force the removal of illegal immigrants who break our laws. This man, this repeated law breaker, was allowed to be released and he continued breaking the laws in our country until what???? UNTIL HE WAS STOPPED BY MY SON IN A HEAD ON COLLISION THAT NEVER SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED!!!! HE KILLED AN OFFICER OF THE LAW AS HIS LAST ACT!!!

When are you going to see the flip side to this issue? When will you realize the hurt and pain and destruction these illegal immigrants who break the law will continue to cause???? Until you live in a state that deals with this on a daily basis, you will not understand it.

I want answers that make sense. I want answers from you personally as to why this criminal was allowed to stay in our country until he took my son’s life.

FINLAND, Minn. – The Organic Consumers Association (OCA) has joined other concerned groups in asking consumers to call Starbucks today, Monday, July 7, at (800)-782-7282 and ask CEO Howard Schultz to convert the company’s milk purchases to certified organic milk.

“Starbucks is perpetuating the unsustainable model of industrial and GMO agriculture,” said Ronnie Cummins, OCA’s national director. “A huge percentage of GMO crops are used to feed livestock, including dairy cows. By switching to organic milk, Starbucks could set the industry standard while at the same time contributing to the growth of a more sustainable, and more humane, dairy industry model.”

Starbucks is the largest coffee chain in the world, with 20,100 stores, and annual sales of $14.9 billion. Starbucks uses more than 93 million gallons (2011 figures) annually of non-organic milk from factory farms.

That makes it one of the biggest supporters of Big Dairy factory farms. And, there’s a lot wrong with the Big Dairy factory farm model. Animals are abused. Food safety is compromised. And diary CAFOs (Confined Animal Feeding Operations) support Monsanto’s toxic, unsustainable GMO corn, soy and alfalfa.

The OCA has been pressuring Starbucks for 12 years to change its policies and practices around organics and fair trade. Yet apart from one victory—in 2007, when in response to consumer pressure Starbucks agreed to stop using milk containing Monsanto's Bovine Growth Hormone—Starbucks has ignored consumers’ demands.

A switch to certified organic milk would have a huge impact on the organic milk industry. That’s why OCA has called on its million-plus network to ask CEO Howard Schultz to switch to organic milk.

There was a time when conservatives had to be wary about liberals pushing their greedy government fingers into our taxes, our religion, and our right to bear arms. All of that remains true, but we must also now have to beware of them putting their hands all over our food! What could be nastier?



Well, it appears that the Muskego, Wisconsin School District is telling Michelle Obama to back off. In an interview with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, the school board president said, “We believe that proper food nutrition and meal portion guidelines are best decided at a local level.” The president, Rick Petfalski, goes on to say that the district will be opting out of the federal school lunch program regulations. While this means they will not be able to receive federal funds for the meals, it also means they will be free to serve the type of menu they want. Even with the federal funds, the district was projected to lose $54,000 this year under the regulations. Petfalski expects to turn that around by opting out and serving a menu that kids will actually buy.



Petfaski closed his comments by noting that Michelle Obama was the catalyst behind the difficult guidelines, pointing out that she had not been elected to any office that he was aware of. He makes a good point that tends to get missed by plenty of Presidents and their First Ladies, though Michelle Obama has been more active than most. One of the worst things we can do is assume that politicians have some secret fountain of wisdom on a wide variety of topics, because this is almost never the case. They have their handlers, they have their strengths, but they are mostly successful because they are good at public speaking and playing the game. That’s all. Michelle Obama is even worse, because she isn’t even an elected representative.



In the desire to have something to do, she campaigned against this national obesity epidemic we’re dealing with. That’s not a terrible thing for the first lady to throw her support behind – I mean, American kids are fat. As usual, though, liberals overextend themselves. While Bloomberg is busy trying to ban sodas in New York, Michelle took her fight to the schools. Take away the tacos, she said. Take away the chocolate milk, she cried.



What school boards and principals and lunch ladies have long known – and what the lefties are just now learning – is that when children aren’t presented with edible options, they don’t eat. That might be fine and well; after all, the point of all this is to get them to shed some pounds. Except that without eating a proper lunch, these children can’t learn. A hungry kid = a non-learning kid. And to think, the liberals have been pointing their fingers at Republicans for slashing programs and starving poor children. Clean up your own house, liberal windbags. Oh, and have a corn dog for the children’s sake.
